We love using sales cloud. It makes a huge difference in our day to day and the ability to get our customers across campus the data and information that they need, exactly when they need it.
Sometimes the integration to connect with marketing cloud can be difficult. We have had some data issues but nothing that could actually not be solved. Overall we really like the platform.
It drives all of our recruiting and internal communications efforts to our faculty and staff. We would be nowhere without it! From reporting, to email, to analytics, we use it all.
