One of the most standout features of this tool for me is the AI-powered caption assistant. You just put in a draft and it adjusts the tone and format to your liking. Makes caption writing a breeze, especially if you're handling multiple accounts with different brand voices. You can also easily change time zones, which is super helpful when dealing with clients from all over the world.

I think the hashtag suggestions are a bit limited. Other than that, this tool serves me well.

I dont need to do each posting manually an a daily basis. So easy to schedule a post in other social media platforms.

Vista social has all the features of the "big boys" at a greatly reduced price. No one should have to pay thousands of dollars per year for multi-channel social media posting. I personally love the "Ideas" feature. Add items, try out how posts look and then turn them into multi-channel posts. Connecting to your feeds is extremely simple. Automated posts for news articles is also really useful and the features for having a team do your posts is as good as it gets.

The only thing I can think of is that LinkedIn connectively is slightly limited for Articles. However, I believe that is an issue with LinkedIn and what they expose in their API rather than something Vista Social is overlooking.

I had been using HootSuite for a long time to post to my social feeds. Unfortunately, they changed their pricing and the feature lock down limited me greatly. Vista Social put me back in the social media game, saving me tons of hours and money.

What I like the most about Vista Social is its AI Assistant, where I get genuine social media copy and captions that truly capture the essence of my client's brands. I formulate the idea in my head for the brand's concept and the AI Assistant brings my ideas to life, from the right words to the correct diction, even call to action copies for my designs! Visual wise, I also like the color blocking of the buttons in the website, and the fonts used are appealing to my eyes as it doesn't strain it even though I use the website multiple times for several clients that I have. I also like the way they respond to my queries and questions that are not available in the help section. Moreover, I also love the fact that I am able to connect a lot of social media accounts because it makes a lot of things easier for me when creating captions for posts and scheduling it. Truly, Vista Social is a heaven on earth for social media managers like myself! I couldn't stress enough how grateful I am that I was able to discover this gem!

Interface wise, I believe it could be improve. The home page looks somehow crowded for me and I suggest making it simpler so beginners in social media would be able to grasp the website easier and faster.

I am able to handle everything related to social media management with Vista Social. I have easy access to captions and copy that are enticing to possible consumers of the brands I work with. I also have a more flexible time for work-life balance as their scheduling feature is great help for my work. I also love the analytics, numbers, and predictions provided for the accounts connected to my Vista Social. Teams can assign roles and tasks (with subscription), content curation tools, social media scheduling apps, content creation tools, and social media analytics tools The ChatGTP feature is unique in that it seems to have a wide range of knowledge and copy variations. The Vista Social website itself is easy to navigate, which is important for non-digital team members who may need to jump in to create, edit, and publish posts. The dashboard is clear and the layout is pretty intuitive. The only issue I have is the icon colors, as they are light gray and difficult to see which you're choosing - but I see this being fixed down the road. The plan levels work for social media professionals like myself, who also create content via personal channels. Most platform integrations were available, but it would be nice to have WhatsApp It was easy to integrate my social channels and implement my social posts on each. As someone who uses these platforms frequently (2-4 times a day) - sometimes more when analyzing data and pulling reports for clients. The listening tool is great for competitor analysis - though it took some time to load results. I give this platform a 9/10. It has everything you need and most importantly gives a user-friendly experience - important for the "non-digital" people who may need to jump in.

It would be nice to have a Free plan option. This way teams can test and learn before deciding on the most appropriate plan. Other than that and the social media icons - this is a great SMM tool that I'd highly suggest for both small and large teams.

The ChatGTP capability is unique and a time-saver. It improves the inital copy structure with generated AI text. This can save teams time from writing as many copy variations, revisions, and reviews.

I love that there's so much in one tool! Plus the tutorials that walk you through each feature is great. I don't have to spend forever to figure out how to use the platform, Vista Social makes it simple and easy to use!

It also has a media feature where you can store your files and easily schedule them for posting. No need for you to think about your next content because it has a feature called find content which can help you generate fresh content ideas. The best part is their calendar which you can see all the holidays in your country.

I have used quite a few different social media management platforms and so far I have had a really good experience using this one. There are a few different features I have really enjoyed using such as the create content feature. You are able to find relevant news articles and hashtags based on your search preferences and you are able to schedule content directly from the content finder. In addition, I have been able to see in-depth analytics on my content compared to other platforms I have used.

They do offer a mobile app version for on-the-go management, but you are quite limited to what you are able to do. I would like to be able to make more edits to my content from my phone but most features must be used by the desktop version.

The content calendar and scheduling capabilities help plan and schedule posts in advance. If unsure on what to post about, the content finder feature is amazing to find relevent content.

Now that I looked at Vista Social, they *almost* have the same UI, however not exactly. The feature that I adore most about Vista Social is its ability to draw attention to reviews and assign duties to the social media team specifically. It facilitates the team's efficiency and organization. I also think the "Listening" option is fantastic; whoever came up with it is quite clever!

I don't like that using the tool requires a certain amount of credits. In order to allow users to fully test the tool before determining whether to upgrade to a paid plan, it would be ideal if there was a free plan available.

I loved how easy it was to connect my profile. We all know how much of a nightmare meta suite can be, but this connected all my profiles with ease. I really liked that I could just open the software and straight away the ai feature would give me a list of trending topics to ask the generator to create a post for. You can also check what the content will look like on each platform just at the click of a button. Everything is on the same screen so no need to navigate through different tabs. When I write my content, I like to hide my hashtags in the comment section. There is an option to write your first comment which I know you can in most other software BUT!! There is an ai feature for the comments too 🤯 I simply asked to provide me with 30 good relevant hashtags for my post and voila! There they were! I absolutely love this software so will be keeping it after the free trial ends.

It's solving the time issue. Everything is on one page, it took me about 5 minutes to connect all my profiles and I absolutely love the ai feature, especially being able to ask for a comment

From all the scheduling tools I've used, I think Vista Social has one of the strongest dashboards and functionalities for the pro users, that are better than their competitor's price points. It was very easy to connect the social profiles, which was a huge pain on Sked and I loved their competitor analysis and the engagement and overall reports. The scheduling also worked fine, whilst I had problems with other tools as the posts got stuck in the queue and were never posted on time.

Their AI tool was not useful for my business, as it doesn't work with events and artists, which is the core of my business. The tone of voice doesn't work and it doesn't feel organic.

With the Tasks Performance, I can also monitor and assess the overall performance of the pages I manage. Vista Social is truly an all-in-one tool. This tool is a need if you also collaborate with others!

It took me quite some time to connect my Facebook profile. But once I reached out to support, they fixed the issue and I was able to connect my Facebook profile. The same with Instagram.

Overall social media management which also includes extracting and analyzing data. It’s incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate round. I had no issues scheduling posts to my Facebook and Instagram accounts, accessing my messages and generating reports. Tools like the Instagram planner were particularly helpful to visualise the grid before posting. Other features like the notes and ideas were also very useful to keep everything within Vista Social. It would also be great to add more team members to and be able to collaborate through one tool. I’m excited for the future of Vista Social!

Scheduling a post on calender. It has been a task for me to schedule post using sheets. Vista made it easier to finish my organisation work. The feature that allow me to connect my LinkedIn with it made my posting easier. I prefer using Vista everyday to schedule and see analytics. When I face any function-related problem I use their chat bot for help. It is easy to implement all the features.

In general, Everything is amazing. They consider all feedback constructively which is incredible about them.

I used to struggle with scheduling and getting reminders of posting. Using Vista is very simple for me. I use to find it cumbersome to manage everything but made my work organised. Analytics helped me shape my future goals.

Vista Social is an all around tool for social media manager like me. I worked for 9 years as a social media manager with a local agency where I handle my team for content genration and posting schedule. Vista makes it easy because I don't need to go back and forth from AI and tool like Canva and Meta Business to schedule post. It has a friendly interface you can actually learn how to navigate it in just one day of use. We are switching to this too from now on as my team could have an access to it and monitor the contents we've post accross social media.
