SocialPilot can schedule reels and videos, they also provide great analytics and reports, and you can separate accounts to manage multiple clients.

Sometimes I have issues scheduling a reel or video because it doesn't load the uploaded file.

I use SocialPilot to help schedule social media for our client's various social media platforms.

The multi-posting across all social media channels with the ability to be able to change wording and add hashtages and targeting is a huge benefit compared to other social posting sites.

The downsides are the ability to add Pinterest posts and their limitations to only a set number of pages to post to included in the monthly fee they are charge for a business.

Logining in and out of each social media change and the ability to re-share posts from the past is a huge benefit to this platform for our social media pages we need to post to.

Although a comprehensive product, I like its simplicity to the end user. I love the way the new features come thick and fast. I particularly love the image editing/tweaking to get them ready for posting.

I would love more integration with being able to see the calendar when scheduling posts. I've often written a post and pressed schedule, and then I don't know what is planned in so have to cancel, check the already scheduled posts and then re-make the post again. A tiny bit of integration with the calendar would make this process lovely.

I run our busy social channels independently, so the scheduling and queueing allows me to have evenings and weekends off, provided I've planned ahead.

The calendar view of posts - this helps give me a gauge of when I'm posting in a visual way that works for me.

The inability to pull analytics for an individual account.

The problem I had was finding consistent time to post regularly. By scheduling posts in advanve, I am able to design content when I'm available, months in advance.

It is an affordable solution to manage more than 1 social channel for your business or agency.

I do not have anything specific to say about disliking Social Pilot.

I manage the social media for 5 companies with 2 channels each. Social Pilot allows me to manage all of these channels in one easy place.

The price! Other platforms that are the same functionality come at a significantly higher cost, and I've been absolutely thrilled with the performance.

Inbox functionality leaves a little to be desired, but I'm primarily focused on publishing.

We have over 20 social media accounts in house. SocialPilot makes publishing to them an absolute breeze.

So easy to use for multiple clients across multiple social clients. Never had any frustrations, which I usually find when using software tools.

Nothing to dislike so far, by far the best tool I've used for this need so far.

Interface and easy posting. the best part is chrome extension which allows posting without login to social pilot.

LinkedIn disconnections. I guess its linkedin's security or other problem at their end.

The cost for the service is really great, but the scheduling features make planning ahead for multiple accounts on multiple platforms easy!

There's not much that I dislike, maybe some minor UI issues.

Managing all social media under one tab becomes more accessible, and the tracking of metrics is also helpful

While scheduling posts, it doesn't allow to tag members, which becomes a hassle most of the time
