We have really enjoyed using Sitecore CMS, it's functionality and versatility plus out of the box options are awesome!

I like the that it is easy to make changes yourself rather than having to go through a long agency process
It is a bit difficult to learn to use. I just started learning Sitecore and it's taken me a lot of training and time to learn
No problems yet.
The CMS is great, a little technical but very powerful and flexible and I have trained dozens of users with different levels of technical experience without issues
We attempted to use ECM/EXM and Engagement Plans on 7.x and 8.x and it was always terrible. Support tickets were often ignored and basic functionality simply did not work. Additionally, the analytics have been less than stellar
We have a large and complex organization with many marketing managers who need to create and maintain content on the web. Sitecore makes this part easy
So far, I have only used Content Editor, but looking forward to A/B testing, personilization, and experience marketing.
Experience Editor - takes too long to load.
I haven't ran into any Sitecore Experience Platform problems, more so things that our developers need to fix.
I love the versatility of the platform, the power it leverages from data to provide the best in user centric design, and last but not least the partners associated to further its performance
The speed at which they develop is fast, it's often difficult to keep up to date and be familiar with how I can leverage it before a new feature comes out

The UI with 9.1 is much better than previous versions but do believe there are still opportunities to make the user piece simpler.
The ability to manage large chunks of content more efficiently. Shared content and personalized content has become much easier, which allows us to be more effective.
