It is highly user-friendly, unlike its competitors. One can start sending surveys right from the get-go.
A little bit on the pricier end for all the features such as NPS etc., but I guess that comes due to the quality and service it provides

I like that we can customize the surveys to fit our changing needs.
Sometimes the system is not as intuitive as I would like. I have to really search to figure out how to do something if I want the questions or surveys to do something specific.
We can get feedback from employees about different company-related issues or benefits. We use it to improve our internal processes and the emplyee experience.
SurveySparrow integrates right into our emails so our clientele doesn't have to leave the email to review us!
I don't like how surveysparrow isn't providing us with a high enough response rate. This could be better by perhaps making our own surveys shorter.
It allows us to determine if there's anything we can do to make our guests stay better in the middle of their stay instead of at the end
SurveySparrow is extremely adaptive and allows an immense level of customization which we needed for our use. It's like forms on steroids with all of the features they include.
The only thing that I wish was that they had a cheaper plan for smaller organizations. Some of the organizations I work with simply don't have the budget to pay for the beginning level plan, but also don't have the need for the limits of that plan either. Maybe something in the middle.
We are using SurveySparrow for some of our internal forms and processes. We soon plan to start testing some of the 360 review features as well.

The UI can be improved to be a bit more user friendly. For example adding and images was a bit confusing as we didn't know what size works best for desktop and mobile
