The best part about Robly is the ease of transition from step to step. The design features make the emails simple to create and/or edit to my liking. There is no confusion when using Robly, compared to previous e-mail blasting designers I have used in the past. Thank you Robly!
Sometimes the automatic save acts up and does not save my work - very rarely though!
I am now able to send email blasts and newsletters with ease and find myself wanting to send more because I do not get frustrated when using the program.
Simple to use and more modern looking. With open gen and AI, we do get more opens. Costumers seems to like more the new newsletter we were able do delivery w robly.

Robly is easy to use. Now that the template is made, it's an easy job to publish the monthly e-news. OpenGen really does increase the open rate by reminding recipients who may not have time to read it the first time. The cost of Robly compared to our previous provider is a savings of about 50%.
Our previous vendor had an event registration module that was not available form Robly. The suggestion to use Eventbrite was just too darned expensive. We struggled for awhile, but now have a solution to our event registration issue that works well for us.
We use the e-news to advertise our upcoming programs and volunteer opportunities. I've noticed that registrations increase almost immediately after publishing.
It's a lot easier to add graphics and pictures. And it's much more "user friendly " than Constant Contact.
Saving a template so I can reuse it. I'm sure there's a way, I just haven't figured it out yet.
Marketing to prospective clients.
We had constant contact for years. After getting a random call from someone at Robly we decided to give it a shot and what a difference! The Open-Gen gets us more views. The editor is much easier to use and the emails look more professional. I've been nothing but impressed. There was was feature it was missing by reassigning groups and their tech team added the feature within a few days. Amazing stuff.
There's nothing we really dislike. About the only thing I'd say is that the Robly AI is optional on our package. We're a small business that only sends about 1 email a month so not sure if it's worth it to add that feature.
The main business problem we're solving is creating professional looking email campaigns in less time to reach our customer base effectively. I've also noticed we get much less spam reports than with the competitor.
Using Robly to create newsletters for the athletes in both of our triathlons is incredibly easy. The format looks great, crisp, clean, modern. Any time I've had questions about how to do something with their system the answer is usually pretty easy to find by checking out their support. When the question has been really outside the box, it's not at all difficult to find a real human being that can solve your problem or answer your question quickly.
It would be nice if we could have just one account to serve both of our events and bounce back and forth between them, but for our purposes it doesn't work. But that's not surprising, it what we need isn't served by other online newsletter companies either.
We're trying to communicate event information to athletes who have done our event in the past or who we hope to get to do our event in the future. Using Robly our open rate and click rate has increased.
Robly is so easy to use and provides both fantastic design templates and ease of customization. The Robly AI feature has made a definite difference in getting emails sent and open at the optimum time for each customer. Reports provide quick feedback at a glance. There is nothing I don't like about Robly and their customer support and pricing are second to none.
Nothing, Robly has been superb to use and I recommend it highly.

I have already referred 2 people to Robly. I like Robly because of the Ai and the OpenGen. Being able to recognize and resend an UN opened email without having to download and then upload a file, is very time efficient. With Robly, I feel that we are doing our best to get our offers, specials and information in front of our subscribers. Which apparently is working..... we are standing room only on Friday and Saturday night.
I personally reuse element from past newsletters often, being able to copy and paste HTML code for the individual boxes would be nice. It DOES work for the text boxes..... but not for the other boxes with images or buttons. I would also like to be able to use the HTML code in image boxes to reduce "cell spacing" & "cell padding". I also hope for drop shadows.
Ai and OpenGen have been assets to our email marketing campaign. We just won a contest and feel that the eblast we sent out, greatly helped us petition for votes.
Robly is great because them custom design a template for you, and Robly's features has dramatically boosted our open rate.
I had a somewhat difficult time figuring out how to use the open gen feature. Once I contacted support though, I quickly figured it out.

I've used a few email newsletter options in the past and Robly is the easiest and most efficient I've ever used. I like the options for newsletters, graphics and client read details to each newsletter. Best of all, its so user friendly!

Robly's onboarding team made the transition to their platform really easy. The template they designed was great, and the repeat send to those that don't open the email the first time is awesome. I also like that it remembers which groups got which email.
There is not much to dislike about Robly. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but it is pretty intuitive.

OpenGen - it saves me on creating reminders for events and for ensuring our contacts open monthly newsletters! AI - ok so I don't really know if this has helped us yet, but I like the idea of it and hope after some time that it will help us get better open rates. The FUN! There's constant fun tidbits such as the Chat feature (the employees are great) and the silly comments on the test e-mail confirmation pop-up. This adds a smile to my day.
Hm.... I think I'd like it if it were possible to edit the source code for an entire email (rather than per-block) and some other small tech edits like being able to link an image from an outside URL. A truly informative dashboard would be nice. Right now it's a useless page... I'd prefer to see a collection of report blocks so I can see what's in the works, what's been sent, how our contacts are changing etc... Oh, I would love the pop-up feature for capturing leads that visit our website. That is a feature I know they're working on already though, so I can't say I 'dislike' it at this time.... But for the most part it's an easy peasy system and I'm really enjoying it.
Time management! Your program prevents me from extra manual labor. I love the segmentation and the OpenGen for this specifically. We have had better open rates and reduced the amount of time on producing messaging! Reporting is super easy! With the possibility to export all to excel I can use PivotTables and PivotCharts to quickly analyze our data - this is something we never were able to do with Constant Contact.
Robly combined the best of Mail Chimp and Constant Contact and improved them. The support is outstanding! Robly can be contacted via email, phone and chat. They email ME periodically to make sure we are doing fine and to see if we need any help. I just can't get over how customer friendly they are. Most online businesses don't attempt to create a relationship with their customers and Robly does.

We just started with Robly and haven't been able to do much comparison but we are definitely getting more opens. We were getting way to many unsubscribes, using NextGen, our unsubs have decreased substantially.
I have used other newsletter sites and Robly by far is the easiest to use. Other sites were very buggy and always updating and changing how you make newsletters. Robly is user friendly and the templates are very useful.

Hard to pick what I like best because there are so many things. Let's start with the AI feature... sending emails at the perfect time PER ADDRESS's opening patterns... GENIUS. And OpenGen... thanks for thinking of that one. A resend to only those who didn't open it at all takes the guess work out and puts our campaigns back at the top of their inbox without annoying those who have already opened it. The design tools are professional and simple to do... and ALL of the templates are mobile-friendly. Life is good with Robly... and did I mention I get MORE for $20 less a month than Constant Contact? I'm in.

Getting more opens. We all know that this piddly 10 - 20% open rate is for the birds, but it's reality. AI and OpenGen address some of the issues that stand in the way of people opening their emails. My open rate is going up and therefore... so is my business. Woot.
If I have a problem or question the Robly team are on it immediately with personal and friendly email responses. Price, performance, customer service are all outstanding! They are continually updating and offering new ways to enhance email marketing.
There have been a few times that users have been removed without requesting to. I don't like that happening, but the Robly response was that they will put the user back on whenever that happens and I tell them who it is.
