It can be more ui interactive, the look and feel could be better. Also there are many ideas on ideaexchange that should be implemented not sure why not done till now
The CRM is the best part, what i like most is the data stays intact and can be used directly according to the permission assigned to the user. The flows and automated processes are also very good.
How powerful and customizable of a tool it is. It is quite possibly one of the best CRMs to use, and the fact it can hold so much data and allows for customizable reporting, too, makes it helpful.
If anything, the cost. While it is a great value add, the cost can be daunting for small organizations.

The tool is really slow summertime and could have been better in terms of page load

Nothing as such to dislike. Only we have the email limits I can say the drawback. We should provide at least 50000 emails for free. One more thing is reports, we can see 2000 records only. Rest all good.

I am doing manual reporting before but with Salesforce, I am able to collate all data I needed for the report and automatically create dashboards to present the accomplishments of our team and track on those cases we are working in progress.
