Was able to build my first two websites using Weebly. Easy to understand, even for a newbie. Great customer support when I needed it. Fast response.

I like the ease of use from start to publish. You can literally build a solid good looking website in under a day, which isn't the case for other platforms I have used. The interface is ideal for beginners and can be very good for someone just starting out. The sign up is free and the free websites do offer quite a bit of freedom for the user, but the Pro platform is overall a better option for someone using it regularly and updating often.

I dislike that it can't have direct publishing from other software such as Hootsuite, etc. I also had difficult verifying with certain social media outlets that the website was in fact mine because it was not easily to load code into since its a visual drag and drop platform with little to no code interaction.

I originally had a website through Wix, and it was difficult to update the blog section wasn't easily verifiable or flexible enough for my needs. Wordpress required a bit more coding than I am comfortable with so Weebly was the perfect inbetween. I have since found that I like the overall quality in the pre-established designs and the ability to track the views to location including seeing the "bots" that frequent my site.

I like how I can manage online sales and instore sales from one place.

I wish I could design my store better. The square designer limits you.

They are continuing to add new features. The website has recently been upgraded so now it can handle my needs.

I like that you can start with the free version and upgrade at a low cost. It's, also, easy to purchase a domain directly through the e-commerce. And, if you're familiar wirh weebly, already, then it's fairly easy to use.

My biggest dislike is that a lot of features that were available through weebly are not available through e-commerce. And, going through e-commerce isn't as user friendly.

I'm able to reach a broader audience and sell my inventory across the country.

I wish there was an option to change the theme on a singular page without it affecting all the other pages setup.

We needed a simple website to host information, domain-specific e-mail addresses, YouTube videos, newsletters, and sign-ups. Weebly offers all that (often with the help of additional widgets)

It is easy to set up a page. I started with a basic free site 5 years ago. Now I have upgraded to having a membership site. My clients can now access special pages with a password. You can easily customize what you want to include.

I haven't had an issue during the last 5 years.

I can easily manage my own webpage . I enjoy changing my pages with what I am focusing on for the season. I can easily switch what I want to show. I also enjoy giving my clients special access to private pages.

This Weebly platform differs in its simplicity compared to the competition, is designed for people who do not want to spend time designing a website or simply have no knowledge to design a page from scratch. The entire platform has a large functional unit that focuses on drag and drop elements to place them where you want. This is an advantage over Wordpress.org or Wix that while intuitive are not designed to offer a 100% friendly experience. With more than 70 templates offers a wide range of options to suit the needs of the consumer, the times I have used these designs have had good impact by the modern and fluid design. An interesting feature and that many CMS or e-commerce site builders is the facility to change templates without having to upload the content again. Building a site with Weebly is very easy with drag and drop as you can choose the elements and leave them fixed where you want and just give a big blue button to publish the advances as you progress in the design of the page. The statistics are adequate to the plan you buy and in the free plan are not very reliable, you must buy some plan to get reliable and more comprehensive visitor statistics. The free option is limited because it does not allow you to add text or audio, you will have to buy some of the plans that stand out are very cheap and affordable. The features are very comfortable and you save time to have a domain name, SEO capacity, monetization, visitor statistics, ample storage space and backup capabilities that although they are deficient, if they exist within the platform.

I could not move elements to certain places on the website because it is not allowed, the drag and drop function is very useful but in certain places of the website is not possible to place elements, I'm sure Weebly solve this problem in future versions. Also it would be interesting to be able to modify completely the themes that come by default, for example it would be useful to be able to change the colors of the whole template, for now those are the biggest drawbacks that I have been presented in Weebly.

It is a simple application in the selection of elements to integrate in e-commerce pages, practically you do not need to worry about domains or installations. Everything is included in Weebly so you can choose the great collection of templates and designs. When editing the e-commerce page you will have some limitations but for the monthly price of their memberships, weebly does its job.

I'm able to sell things. The design is straightforward but does not look very inviting. I liked Wordpress but there wasn't a way to sell merchandise on my website so I chose Weebly instead.

The format is confusing and things I post don't appear as I expected it.

I enjoy many things about the weebly account software. I think that It is good for starting out a personal website if you are showing your content that you make or do for the company you work for.

I dislike that you need to need to upgrade to get rid of the weebly logo at the bottom. You also must have'.weebly.com" at the end of ur site link to ur website url.

This is great for a personal employees website, unless you upgraded then you could use for the company website itself.

Weebly does not have an artificial intelligence. It provides limited offers in the basic plans and you’re forced to move towards other paid plans. It also offers limited customization options.

Weebly has amazing responsive templates. It allows you to easily publish your content. It has an amazing customer support. It is quite economical and has a free version too.

Weebly is extremely user friendly. It has all basic functionalities required to build a simple website. It has abundant templates. The templates are highly customizable too.

Weebly lacks artificial design intelligence thus you cannot automate most of your repetitive tasks. Its drag and drop for designing the website is also very limited. It does not provide a personal restore option either.

Weebly is SEO friendly. Weebly app center allows you to add multiple apps to your site to increase its productivity. It helps you design websites that are mobile devices friendly as well.

Weebly is a nice option for creating simple websites. There are many prebuilt options and a drag and drop builder so it allows for quick building without coding. Mobile responsive sites are built automatically when create a standard website and this is quite convenient. Preview links are automatically generated to provide to clients so they may preview a page build. It is eay to make quick edits to the website and set live.

It is hard to create custom objects or views that you are looking for that are outside of the prebuilt templates. This can make it difficult to keep the page updated when using embedded content. The Youtube prebuilt widget is very restrictive and does not include an option to display your latest uploads.

Simple quick websites are built quickly and able to deliver.

Create websites quickly and easily.

I like that Weebly makes it fairly easy for non-coders to create websites with their WYSIWYG builder. If you have coding skills, it is even more customizable. I also like the ease with which you can build forms and databases.

The builder can sometimes be frustrating to use, since it's not always precise. It's also fairly expensive--I tell my clients that you pay more for the convenience, but I'm not sure it's always worth it.

It definitely makes it easy for clients who are overwhelmed by the prospect of creating a website to tackle it.

I like that Weebly is a format that students get excited about using. They feel like posting their thoughts online gives them more validation.

Sometimes, Weebly web page design can get overwhelming for the kids.

I have realized that when students are sharing their thoughts on a website, like Weebly, they're more likely to "say more." They dont write the bare minimum, or only write what their friends think is cool. They really give the topic some thought and write well.

It's pretty simple to create your own website with the point and click interface. It's great for basic sites and saves you a lot of time and work. I'm not sure about the eCommerce features as I don't use them. I think it's a solid product worth taking a look at.

I'd like more design options but it gets the job done. I wish the accounts and permissions worked better as I found them to be limited when you have multiple content contributers. I don't use it daily as we don't update the site very often.

Fast website setup and easy updates. We needed to create a site easily and quickly and we had heard about Weebly. It was very easy to setup and we had something working fairly quickly. I would recommend this site to others.

I have been an avid user for well over four years. Weebly has done at excellent job of formatting their interface and tools to fit the needs of G Suite.

The drag and drop options that typically work when using Weebly on Chrome are much slower.

Business problems consist of time management and efficiency, especially being Weebly is much faster in other settings.

Weebly is a very user friendly in terms of building your own website. There are a lot of templates and features that allows you to create a professional looking website in no time at all.

Some features are standard and cannot be customizable. If you are very critical about certain aspects of your website, it may be hard to find a customizable feature.

Weebly is useful in quickly building a website for events pages. It is easy to use and it gets the job done.

Easy to navigate and create pages, nice tools to view...views. If you're code savvy, you used to be able to edit things out (like the weebly logo). The majority of their templates are mobile responsive. Images loaded quickly, it had nice gallery options. It was easy to set up a domain you own to it, without giving up any of your ownership or being locked down to them. New templates are getting better, but still don't feel super luxe.

I felt like there was a lack of easy customization options, especially with super silly easy things like fonts and box colors. When I used it, you weren't even able to upload custom social media icons. Old designs were SUPER cheesy, which was a factor of why I left. I visited them while writing this review and they seemed to have improved! However, as it's an unpopular platform all-and-all, it's very hard if not impossible to find templates by custom designers/etsy/etc. I didn't feel like there were many apps to use for things such as forms, etc.

Weebly is incredibly user-friendly. Depending on your plan, you can customize your website, or use one of their existing templates. Everything is laid out for you so there isn’t any guesswork.

You either have to pay for the whole year up front, or basically pay double to pay monthly.

Very rigid, not easy to customize, and their site editor has huge flaws. You can’t for instance start to make a change and then undo the change. So if you make a mistake you are screwed, also SEO is hard bacuse you can’t add alt text to all images. Little things like rounding buttons and pictures is next to impossible. I guess if you want basic and easy they are in. You want a little more.. look else where

Build a website and online presence. I got that but, when the contract is up will be looking for something else.
