The software is really easy to use and has a great user interface. It is really quick and easy to understand and this allows you to make use of the features right away, which is an important aspect of any software. The functionality is great and using the software proves to be a good experience.

It would be nice if there was an option to remove the features that you do not use for eg. remove the Listening feature if I don't need it

I have worked as a social media marketer for the last five years. Since I manage multiple accounts, juggling between different versions is the least exciting thing about the job. I recently started my own agency with a small team and tried various social media software to buy for my team. And some scheduling software is expensive, even for a small group. Likewise, I gave it a shot to the Vista Social as well. The best part that attracted me was the pricing. It was super affordable for small agencies or even freelancers. So, after trying it for multiple days, I can finally write about my thoughts. The best thing about Vista Social is- - Offers 14-Trial for FREE without any credit card. - Super affordable. They have a PRO version for just $3. - User-friendly. It takes me a few clicks to schedule or publishes the content. - For Facebook posts, they have a dedicated section to target the audience organically. - Drag and drop images were convenient, and you can also design with Canva. - A dedicated section for content generation ideas. You can search the trending news, stock images, GIFs, or even an Instagram account. - The bulk scheduling tool can make your life easier if you want to create content in one go, and you can post everything with a click.

There is no such feature that I have disliked about Vista Social. Somehow, I felt that the website was slow to load. I dragged and dropped my image for scheduling, and it took a minute to upload. It may be my internet connection. Overall, it does the job at great pricing.

From scheduling posts to giving content ideas, Vista Social does it all. I am considering hiring a part-time employee for a similar task, which might cost more than $300. So, now I can save a lot of money by getting this software and a helping hand from an intern.

I like that the platform has many features I was missing from competitors. The first basic is the ability to schedule to YouTube, which many platforms do not have. Additionally, as a person who works with YouTube with my clients, I have tested multiple platforms, and even the ones scheduling to YouTube did not pull data to the YouTube report. Hence, it always ended with me creating YouTube reports separately, which is not time efficient. Scheduler - - I also love that you have inbuilt UTM tracking; - you can add a call to action on Facebook from the scheduler - you can assign tasks to team members - you can choose from suggested times best for your audience - the scheduler suggests hashtags to you Reports ah reports have to be my favourite: - You can schedule a comprehensive report that will show stats for overall social performance and a breakdown for platforms! What a time Saver ! - YouTube report is available - love it - you can generate competitors analysis to identify what you can improve - for internal tracking, you can export the task performance of your team members. Overall the platform stands out compared to the competition!

Not much; overall, I would love the ability to schedule community posts on YouTube, not only videos. But I haven't seen it on any other platform, so YouTube might block it.

Being user-friendly is the upside of Vista Social! I was able to access the dashboard smoothly, adding accounts was straightforward, and it also provided tutorials for beginners. You can also use Vista Social as a task manager for your team, which I have hardly seen in other software. You can export reviews, and generating social media reports has never been easy! The best part is the basic version is FREE and you do not need a cc to create an account. The paid version is very affordable as well!

Vista Social is a great software and the only thing I saw that can be improved is the inbox tab. Comments appear as messages on Vista Social which some users might find confusing. You also do not have the option to like the comment directly from the software. But all-in-all, Vista Social is great!

It's really handy – I could manage everything without tutorials by intuition. Powerful tools for scheduling posts. I love their photo editor – so easy to resize pics before publishing. Also, I would mention their report tools – It looks so professional and doesn't need editing time. I can send it to my client. Tried to connect my team member, and he was also satisfied with Vista.

Sometimes it's buggy with the Safari browser – when I'm opening the photo editor, it's not saving the edited picture in one go. I have to redo it twice. Please fix this moment. With chrome browser working perfectly

Very comprehensive tool. Everything from helping us find content to organize our calendars based on separate clients. The few times I have needed to contact support, they have been very responsive and resolved my concerns quickly.

Can't add notes to the calendar, but they've told us that it's coming very soon. Other than that, it's checked off all the boxes we've needed. They seem to be updating pretty frequently with new features.

Managing content across clients in different industries and time zones has been cumbersome for a while. We've gone from using spreadsheets that needed to be sent several times for revision to automating the approval process and having very organized calendars that we share with our clients for quick reviews. We've been saving so much time!

As someone that has managed social media with a stronger skillset in copywriting than content creation, the live preview function was absolutely fantastic to help me visualize the post, edit and proofread, as well as compare text alongside content for typography. The UX feels really seamless and fast throughout use, which is great too.

I feel like sometimes the layout could be improved slightly, but nothing major, just a button here and there - like maybe having an add profiles link closer to the top of the checked profiles.

It's always necessary for a social media manager to be able to have a full overview of the current calendar, as well as mock-ups for future posts/content. To have this all in one place is really easy, quick and effective, as well as making it easier for collabing/group work.

So it was essential for me to find a tool that saved me time, had unique capabilities, and, most significantly, was cost-effective. And, to be honest, I'm impressed. I took advantage of their 14-day FREE trial (no credit card necessary) to explore their features. And here is my personal experience: 1. Automated social media calendar: This is absolutely amazing. It has an automated scheduling system, and by looking at how people use it, it figures out the best times to post on your social media networks and tells you when to do so. 2. I get to respond quicker. When you manage a lot of pages, it becomes hectic to make sure you are on top of every response, especially when you have ads running.

Where do I start! The price and the integrations are on point. It has so many agency-level features, like listening and reporting. Unlimited positing and profiles. Share a calendar link for approvals - it couldn't be easier! Pick the Holidays you want to be displayed (great for a smm). That's just some of the highlights it has to offer! Oh, and linking profiles to the software was a breeze!!

There is a lot going on and It isn't the most user-friendly software I have used, it took me a minute to figure a few things out...and there is no chat widget for customer service. BUT, I reached out for help 2X and the response time was minutes!!!

I have been using amazing software, but the price keeps going up. I was shopping around, and Vista Social popped up at the right time. It has ALL the features without the high price tag. If you have 11 profiles, you pay for 11, not for a package of 20!! Total Value here.

Vista social provides a service where you can connect all types social media accounts, respond to DMs and comments on all your different platforms and see all the scheduled content in a calendar format. It really makes you feel like you're in control of your social media agency.

The mobile viewing could be a little better. I often have to manage my clients content on the go so having a mobile friendly platform is important to me. Vista is workable but could have some minor adjustments.

There isn't much to complain about, really. The setup was easy to use, I connected my accounts in litteral minutes, and the dashboard was easy to navigate. And they allowed for a 14 day free trail without me having to put in my Card

Other notable things I like about the platform are: 1. Highly customizable reports. The level of customization Vista Social offers is insane. 2. Automated reports. This is a huge time-saver! 3. It's quick to update or add new features. 4. It has a review management feature. (Not many SMM tools have this.) 5. It can auto-publish to 9 social networks. Despite the myriad of features that Vista Social possesses, the platform is so much more affordable compared to its competitors. Vista Social only charges $3 per profile connected and not per seat.

My profile sometimes gets disconnected. Would be awesome if that didn't happen. But considering this issue is probably happening due to the social media site's updates and not really Vista Social's shortcomings (or any SMM platform for that matter), I'm not getting my hopes up.

Vista Social simplifies my social media marketing initiatives. It was a nightmare logging into several social media sites and then posting manually. With Vista Social, I can do everything from a central platform, which saves me loads of time. The fact that Vista Social is affordable is also a HUGE plus!

The ease in setting up and connecting our various different social media accounts! So much easier than competitors that I tried, that either failed or didn't work properly. This was easy! Sorry, that's not the only best thing...I love how I can create a post and then tweak for each social account if needed and then post or schedule a time...which shows active times to choose from too!

I've yet to find something I dislike, but scheduled posts sometimes don't seem to go out on time, but that could have just been because of the free trial I was using and haven't read about restrictions.

We have 8 social media accounts for our small charity. Posting on each one individually was time-consuming and sometimes forgot to post on one or the other so this makes things quicker, easier and more consistent! It also shows me analytics in one place for all of our accounts.

I like the seamless way the platform operates. Scheduling posts is easy, whether single posts or in bulk, and the reporting feature is detailed and flexible. The Calendar feature is also very helpful at providing content overviews and is also a good feature when it comes to approving posts from other users. Vista Social also caters to many platforms and social profiles.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the inbox feature. When looking at comments, it's difficult to see which post a person is leaving a comment on as there's no indication of this.

Vista Social provides us with a monthly view of what posts are scheduled and when, which is really good to send to clients and helps save time having to do this manually.

I like the organization of Vista Social the most. It is easy to see all of my clients and their respective accounts. I can then give permissions to my team accordingly without the worry of someone accessing an account they shouldn't.

I wish Vista Social could schedule Instagram and Facebook Story posts. However, I would not be surprised if we didn't see that coming in the future. The team is very responsive to feedback!

The very complete feature set and excellent support. Especially have publishing, reporting and engagement features for all supported networks. As well as curated content, asset library, best posting times and a lot more. That usually comes at a much more premium price. Their support is also quick to respond, open to feedback and honest about what's going on.

Vista Social was the social media management platform I was hoping to find after days of searching. Most of the other social media management platforms I trialled are either outrageously expensive or lack features. Vista Social is the perfect in-between.

There is no mobile app at the time of writing this review.

I needed Vista Social to manage multiple clients' social media, as well as my own, and with the inexpensive price per social account, I was able to find the perfect sustainable solution.

Vista Social is great to manage TikTok, I could do many things that I couldn't with other apps/platforms. Being able to automate posts is really helpful!

Until now, I haven't found anything wrong. Just came across an error and the support team fixed it in no time!

TikTok auto posting is available on this platform as well as having your library with videos so you don't have to upload content every time. It's awesome!

I love how easy the platform is to use. Scheduling is a breeze and customization for posts are among the most advanced compared to other schedulers. The customer support is brilliant!

I wish that there was a settings dashboard. I have no idea how to setup schedules but the option exists. The menu can be improved. Keyword tracking is also an important feature that is missing.

We use custom url previews and vista is doing that perfectly for us. It has a great calendar layout to see posts in advance and schedule accordingly. Scheduling is not a much faster process.

The ability to manage all my client accounts in one location and switch between each client is amazing. Adding social media profiles are super easy to do, compared to other social media management softwares. The reportings are also very useful and make it easy to provide to my clients at the end of the month.

Not being able to drag and drop old posts to future dates is quite frustrating. You need to dubicate each account (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn) and queue up for a later date. Tedious work which could be minimised. Some of the metrics on the reporting is also not tracked. Like Facebook awareness and some other metrics are not tracked, so does make it difficult to not include to client reports. The reporting PDF is also a bit unprofessional in terms of look and feel with no branding.

Being able to manage multiple accounts for each of my clients, in one location has helped me better manage my time on social media posting. This allows me to focus on other areas of my business. Also, as mentioned before, the reporting is great for me to add another incentive to my clients, and provide them us a comprehensive overview of the work we have done for them that past month. The reporting PDF could be a bit better in terms of look and feel, but allows me to copy and paste into my own branded document.

I love VistaSocial's reporting analytics. It's always detailed - and it also gives insights into one's best performing hashtags.

I'd love a feature that suggests the best time to post based on previous engagement on one's posts.
