I really like the aspect of T-sheets because it allows you to categorize and track time based on department or project.
I don’t like how it fails to load sometimes. It can take several minutes to load the time tracking webpage.
Our company needed a way to track time spent on projects for our salaries employees and Tsheets does that perfectly!
I like that I can put my hours in after the fact or even days later if I forget. I also like that I can see when my hours have been approved.
I don’t like the user interface it feels stale and old.
I am able to track my hours when I can doing unusual business tasks that take me away from my home office.
I like that TSheets has 3 different formats for you to enter your time. You can either clock in/out, or manually enter it two different ways.
I dislike that when you enter PTO it doesn’t subtract it from the overall time.
I work for a non-profit that has different offices so it makes it easy for my managers to see my time from a different office.
Its very user friendly, and easy to use.
The only thing it lacked for my organization is we have people in multiple centers, the Success team was able to find a work around it.

The ability to seamlessly transfer approved timesheets to ADP RUN for Payroll
The GPS tracking is slow to update and only provides data points every 10 minutes or so, not useful for employees always on the go.
The scheduling function makes assigning employees their shifts and providing them notes and details about the job is amazing
Easy to sign into TSheets, select m shit, and clock in and out independently.
Web interface is not as intuitive as mobile interface.

I love that our teammates can track their hours and request vacation time and manage HR needs within the same platform. It takes out the hard work and allows us to see everything in one centralized space
Really just love this tool but if I had to pick something it'd probably be that users can put in vacation time without notifying anyone. We haven't run into a problem with this though
It eliminates the need for a full time HR person in a small business because everything is basically managed on the site
