I like the integration and survey can be doing anything
Slowness and this is the worst survey about survey company I hate this page Because always scrolling!
Good fo survey and understand customer's opinions.
Sometimes customer support might be very, but only if you're lucky enough to find someone to respond. There are better alternatives on the market actually.
There are a number of usability issues going on on the platform that really takes away from the user experience. I only use it for my ongoing research project and I cannot export all my surveys to another platform, which would require a lot of effort to set up everything from scratch. Besides, its user interface has compatibility issues with the mobile devices - i.e. some buttons are hard to access, etc.
I use it for my research project to collect data from my study participants. Thus, a survey platform is a must for me right now. It does its job but definitely, there are things that might be improved.
The clean layout options and user experience
Pushy sales people! We liked the product itself.

SurveySparrow has a lovely design and appearance, and nice user experience for those taking surveys. I really like some of the survey functionality and modern, accessible, clean look to the surveys. It's much fresher and more approachable than many of the traditional survey platforms.
Unfortunately, there's a whole lot about SurveySparrow that just doesn't work well for survey creators. SurveySparrow goes to great lengths to hide the fact that they have a free plan, and the paid plans are quite pricy for what you get. Once I signed up for a trial, I immediately started getting friendly emails offering help and introducing "Tanya" as my personal point of contact for troubleshooting, but no one actually responded for weeks when I emailed back with questions about essential functionality. SurveySparrow blocked my first survey for appearing to be a phishing email (it was a simple internal form where my team would need to add contact info) and multiple people on the support chat were unable to offer any help or advice to unlock the form. After putting in a fair number of hours trying to get it to work, I never was actually able to use the platform. Hope they'll address some of these concerns because it does have nice potential!
None, since it really never worked for me. If it could function as promised, then it has potential to be a much more engaging survey platform than some of the large, traditional ones.
Rewards and people approach to certain surveys. It can make people feel like they matters when it comes to survey related their job. Although they may not understand something that why to answer an outsider agency or agent.
Not always we get reward. Some questions aren't for everyone to answer, we may end up filling lot of surveys and left empty handed. But taking achance doesn't cost anything.
I haven't seen any reward yet. I can create form easily but people find it a bit complex to fill up the form or question answers. They usually feel like it may charge something initially or may need more time.
The overall design is fresh and presents well.
Customer support seems to be a bit overwhelmed, junior and lacks follow-through.
Industry research.
This tool is average as compared with Zoho Survey and Google Doc
Very Complex Account Setup Process. Not Simple UI Not Much Template They had made the jump logic very complex Although Some Functionality are quite good.
For NPS and Customer Feedback.
Pricing is pretty reasonable for a survey platform
There's not much that really separates it from other platforms
Getting the survey platform up and running, it hasn't necessarily been a savior for me
Using SurveySParrow, I was able to target customers with exit intent. I couldn't find this feature with any other survey tool.
The response time of the team is very poor. I still haven't received a reply from the sales executive.
I intended to target the customers on my platform to gather their behavioral insights.
Nce styling. Good assortment of choices.
We paid extra for a "No Branding" version. They didn't completely remove their branding, sneakily reaching out for our customer identities in multiple locations in the customer experience. In my world that is instant relationship termination. I gave them a chance, reaching out multiple times to customer service, who ignored me. They missed out on a very significant potential partnership that has moved elsewhere. My level of trust is so low that I did a screen recording as proof of our subscription cancellation. You are compelled to reach out to customer service in order to cancel a subscription. Toxic, all the way around. This experience demonstrates precisely why trust is built slowly, over time. The companies that can't/won't live up to their promises are quickly exposed.
Quick creation of surveys and quizzes. We are looking for survey partners for a platform that has >20k visits per day.
Surveysparrow has an excellent customer service with chat support, email, and phone to assist you.
It social sharing options allow you to share your survey to only Facebook and Twitter. Other social media platforms should be added.
Through Surveysparrow, I have been able to get accurate customers feedback with customers using their own words to describe what I ask.
Graphics of the survey are nice and the building of the survey is easy.
It requires to pay 3 months upfront, a high fee relatively to similar services, without providing a lot of features. The features during the free trial stay only if you subscribe to the higher tier level subscriptions.
It's just a nice survey service, just like SurveyMonkey, type form, etc.
I'm doing some product testing for my startup, and Googled alternatives to the very expensive (but professional) Qualtrics survey tools. SurveySparrow came up as a low-cost alternative, but I was unfortunately disappointed with the features.
A few things that didn't quite work for me, as I anticipating reading other reviews and their help forum: 1) Ability to customize design on different pages 2) Ability to easily resize images when uploaded (seems like you need the highest level of CSS customization to do this) 3) Bells and whistles like: page randomization, question prediction and scoring (like SurveyMonkey has), accessibility for users with screen readers, etc. For the price, I moved to SurveyMonkey - which is meeting my needs much better. Just want to give a word to other entrepreneurs, since the reviews I read were not all-encompassing.
I was using SurveySparrow for product testing, and ended up switching after 1 month (without sending survey) to another platform.
