The data that is available is very robust and helps you gain a better understanding.
The UI could be updated a bit to be more modern but its really not a negative.
The biggest is just getting a better understanding of a sites SEO health so I can then make actionable changes to improve SERP results.

If i was being reallllllly picky. I would like to see the ability to choose what folder report exports to Google Drive go to. It can be a little taxing having to manually move docs between folders when downloading multiple reports at once. (this is honestly not that big of a deal)

Serpstat is a complete tool with multiple options including keyword analysis, backlink analysis, rank tracking, site audit and text analysis. The overall features are comparable to best in the industry with a far affordable price to their competitors. However, the best part is their support team. I had my account hacked and plan changed but their support followed up for more than a week to resolve the issue. When I provided every proof of purchase and guaranteed ownership, they fixed the issue and reverted back my account to my original email and plan. Their support and especially Inna spent hours on chat and email in resolving my problem and restoring my account. I have used many tools and had to contact many support teams in the past but I am not seen anyone more understanding and cooperative as their support. Their support team and especially Inna is the best support agent I have ever encountered.
There is nothing to dislike. However, they can improve the tool to increase their database to compete with the likes of the top tools. But they are already very good for the prices they offer and they will only improve with time.
I am able to check SEO aspects of our own website as well as our clients using Serpstat. The details and database are very good for the price offered. Moreover, their bots are not easily blocked by websites trying to hide backlinks, unlike the big tools whose bots are blocked to avoid competitor spying.
I like the ability to create projects because this enables us to stay ahead of our local competition. Furthermore, having Serpstat gives us keyword search data to use for our digital ad campaigns. Overall, I highly recommend this product and look forward to seeing Serpstats growth.
I don't have anything I dislike, I just wish there was a limited related keyword search for the cheapest option. If this was opened up on a limited scale, maybe only see 10 related keywords, it would be a killer piece of software.
We had a hard time finding local/niche citations. After getting Serpstat, we were able to analyze other websites to find out where they were being linked to.
Excellent feature with a simple and intuitive interface. With its help, I easily control the work of my small team. And I'm confident in the information security as members of my team receive limited rights. And my account cannot be deleted or changed somehow.

SerpStat is a very easy to use interface. Their sidebars are intuitive so you can quickly understand where to go for what you're looking for. The data is updated regularly and the tool is super quick as compared to others that I have used.
I'm not always a fan of the need to pay for premium services as I'm trying to do research. It would be great if they would let me try out one of their premium features without having to modify my plan.
Like many others, I'm trying to develop my SEO strategy and what my competition is doing. It's a simple tool to do all of that and more.
Purchased its plan after a year of using the other tool. Was looking for a tool to research keywords, easily filter them, and analyze competitors’ sites. Serpstat met my expectations and surprised me a lot. They provide the large number of databases, so that I’m not limited to the specific countries. It’s great that the tool not only collects the keywords but also can group them in separate clusters.

The tool lets me solve all the issues in one place. The greatest thing is its checklist with an opportunity to set tasks for your SEO team and monitor how the tasks are being carried out. Rank tracking tool is the second thing that made me choose Serpstat, and it appeared to be the best decision. Now I have all the data on the website’s changed positions for the tracked keywords on one page and quickly discover why its rankings dropped.
Why not increasing technical audit reports speed? :)

I used to work with several paid tools, switching from one to another every day. Serpstat proved to be an indeed all-in-one platform, which contains all tools you need to run your website successfully. Now I use the only one tool, and I’m quite happy with my decision!
I wish they could update their keyword data frequently! Everything else is great.

I like the best the Domain Analysis where I can find what keywords my customers' competitors are using or not using so I can plan my customer's website in advance for better SEO.
That for pages with not too much traffic, ~500 visitors/month, we don't get any data for Visibility and SE Traffic.
For my agency, I am solving SEO problems for my customers' websites. First benefit is that I can plan content in advance before developing a website. Also I can easily find SEO issues that can impact my customer's position in search engines.
