Surfe is a game-changer for sales teams! The contact info is super accurate and fresh. It's clear they use some serious tech to keep their data on point. This isn't your average database, they aggregate from a number of sources to ensure you receive up-to-date, quality data with >90% coverage rates. Their platform is a breeze. No tech headaches here. It's all about getting you the info you need without the fuss.
Looking forward to their bulk enrichment solution to be released so we can do sourcing and enrichement at scale direct through API. roll on 2024
Contact enrichment
It's incredibly helpful to be able to prospect directly from LinkedIn since most of my clients are fairly active on there. This way I don't have to work through a separate data enrichment tool's UI - I can work directly from LinkedIn. It's also really helpful that we can update certain fields to allow us to know who is working on what account and contacts and what stage they are in.
Sometimes the data isn't GREAT, we typically use this as the first data step in our waterfall approach to save us on using credits from more accurate but expensive data providers.
It helps us work faster when finding contacts we want to target from LinkedIn as we are going through our social interactions throughout the day. Directly integrating to our CRM helps us keep the contact info up to date.
Surfe helps me save a ton of hours from having to manually enter them. If Surfe was taken away from me today, I would be so lost without it. It has helped me with more time searching for the perfect candidate. Customer Support is quick when you have a problem, so that in itself is an awesome thing since my problem is resolved quickly and I can move on with my tasks. The setup was supee easy as well.
There is nothing about Surfe that I dislike about.
It is helping me with having to manually enter data into my Copper CRm as I am able to add hours to research.
Simple, connected to all my enrichment tools, linked to my crm : it save me a lot of time
hard to set up when you want different account to uptade the same crm account
find emails easily and quick!
Like many people I use Linkedin on a daily basis and it can be so time consuming to reflect LinkedIn conversations in Pipedrive. With Surfe, it's all made easy at the click of a button whether you're looking to add new connections or copy direct messages, it will be done effortlessly.
That it's not available to SuiteCRM yet!
ease of reporting Linkedin conversations in my CRM
The integration and Hubspot and all the Email lockup integrations work great. I love it. It's also nice with the Picture sync between Linked in and Hubspot
that it dont have a integration to seamless.ai
It helps us ensure we get the LinkedIn profiles of prospects synced into Hubspot, and populated with Image, Email etc.
Surfe saved us hours of manual tedious process of saving LinkedIn info into our CRM (1 click instead of 20-30). Also helpful to save message history. It also gave us instant visibility into the CRM status of contacts processed by other teams. I promptly onboarded my whole team on Surfe. I appreciate the super fast customer service, as well as the feature to re-assign premium access, which is helpful for small companies.
Surfe still has some challenge with linking CRM info properly (e.g. when 2 companies have long names and one of the words in the name matches, it can link the wrong company), but I hope it is fixed soon. The advantages outweight.
manual process of entering lead information in the CRM manual process of verifying that a particular lead is not assigned to someone else in our CRM Surfe helps us log the info so much faster and concentrate on the actual nurturing instead of admin clickwork
Surfe is easy to set up and can be configured in minutes. It appears as a Chrome extension, and after you install it and open LinkedIn, there is a button to push the account or contact data towards the connected CRM, in my case, HubSpot. So no longer manual copy and paste or Cmd+C.
Nothing! It would be great if they offered a mobile app. As far as I understand, this is not possible at the moment, and honestly, it's not a must-have, more of a nice feature.
The elimination of manual copy-pasting is a huge time-saver, allowing me to focus on more interesting parts. Also the sync of messages is great as we now have one single source of truth in our company/CRM in our case Hubspot.
Surfe is easy to setup and quickly integrated with your CRM. If you run the max 10 min onboarding and download the chrome plugin, you are ready to go an to import LinkedIn data to your CRM. It´s so useful and you no longer need to type in manually.
Honestly, nothing at the moment - it´s working perfectly and also, the pricing is worth every euro. Sometimes I have the feeling that due to the plugin, LinkedIn is a bit slower but that might be imagination.
Capturing leads (accounts and people) data from LinkedIn and bringing it to our CRM. Se no longer need to manually copy stuff. Besides the personal data, Surfe is able to sync messages and check E-Mails. Surfe is saving us time!
If you use LinkedIn and any of the leading CRM tools, you will love what Surfe can do for you. I use it with Hubspot's CRM to streamline keeping up with and managing my hundreds of connections to convert them into leads and ultimately paying customers. The most amazing feature is the ability to update your CRM directly from LinkedIn using their Google Chrome plug-in. I recommend it to anyone who does B2B lead generation and nurturing.
So far the only downside of Surfe is that it only works with the Chrome browser and is limited in the number of CRM systems with which it integrates. Given the power of the tool, it may be worth switching to one of the CRM systems that it does work with to save you and your business development teams time and effort.
It saves me a huge amount of time and effort by allowing me to update my CRM directly from LinkedIn. I no longer need to use SalesNavigator to manage my leads and outrach. Another great feature is that I can sync my LinkeIn messages with my CRM through Surfe so that every LinkedIn message to any contact in my CRM is automatically captured via Surfe.
I was looking for middleware that would sit between LinkedIn SalesNav and Hubspot. I needed to elimate data entry but did not have budget for huge Sales Engagement platforms. Surfe was an excellent solution - it fits between the two tools we use to remove all that tedious data entry when our SDRs are prospecting.
It seems to impact the speed of the user browser on older machines - I expect this is because it is memory intensive and works in Chrome. Surfe overlays data onto LinkedIn from Hubspot and other services. As such it requires a decent spec machine.
Data entry automation - by integrating LinkedIn prospecting directly into Hubspot. It saves us hours of time per week.
- Complete and easy integration between Linkedin and Hubspot - Enrich data from the LinkedIn profile to the CRM in seconds - Great support - Unavoidable
I'm very happy with our experience with Surfe
Navigating between CRM and LinkedIn is a pain for a salesperson. With Surfe, they don't have to go back and forth and can get a direct view of their CRM on LinkedIn. In addition, the automatic cascading enrichment and the ability to schedule tasks from LinkedIn is a significant time saver. An indispensable tool
Really easy-to-use and powerful data enrichment tool. Love how powerful it is to bring any of your CRM knowledge right into LinkedIn and vice versa. Plus, the quality of contact info far exceeded my expectations.
It suits all of our needs and we love it. Only thing I might say is that the styling for the embedded CRM doesn't play nicely with LinkedIn Dark Mode. So I've reverted to Light Mode and accepted the extra photons.
Data Enrichment. Saving time avoiding data entry or platform toggling. Tremendously valuable to be able to customize exactly which CRM fields we want at our fingertips in LinkedIn.
It's just so simple. and the integration with HubSpot is absolutely amazing, I always get the best details out of all the people I want to prospect. It's simple and effective and we tried literally 15 of these tools.
Would love to have it on my phone too, like adding contacts directly from my phone
Surfe allows me to quickly add leads to the CRM respecting the CRM's hygene and adding a task straight from the main place of where a sales rep live, LInkedIn
The ease of use and the Lead list in sheet format. The customer Support is on point. Fast, personalised and solution oriented. Absolutely love it!
The percentage of Emails found and the speed of download could be faster.
Helps me generate leads with the correct contact details in a structured format. This helsp me reduce time for lead generation and frees time for impactful activities.
The biggest upside is the time it saves when I am prospecting.
Can't think of any downside at the moment.
In my role I spend a lot of time prospecting and have to input those leads into Salesforce.
I love that Surfe lets me to see which contacts on LinkedIn are already in our CRM, instantly allowing me to qualify/disqualify prospects. Beyond that adding new contacts to Salesforce becomes very easy. Surfe as a tool is the perfect amount of automation a salesperson needs because it allows you to quickly and carefully qualify while keeping your CRM clean by avoiding useless leads from mass-uploading. It is especially helpful during mass email campaigns.
Getting field mapping set up was not super easy a nontechnical user... competent sales ops professionals and CRM admins can definitely set things up without much effort.
Transferring time spent manually entering lead info on CRM to time spent selling. This is leading to more significant inputs and because of that, greater outputs.
Automatically integrates LinkedIn contacts and LinkedIn messages with your CRM system.
All works smoothly. However, you need to make sure that you adjust the settings in your CRM system to enable the data integration from LinkedIn.
Surfe automates a process that would otherwise require time-consuming manual data entry into a CRM system.
Having tested a bunch of different solution on the market, Surfe was the first one that really brought value to our team's efficiency. The real one stop tool for sales!
Some product bugs at the beginning but really quickly resolved Thanks to the team's reactivity
Adding contacts to my crm
Everything about Surfe. - Tight Integration between LinkedIn and HubSpot - All functions right on LinkedIn Page - Can sync up LinkedIn contact, LinkedIn Emails - Provides easy access to all HubSpot menus right in LinkedIn
- So far really nothing - All features really work as promised
Please see my earlier feedback in this session
-Excellent customer service -Intuitive and UX-friendly features -Simple and reliable tool -Integration with other tools -Accessible solution for sales teams -Easy site switching between users -No entry barriers, easy and quick on-boarding for new sales people
It's hard to call it that at the moment, because the product is very simple and delivers value. New features are coming all the time, but at the moment our team is sticking mainly to CRM integration and Email and Phone enrichment.
-increasing the rate at which leads are added to the CRM -Enriching email and phone messages -Transferring data about potential customers and companies into CRM -Fast access to customer/deal information without going into CRM
Very intuitive and easy to use. Saves tons of time on manual tasks that otherwise take forever and are very tedious. They're always adding new features. Awesome customer support.
It's a really small thing, but I dislike part of how they count actions in the "Analytics" tab of the account. If I'm just looking at a company page and the extension is installed, I don't really think this should count as an "action". I believe a more accurate count of actions would just include active ones like clicking to go to the CRM or syncing, searching for the contact details, etc.
1. Saving me tons of time enriching and transferring lead information 2. Localizing information where I need it (directly on LinkedIn) 3. Syncing to our CRMs (we have multiple) 4. Syncing LI messages
You have most of the best applications or tools for prospecting and sourcing leads and enriching the pipeline.
Well, some general configuration in field mapping is not available for user, just for compañy in general and not for users that you can change.
one of the problems is the easy way to have more than 3 or 4 tools to enrich my prospect list so that I can use multiple devices like lush, snov io, Apollo, singnahire, among others.
easy of use.. with one click you push the contact to Copper I can see in LinkedIn the contacts already in Copper I can map the field to be updated
the onboarding process is not straightforward
I can synchronize Linkedin with our CRM.. I avoid manual work saving hundreds of hours of my sales team
Leadjet help all my team and sales developer to syncronize and track every linkedin contact in our CRM (we use Hubspot and salesforce). Every information is stocked correctly and always updated with only one click
sometimes it is not easy to connect and link functionalities and properties, I had some small problems (already fixed) in the initial configuration but with the incredible help of Leadjet chat, i resolved immediately
Leadjet is necessary to synchronize your CRM and properties with LinkedIn and linked sales navigator. We have solved this issue, and now we can let CRM and LinkedIn work together
As an admin, it's great to have a product that's easy to explain to the salespeople who need to use it. The information is integrated within the Linkedin page, instead of on an annoying sidebar that pops out like many other plug-ins. It's great that I can personalize the Hubspot fields that show up on Sales Navigator, like Contact Owner. This means that you can edit Hubspot properties related to that contact directly from Sales Navigator - that's mindblowing! Not sure how it works for other CRMs. Also it's a good call that you can integrate your own data sources (besides the data Leadjet provides) to try and increase accuracy.
Sometimes the contact data is not correct. We've integrated another contact data source in order to try to improve that, but that means that you need to pay for a license for that on top. But I guess that's a struggle with all data providers, and it's not particularly bad with Leadjet.
Sales are able to bring contacts into Hubspot with a click of a button, saving time. Moreover, they can quickly identify whether a lead is already on our CRM (it's highlighted in purple when it is), and they can also see some Hubspot fields (e.g. contact owner) on the Linkedin page.
Leadjet helped us turn LinkedIn into a CRM! as it offers a 2-way sync between LI and our CRM. It also allows us to enrich the lead's information directly into our CRM in 1 click
Since its still a startup rarely issues do arise but their support team are so fast to handle it to be honest
In the past what we would do to keep track of our leads on LinkedIn we would have to manually copy and paste the targets information, then search for his email using a different tool then copy and paste message templates from google docs. With leadjet all of this is done in 1 click without any effort saving a lot of time.
We like the integration with Copper and LinkedIn. The CS/CX team is really good!
Functionality is still somewhat limited.
It was helpful to quickly and conveniently move LinkedIn contact information into our CRM.
CRM Sync of messages Templates within LinkedIn
Templates are not available for InMail / Connect requests until now To much CRM fields within LinkedIn
Ease Message Sync with CRM in Outreach Accelerate Prospecting with Templates
I like that you can automatically create an opportunity in Linkedin, with a primary contact linked in under 10 seconds. Additionally, you can update Pipedrive fields right in LinkedIn so you do not need to flip between browser tabs. Conversations in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator can be synched into notes which really helps add context to Pipedrive opportunities.
There is not much I dislike about this integration and Chrome extension. Sometimes in Sales Navigator I can't seem to link my conversation - that is the only hassle.
Timesaving is probably the biggest challenge we are solving. Prospecting takes time, and flipping between Linkedin and Pipedrive takes time. I have better things to do than copy and paste, and LeadJet solves this problem.
