Very easy to track employees on jobs.

I was having a bit of difficulty linking an employee to the application and called customer service. I had a fantastic interaction with Denise from Tsheets. She answered all of my questions effortlessly and walked me through the process with ease and grace. Thank you!

So-far-so-good. We are happy to not have to workout peoples hours manually anymore.

Saving time. We won't have to manually calculate hours before payroll or hunt people down to enter their hours. Also, we get to unplug our very loud time card machine.

Answered by a person, very short hold time, excellent results!

Would like addresses on customers to link to google maps and provide driving instructions.

Time tracking for Prevaling Wage jobs where multiple pay rates apply. Tracking time on the go instead of the end of the day.

Brian Son provided absolutely excellent support. He was professional, knowledgable, and patient. Looks like we may have found a winner as a replacement for our 12-year-old home-grown timesheet system.

Nothing so far. We're just beginning a 14-day trial.

Our old time reporting system was running on proprietary legacy hardware/software and would be cost-prohibitive to upgrade or rewrite.

Denise was exceptionally helpful and friendly. In addition, she knew her stuff!

Denise doesnt work for me! Other than not being able to hire her and take her home, there is nothing to not like about T sheets!

I hate time card companies, but T sheets makes me love them again!

The report function is easy to use and it's very helpful for me writing invoices for clients

Currently I do not use the invoicing feature that may be additional but that's the only thing I would need to interface with the product

I'm brand new to TSheets, so I've had to call their customer service many times. My experience with them has always been great. Today I spoke with Sarah. She was very patient with me and walked me through the implementation and integration with Quickbooks. She answered all of my questions and now I feel more confident in my ability to help our staff with this new tracking system.

Set up is lengthy, but you only get as much out of a tracking system as the information you put in.

Time and PTO tracking.

I love that Alicia walked me through all of my questions, and my favorite part is that it works with Quickbooks!

Excellent customer service. John answered all of my questions. When he did not know if something could be done,, he went into my account and tried to make it happen.

There was no problems what so ever with my assistance. He was also patient with me.

Solving mt schedule problems for my growing business. John helped me see how tsheets scheduling would save me a lot of time.

I have not found any dislikes so far. I would like to see a slight decrease in cost as we move forward and grow.

Easy to use and great staff support. Everyone has been very help and understanding what we need. We are going to start using this week as I've been just checking the software out by myself.

Don't have any at this time since we are in our trial. So far the on thing was expense reporting, but they have an add on feature that we have to look into.

On trial and will be using time tracking. Tiffany was able to answer my within 15 seconds and told me where to go to set up Advanced Tracking and said to contact her with any other questions.

I like the simplicity of tsheets.com and think that the customer service was very helpful!

There are no dislikes so far and feel like it will be a great addition.

The function of the Application is just what you need and then some.

there is nothing that I disliked about this service/app. The reporting could be more robust, but you can export to excel and do what ever you want so....

That you do not list Janitorial or Cleaning Services. Also , the admin or owner fall under employee (based on rate) .

Making sure all employees have the schedule. Having a record of the work hours.

Job costing. Most of the time we are able to get clients great costs for the reporting.

We use Tsheets for time tracking with the guys are on the go.

I had a great support person (Elaina or EM1) that walked me through troubleshooting a tsheets app problem on one of our employees phones. She was very helpful and patient, especially since I don't actively use an Android smartphone. After several troubleshooting efforts we finally got things working again for the employee. Great to work with Elaina.

So far only minor issues that have resolved with training.

We switched our payroll to an every two week process from a monthly. TSheets has been instrumental in allowing us to automate much of the managing of our process. It's been a good transition.

Great customer service. Easy to get help.

the difficulty with scheduling on mac; however, Elaina helped a lot! I wish Tsheets would move in a more mac-friendly direction.
