I’ve been using Squarespace since 2014 and it just keeps getting better. Their move into e-commerce and email marketing makes the platform more and more of an all-in-one, one stop shop for launching or growing your idea or business. Easy to use, great customer support, and an AMAZING community of users who are always happy to give you some code or help you problem solve.
Some sort of undo feature/archive of edits would be huge.
Squarespace is incredible for resource strapped organizations that can’t afford to rely on designers and developers for every change they need.
How people could send in a request for an appointment without having to call.
Overall the program worked great for us don’t rewlky have a dislike for it.
We use it to allow people to request an appointment with us and it gets sent to our email and then we contact them.
We have been using Square Space for our clients for years. We love beautifully designed template options. The content editor, and the intuitive customization options. It is so easy that we've often recommended that our new clients that aren't as tech savy switch from more complicated CMS systems to Square Space.
At first I wasn't a fan of the limited ability to customize CSS or HTML, but the longer you work in the system the more you start to see work arounds and ways you can customized for your clients.

This is the easiest site to use to make a website! The templates are fantastic and the functionality is great! All the sites are reactive so the look great on mobile devices too
Some video cells are not available on mobile but the sites work well.

I love how user friendly Squarespace's design layouts are. I've designed two websites using Squarespace and it has never been easier!
At first, it took some getting used to in order to change the templates. For examples, site titles are often always ALL Caps. It took me a google search in order to figure out how to change that. However, once you know where everything is, it becomes a breeze.
I am able to create stunning websites using Squarespace. This was a lot more complicated before.
The features of the premium are commerce plan are fantastic. In the past i had another squarespace site.. fast forward to the present time as i was shopping for a platform to use, squarespace now has most of the features that it lacked years ago. Constant progression is a good sign.
I wish i there wasn’t a limit on the amount of promo codes a customer can use. What if i wanted to give them 20% off and offer free shipping to only them? It’s not possible. The squarespace functionality with being as customizable as Wordpress.ORG should be squarespaces goal.

Squarespace's interface is very easy to use, and they offer beautiful templates that are highly customizable. I've been told that my website looks better than that of many large businesses, and I don't have any tech or design background whatsoever.

We've been using Squarespace for our natural skincare line for almost 4 years now. If you don't have much design skill and still want a gorgeous site, Squarespace is for you. What I love most about it is it's modern and simple templates, easy to use site editor and the helpful live chat when I can't figure something out.
I wish there was an option to create a separate wholesale page where our retail stockists can log in and view there order details.

Squarespace accomplishes just about anything I need a website to do, and has the flexibility and capabilities to do the same for my clients. It is user friendly and attractive without significant loss of effectiveness.
Templates can be a bit limiting, and setting up a site before you go live can become frustrating if you have to keep contacting support to renew the free trial.
This allows me to have my own website and create websites for clients in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
