I needed to add someone as an administrator and didn't easily see a tab on my home page to do it so clicked chat and Tiffany had me up and running in a matter of seconds. I love this system and your customer service.
I'm still evaluating the product. It seems straight forward and simple to use.
It wasn't obvious how to do project and sub projects. Renaming a label to open a feature is quirky.
GPS time entry for our employees
Every time I need help (which isn't often) I get swift answers with a cheery representative! I love how they give specific instructions in case you're not familiar with them yet :) I usually use the chat function. It's great to see a profile picture of who I'm speaking with.
So far I haven't found anything overly annoying. I would like to see an automatic sync with QBO so it updates my customers.
Although I use Value Priced Billing for my cloud clients I am able to track how much time I'm actually spending on each client to see if I need to increase my fees. It has helped me see how much time I am actually spending on clients and how much I am dedicating to my practice. The reports are great to show me that!
From the start Tiffany was really quick to reply to all my questions. Very Helpful and pleasant to chat with.

I appreciated that they extended my trial so that I could fully test the application to know if it is right for me. They did this without being asked.

We are still new to using TSheets, but it is already a great tool for tracking our employee's time by customer. It is also reducing our payroll!! There's no "fudging" a hand-written time sheet anymore. Their time is exactly recorded.

PTO time issues
While we are still getting used to the new system, we can honestly say this integration has been a wonderful change for us. It saves our company lots of time compared to the traditional pen and paper time keeping. It also allows us to bill out our service calls much faster since we have all the information we need with the click of a button. If you are looking for a system that is easy to use and will save on overhead costs, this is definitely worth a look! I also enjoy the Live Chat feature. There is always a tech on stand by that is able to help. We have had great success with this feature. Tiffany B. most recently helped me solve an issue with QB integration and syncing in seconds. They are polite, knowledgeable and get you to the right solution very quickly. There are no long pauses while waiting. You are connected quickly and that is a huge plus, especially when it comes to processing payroll and meeting deadlines!
I'd like a little more control to select only current customers and show those to the crews versus them having to select from the entire list themselves. I feel this will result in lots of manual changes on the Admin side.
It is saving us time tracking down paper time cards from crews in the field. We have really enjoyed the tracking feature as well. This allows us to let our customers know when a tech is en route to their location.
Excellent functionality on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge [Verizon]. TSheets takes recommendations from the field and is constantly working in functionality improvements from their customers. Dictating the description of the work that I performed is a huge time saver. The Scheduling capability is great. Just spoke to Lauren and Maxwell today to bring my QBoL service items, newly entered under a few clients, into my phone app in a way that only allows to to punch-in with service items that are specific for a certain client. Excellent feature.
Nothing yet. I'm hoping the famous "pause button" or the ability to temporarily switch to another client while pausing the first client, and then resuming the first, becomes an option soon!
TSheets has significantly reduced my time to review
The best customer service team in the universe. Extremely user friendly & easy to understand. Saves me time, which in turn saves the company money. Did I mention customer service? I have never had an issue that their team has not been able to resole quickly and efficiently. Kelsey T. even went as far as to spend most of a day going back and forth with me to help me out.
There's not too much of anything that I dislike; There are bugs in the app software whenever it gets updated, but that is something their tech team is always working hard to fix and stay on top of, so it's typically not a problem for very long. ...and I wish that I could manage two companies that could upload to two separate Quickbooks companies from the same TSheets account (but I know that's a lot to ask for). It would also be great if notifications could be sent via text message without having to pay extra.
Knowing what employee is where is a dream come true. GPS tracking is one of the most useful features. Also, being able to produce reports by date, customer, employee, and any combination of those makes me significantly more effective at performing my job well. The system also makes runny payroll a piece of cake. Add to that the ability to create custom fields for tracking mileage on vehicles and/or expenses and/or anything else I could ever think of.

Time efficiency
We had a couple of issues getting things up and running and Tiffany was very quick to answer all our questions. She went above and beyond by sorting through our long customer list and setting up the active/inactive accounts in Tsheets so they matched what we had in Quickbooks.
There were a couple of system errors that were bugging us but getting them resolved turned out to be a matter of clearing the browser cache.
We have too much paper and tracking time by hand is very tedious. We are able to assign time in very specific increments to Quickbooks and customers.

Time tracking for invoicing
Install and learning is going well -- most everything is intuitive, and when it's not the customer support is great. Elaina just helped me 'fix' something that I had done badly on day 1 of my using the software, and she walked me right through. The fix, by the way, demonstrated both the flexibility and safeguards within the TSheets software. Product videos are helpful, and it's easy to get up to speed. Product works on mobile devices and web, both work well.
Precious little! I've been using and digging in for about 1 month and I haven't hit a show-stopper. Later I'll be integrating with QuickBooks Online; I'm anticipating some hiccups there, but not anything too unpredictable, and nothing that can't be resolved..
I needed accurate and flexible time tracking by multiple clients with multiple projects So far so good!
I just started our Company account and had a lot of questions. Max was very patient and helpful and walked me through the settings and gave me examples of how to use the system.
Nothing so far. I am new at this, so we will see how it goes.
We have been having a hard time tracking employees time on jobs. Some employees count time one way, others use different methods, and it has always been a sore point for us. So far, this Tsheets app seems like a miracle. It looks like it is going to deliver on making keeping track of time easier and less complicated for our small business. Also, other systems that we have looked into in the past, have been so expensive, we couldn't afford it. This seems reasonable for our budget. We are looking forward to see how it keeps working for us.
Able to resolve sync issue through online chat! Tech support agent EM1 was awesome. She was very patient while I worked my way through the resolution.
