What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce Sales Cloud includes an extensive feature set for tracking accounts and contact, interactions, sales process, opportunity stages and status, and detailed reporting of each. It is highly customizable to match your business processes, workflows and terminology. The training tools provided via Trailhead make educating our team a breeze and trackable. And the "out-of-the-box" configuration works well for simple implementations.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The feature set is so configurable and customizable that it can be a bit overwhelming. Utilizing certified Salesforce admins, either internally or via a Salesforce partner, is a must if you want to do any significant customization. This isn't really a negative, but a reality of getting the most from your investment in the platform.

What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce Sales Cloud provides us with the tools, reporting and dashboards to monitor and manage our sales team and sales process. The level of detail about each interaction and at each stage in the sales pipeline is visible and easy to track.

There is nothing much to dislike the product. Although sometimes the application buffers a lot so optimization at the backend and smoothness is something which can be worked upon. Also a proper documentation or video tutorial should be developed so that a new user can become familiar with the platform. Some improvement in field of user interface is also required

I find it to be pretty bothersome that there are so many options and drop down menus that might not apply to your business needs. It's almost like you have to work hard to narrow it down to exactly what you need and nothing extra.
