All of my clients choose tsheets over any other time keeping system! It corresponds well with other softwares and is easy to use

Tsheets is a bit more expensive ever since it was purchased by QuickBooks.

It’s so easy to keep track of employee time as well as maintain reports showing me how much I spent per job.

You can easily switch from one client to the next, which helps with billing clients at the end of the month. It's very easy to use and accurate.

That you always have to add notes when clocking out of a client. I don't feel like anyone reads them and it shouldn't be a requirement. I also dislike that it timestamps your location.

Tracking client hours for billing is so easy now! Before it was hard to keep a tab on my client hours, but this has made it very easy at the end of the month for billing. The best benefits are the accuracy and overall time saving it does.

I love the ease of using Tsheets. It’s so helpful to record how I spend my time working on my accounting clients. I love that it syncs approved time records with QuickBooks as this allows me to easily Bill the customer and generate an invoice.

Sometimes I forget to log off Tsheets. It would be helpful if it could alert you to unusual activity on your time record (I.e. hours and hours on one client).

Tsheets makes it easier to record time and then bill my clients via the effortless sync with QuickBooks.

I like that its an app on my phone that I can use to easily clock in from home or check my hours for the week.

I suppose it would be nice to see it integrated with our payroll software. If this is already possible I’m just not aware.

For me, it was the ability to work from my house and have my hours logged.

Attrempted to intgrate with quickboks and it sent my QB system in to haywire.

When we introduced this product timesheets were being used, being able to track field employees time location and hours will clocked in make such a huge diffence.

That everything is tracked here from your location and pinpointed on a visual map.

I love everything that T-Sheets has to offer us its a really good system.

All time entries, location tracking, clocking in and out. etc has a lot of great benefits.

Tsheets allows me to keep tabs no only on hours worked (daily, weekly, per period, etc), but also allows me to track the location of employees working at remote locations (using the app). Tsheets also allows us to create separate jobs and user roles within the company. We can create flexible employee teams that are dispatched to different jobs. Employees declare their work location while clocking in, adding a secondary level of accountability and tracking reliability. Tsheets also allows us to track our salaried managers and their time on the clock, and at their accountable locations.

The employee tracking can be a bit intrusive, so I allow employees to opt in to using the app. Tsheets can also be used on desktop, so an onsite terminal was an easy solution. Tsheets location tracking can easily be bypassed, it seems, by using a vpn. However, we find that assigning jobs based on location helps us keep employees accountable.

I like that TSheets can track multiple customers and export easily into QuickBooks, and when I did make errors I was able to easily make adjustments. It also makes invoicing SO much easier! I like that it communicates nicely with QuickBooks desktop and that I can have a parent client with sub-clients below, that really helps with the invoicing!

I haven't found much not to like. The one area I could comment on was how long it took to reach someone when I clicked to chat with us (18 minutes), luckily I just kept working so it didn't hold me up, but seemed a bit excessive. On the plus side of that, the girl that helped me was super helpful and made it worth the wait.

With Tsheets I have reduced time to do payroll and my guys are no longer rounding their time payroll it's self is down. I am also able to see if they have clocked in, that means the conversation about what we did two weeks ago and how long we worked does not happen anymore.
