I love how user friendly this platform is. You do not need to know how to code to create a beautiful website or blog. This is the perfect platform to build and watch your dreams come to life.

So far, I haven't found much that I dislike about Wix. I accidentally made an error with my Domain and Customer Service told me I'd have to pay for another one because they couldn't help with that kind of issue. That's perhaps the only thing but it was my fault anyhow.

I can have my website, store, bookings and blog all in one area! Plus it let's you connect other webpages so I can help spread the word about Non-profits/Charities with ease.

The best thing I've found when using Wix is how easy it is for the average user to pick it up and run with it. I've done front end web development in the past and as much as I love coding, not everyone has that background. I was tasked with setting up a quick website that would be maintained by our HR staff which had no experience with coding. I looked and tried a few different things, but the absolute ease, especially the drag and drop features made wix a no brainer.

Wix can feel a little limiting at times for anyone that is used to writing their own code, and if that sounds like you, this might not be the right product for you.

Wix has allowed not only my HR team add job openings to our website, but we have no started moving in the direction of letting our Teachers set up pages for their classrooms with all sorts of creative ideas.

Wix is fast.. You can have a great looking website built in literaly minutes. This is a powerhouse drag and drop builder that truly works great!

My only issue I have had is configuration limits. We sell an advanced product with lots of options and you reach your max pretty quick. It also seems to be tedius to update pricing and info on a large number of options. If you are a typical ecommerce business this wont be a problem im sure.

As i said before, Wix speads up the process and gets you from 0 to sales in no time. This is a big deal!

So robust and customizable plus it's easy to use! The high amount of integratable apps like easy to install blogs, social widgets and much more is out of this world!

The wyswyg aspect of the Wix is not as flexible as other sofrwares like Ionos. It's a bit rigid but still great at getting the job done!

Wix give our company all the tools we need to be successful online. Their website editor is very easy to use and look great. Their ticket and call systems help us manage all of our customer interactions in a quick and organized way. The calendar in Wix is perfect for allowing customers to book time directly instead of having someone manage our time.

Wix does not have an automated chat bot that we can use on our site so we've had to shop elsewhere for that feature. Our company has had some one-time minor issues when using Wix. In situations where everything isn't working exactly how we want we have been able to receive quick and friendly support to get our problems resolved.

Our company is completely online and without something like Wix we wouldn't be able to function properly. With business all around the world we need a way to be able to manage all of our customer interactions and without Wix we would have to subscribe to an unmanageable number of different apps and software in order to get all of the functionality that we need.

She helps me offer an incredible design service thanks to the variety of her tools. Wix support is very dynamic, with many options for resolving queries. The templates in the software are beautiful. There is a lot of information on the website about the software and it is easy to ask questions.

The configuration of the platform is a bit complicated, it deserves to be more dynamic so as not to waste a lot of time.

Wix has 3 things going for it that makes me choose it over others time and time again: 1. Customization of website - you can change, add, or take away almost any feature of your website with Wix - without costing you anything. Yes, that is right! Wix does not charge you extra for using additional features. The only thing you would have to upgrade to premium for is to use your own domain and remove ads. Customizing your website makes your website look unique and helps you stand out against the competition. 2. Easy to use - almost anyone that knows how to use a computer or has experience using any kind of drag/drop program will instinctively know how to use most of wix. There are of course some menu items to get used to, but overall it is extremely easy to use. 3. Modern Technology to help you - Wix uses Artificial Intelligence (Wix ADI) to help you get started with different projects (you can also choose to not use the AI feature of course) and it is surprisingly enough a very good product.

Although Wix is by far the best website builder on the market (especially if you are counting free website builders), it does come with some downsides. Here are my top three downsides of using Wix: 1. Menu Items can be annoying - the menu of wix allows for a lot of customization, but can be somewhat annoying to use. It takes a little bit to get used to the way everything is set up and they tend to change it from time to time (understandably). 2. Loading times can be slow - even Wix's own main site (wix.com) loads slow. So, it is not just your site. For being the "leader in website creation", you would think they could better their loading speeds. 3. "The Mess" - the way the editing dashboard is set up is very messy. You have one floating menu to the left that interferes with anything you want to put in that space on your website, you have sections of webpage that cannot be used, but still has items in it, you have notifications and "helpful" tips showing up everywhere. It can get very messy. I would hope Wix makes a cleaner and simpler editor. However, I am afraid that a simpler editor would also mean less customization.

Wix is helping us create websites that are both functional and nice to look at. In particular, Wix has also helped us with logos for smaller projects, with portfolios, and with presenting clients with their unique event designs.

Wix is a superb tool for website building. - You can design anything using drag & drop - You can add a blog to your website and write blogposts right from within the dashboard - You can add slideshows and galleries to your website without needing any specific knowledge - You can receive messages and send message from within your message board - Wix will set up a domain and host it for you for an additional fee - Wix is very affordable and their free version is great for testing out the product before buying

Wix does have some downsides. Particularly: - You can search and add photos to your website that are free from Wix and can be used commercially, but their image library is not very functional - Their loading times can be slow if you add too many features to your website (videos, large image files) - There is no option to compress images in the editor itself

Wix is allowing our business to always look polished and professional by having wix as our website creator and by continuing to edit and develop our site. Wix is simple enough that anyone can use it and minimal training is required.

Wix is an affordable and easy way to create a modern and nice looking website for your business. There are many things to love about Wix, but here are my top three: 1. Wix templates are many and great looking. You can't go wrong with any of Wix' website templates, they are all modern, sleek, and professional. They have many to choose from and they are even categorized by industry or desired use! Pick one and customize it as you see fit. 2. Wix is affordable. Many website builders are expensive and especially if you are planning on buying one that you can install on your computer. Wix is very affordable both in their pricing for website creation and in their domain hosting. 3. Cloud Access means you will never lose access. Because Wix is completely online, you will never have to move it from one computer to another or worry about having to install a new version - or remove it from an employee's computer. You can also access your website's dashboard and site editor from anywhere in the world - this comes in handy if there is an urgent issue and you are on vacation!

Nobody's perfect. Not even Wix. Here are the top three items I think they could benefit from improving: 1. SEO integration. First of all, I am happy that Wix has taken the time to include SEO at all. Not everyone does so. However, I wish they would be able to improve it so that it would work better. Right now it is not optimal. 2. Loading times. Why is a professional website builder like Wix not improving their loading times? One of the biggest turn--offs for prospective clients when visiting your website is slow loading times. This needs to get improved asap. 3. Customer Service I would love if the customer service team of Wix would improve their communication with customers. I find most help from the community great, but the actual Wix team is lacking.

With the technical know-how of any modern man or woman, you can take advantage of all that Wix has to offer, and this extends beyond just a simple website builder. You can add portfolios, social media, SEO, a message board, and even bookings (for a higher price).

The worst thing I hear from small business owners or clients is that they have paid someone thousands of dollars to build a website. And it is not a very nice website at that. Why do they do this? Because they are afraid that they cannot build one on their own or they don't have the technical know-how to set it up. "Have you heard of wix?" I tell them. "No" they all say (except for some that say "Yes, but I have never tried it". Then, I tell them how great Wix will be for their business - with basic computer skills you can create professional website at no cost. If you know how to drag and drop - you know how to use Wix! And if you ever get stuck, Wix is so popular it has a community of people online who will be more than happy to help you get it done.

When I recommend Wix to anyone I know, they always ask "this sounds too good to be true" and I tell them "It really is not". "Are there no downsides to using Wix?" they reply. Of course there are. As with anything in life, you will find some downsides. For Wix, I would say the biggest downside is that sometimes connecting your domain (website name/address) to your wix website can be tricky, but if you purchase your domain through Wix instead of using a third party, you won't have that issue! Another issue you could run into if you overload your website pages with large images, videos, or other moving elements, is a slow loading speed.

Wix is a great website creator for anyone who cannot afford to pay for a website developer, or who feels like this is a waste of money. It is particularly useful for anyone who has a website already, but it is outdated and not working properly. Wix has a powerful tool called the Wix ADI that can create a professional website for you in minutes. Personally, I am not a huge fan of the ADI because I crave customization and the ability to create a unique website, so I take advantage of their template collection which is a decent size of templates in many different categories.
