I have recently subscribed to sendpulse and is happy with the feature set for marketing my website. Email and Chatbots are extremely user friendly to use. Cost wise also it is much cheaper than other alternatives in the market.

Eventhough customer service is prompt, i would suggest to improve communication with users and going that extra mile to understand and resolve customer issues.

SendPulse is solving many problem related to marketing automation like engagement and conversion rates , audience engagement.

What I like most about Sendpulse is that I can organize 90% of all my marketing and advertising efforts under one roof. The growing chatbot developments excite me the most!

There's not much to dislike... I wish there were more Video Tutorials surrounding example chatbots made already so that a beginner in the space may have more ideas on how to jump-start their project correctly.

One of the best things about SendPulse was how many third-party apps and services it integrated with. I was able to sync my data across platforms and automate a variety of marketing tasks. That being said, I did find it a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features and customization options, and it took me some time to figure out which ones I wanted to use. I also wished there were more advanced reporting and analytics features, as I rely heavily on data insights to improve my marketing strategies.

The one thing I found a bit confusing was the email marketing pricing. There are two options, one for a list and one for a standalone mailing-by-number option. This confused me at first since I wasn't sure what the differences were, and I purchased the 10k emails option, then switched to the list later. I feel like that could be clarified a little better.

The biggest issue with services like Sendpulse is pricing. Sendpulse ends up being the most cost-efficient option in a sea of competitors. That is the biggest benefit to me right now.

We were grateful as a non-profit for the free version of the program. They made it a bit harder to keep our free version.

We needed to get monthly emails out to donors and partners to share updates about our non-profit. The product helps us do that easily and quickly.

I tried all other email service providers, and comparatively, I found Sendpulse to be the best at a reasonable pricing plan and multiple features. The best part is we are also getting very effective chatbots here, and that's a unique feature compared to other providers at this pricing plan.

Well, there's nothing wrong to say. I am delighted, but the UI could be a little better and more user-friendly; otherwise, I found no further problems from my perspective.

Firstly I would say email marketing is very important, The email Template builder is easy to use, and other than that, chatbots are really useful and very practical to grow our business and leads

Sendpulse continually creates and publishes new tutorial videos on their Youtube channel. These are very helpful in understanding the scope and possibilities for my current and future integration requirements. My aim is to use a single CRM and it seems for now that Sendpulse meet most of my current requirements. They also continually expand, so I am also now utilizing the in-site landing page builder as an example.

Well, to be honest, I am not quite sure yet. I am in the early stage of portal development. Probably the lack of templates specific to my industry, but as a new and expanding feature, it seems Senpulse is always adding templates. I also still need to test how it is to engage with the team directly. It helps that we are in the same timezone, or close enough in any way.

It seems for now that I can use Sendpulse as primary database for our current requirements since they have all the above. The File Manager will become a handy repository soon as example.

The best part about Sendpulse is its visual builder. It's one of the best in marketing. Their main product is email marketing, but I am in love with their chat bot functionalities across platforms. My team even does API integration with SendPulse through webhooks and Rest APIs, enabling business for us.

The pricing is according to the US standards, and as a customer from India, I often feel the pricing could go a notch lower. Secondly, their knowledge base can be expanded a little bit more! Also, I would love to see some voice-based chatbot flows and then send pulse becomes invincible in the market, I feel.

Sendpulse solves our problem of chatbot marketing and email marketing. It has one of the best chatbot builders and can be easily integrated with the back end. Also the logic-based filters and conditional filters help us to spend less time in support.

We looked for various automated chatbot features from other providers but none of them was able to handle three key needs for us: multiple IG accounts managed under one conversation tab, a separate automated chat flow for each account and other platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp. Amazingly, SendPulse delivers this at a great price. Additionally they have also been able to integrate ChatGPT into their automated flows which is something we were extremely keen on.

There is currently no direct integration with HubSpot (only via Zapier), no website chat (though this is coming soon) and no WeChat feature. ChatGPT prompt length is limited, though I am unsure if this is a restriction from SendPulse or ChatGPT.

The free plan doesn't let your bot post to a channel, so you would probably need to pay a subscript fee to auto-post to a channel. On the other hand, the subscription lets you build unlimited bots and send unlimited messages in telegram (there are extra costs to send messages in WhatsApp)

We like the option to pay as you go - e.g. you can buy a block of 25,000 emails to use over the period of a year. This works well with our model of bulk sending to different groups each time.

Downside for us is lack of cheap automatic integration with Hubspot - but we do it manually by downloading campaign statistics and populating a custom property in Hubspot, and this works successfully for us.

The business problem SendPulse is solving for us is the ability to send emails to large groups of our contacts, where the group is different each month. Normal "newsletter" software systems don't solve this for us.

SendPulse is quite a versatile tool that allows us to run marketing campaigns on multiple channels. The support team is also quite helpful and responds to our queries as quickly as possible.

Sometimes support for specific channels is limited. For example, our team is trying to use extensive use of their Telegram chatbot. There are sometimes limitations to the Telegram APIs that we could call since Sendpulse does not support all of the telegram API calls that the Telegram APIs natively support.

SendPulse is allowing us to quickly prototype and create a new platform we are deploying over chatbots. Their GUI chatbot builder will enable us to prototype quickly and have non-engineers make edits to our product.

I like visualizing the chatbot flow, but it still misses some features, such as automatic translation for other languages. That is why I gave it 9/10. I hope they add this feature soon.

As I said, only being unable to translate my bot to multiple languages so the customers could understand everything without suffering, I also faced a few bugs using variables. The ability to change the variable type is missing, which could have made the development faster.

It helped me cut the time to create an automated bot for telegram, and also I found out that they also have an SMS solution that I can use for OTP or Marketing purposes.

I recently moved to SendPulse after years of ActiveCampaign. It's like moving on to broadband after dial up! What I like most is that Sendpulse is not buggy or laggy - it loads quickly as it should. The interface is beautifully simple, the knowledgebase is excellent. But what I love most of all is the always on super helpful fast support that helps me do what I need at speed. All of this for a fraction of what I've been paying ActiveCampaign for years, I wish I'd found it sooner!

So far nothing. Although I haven't given automations a run for their money yet - have been mostly on optin forms and emails.

I'm working on a project that is quite tricky and requires multiple opt out form types as well as api access and it's working really well and wherever I'm stuck I get brilliant support really quickly from nice people. Over on ActiveCampaign it used to really annoy me the way you had to go through their chatbot in order to get to support - every time!!! That's not the case with SendPulse

Their ability to send a free message but can't edit the content of the message; I mean, why will I want to send your custom message to someone? Don't call it "free ten messages", call it "10 free test messages."

The contacts are not removed instantly - a little frustrating, but I can use it. The subscriber count is changed only on the next billing cycle. But their support team is fantastic and very much helpful.
