There are many people realizing that anyone with a dream and motivation can start their business! For me, this means more website design business. And Wix makes it easy to get these sites designs out quickly and to the client's liking.

Wix gave me an opportunity to build my own site from scratch with custom settings so I can design it.

The navigation around the site was a little confusing at times but not impossible.

I like how easy Wix is to use and edit things to our specific needs. It's very user-friendly, so much so that the younger people (who may be experts) in this can use it and explain it to our older clients.

That there are certain add on features you have to pay for. With how much we pay, we would expect more features to be free to us. However, we do have everything we need to successfully run our business.

We are providing customers information about our client's restaurants, such as menus, locations, contact information, special events, etc.

The amount of features that Wix provides through their platform is amazing. I was using other design platforms before Wix and I am in love with their design platform as well as the amount of customization I can put into my website. I also like the apps you can add to the website which allow for analytics tracking and event management. They also provide great templates to use to help create awesome website features such as an easy to use FAQ page.

I wish more of the additional features were included in the paid plan without having to pay extra.

I've been creating websites with Wix for the last 5 years or so. It has such a user-friendly interface! I use to code thing by hand and it took FOREVER but I can drag and drop element exactly where I want them, no sweat.

If you use Wix for selling merchandise, there are a few standard features that Wix is lacking at the moment. BUT, they have listened and added many of the features requested by users. So if there is something you need to happen you can log into your account and up-vote that feature to be added.

I love having all of the boosters and advise on advertising and SEO optimization. They even have a video creator section with stock promotional videos you can customize to share on social media. This is something I have been wanting to do but I'm not video savvy.

Wix is affordable, customizable, user friendly, and innovative!

It is a little confusing to use the online booking service. Other than that the site itself it’s easy to use!

The Wix platform is constantly growing and innovating. Its intuitive editor makes it relatively easy for someone with a good foundation in what makes for a good site design (UX/UI) to do great work while not necessarily needing to write code. The platform offers lots of flexibility to make a site really fit the needs of a client or business. There are many templates available but you are also free to start with a completely blank canvas and there are no limits as to what you can create.

There is not much to dislike about Wix. Like any platform and technology, in general, it's in a constant state of growth. As the platform and technology evolve there are some instances where things change and in some cases you find you want to adjust a site design to accommodate the new styling or trends but this is to be expected in any technology so shouldn't necessarily be considered a drawback.

As a professional graphic designer who has used Wordpress in the past, I've moved over to using the Wix platform to build sites for myself and my clients. It's a great tool for designers who want to build beautiful, functional websites without having to do the tedious work involved in some other platforms. They offer extensive tools in the form of apps that combined with the possibilities offered by Wix code can cover just about every need.

Wix has great SEO, user friendly website templates, and e-mail marketing capabilities through their ShoutOuts! Our small non-profit has been revolutionized by our new Wix website. We get lots of compliments about our slick new site and how easy it is to navigate. Wix also allows us to use multiple domains, multiple users, and integrates with g-suite so we all have our own Gmail e-mail addresses now!

It's hard to say anything here, but Wix could improve their user dashboard so I can see my recent e-mail campaign metrics as soon as I sign in, rather than clicking through to drill-down and find the metrics.

We feel like Wix has slick displays and a user friendly experience as well as user friendly admin experience. We are very happy with Wix and their tech support as well. We have had HORROR stories about clunky navigation, not being able to access our website because our previous admin locking us out, now all of those problems are solved.

Helps you if you're trying to start your first website and get your business more open to the public. Great because it gives you a free version where you have a few ads on the site but nothing to big. If you just want to try it out i would say use the free one but once you see how much it helps i would pay and get the more professional look

I dislike the advertisements that show up as a user who doesn't pay or as a free user but its only on the bottom of the page so its not too big of a distraction. i dislike how the free page also has to long of a URL mane and if you dont put the whole link the if will not take you to your site.

We realise that using Wix, we can create small business websites at half the cost of developing a fully custom one from scratch, this has significantly reduced our in house cost and has allowed us to take on more clients.

Wix is one of those platforms that is fantastic for the right type of people. It is without a doubt the best looking and easiest to use platform in its market, to the point where others like Wordpress are barely comparable. The free plans, ease of use, and support have always been wonderful to work with and easy to implement in small businesses. It's one of those things you can pick up and begin working on immediately--no need to sit down with a giant instructional first.

Wix is great, but can easily be overloaded with photos, videos, and the like. The builder (while effective) can be incredibly slow at times. Lord forbid you build the site from scratch as opposed to one of their templates. It can be the issue of clicking and dragging something and having the site lag a second or two behind. I've also had some technical issues in items disappearing or getting stuck behind other boxes. Again, I don't prefer to use the templates so this happens quite often for me, requiring assistance from support. Additionally, the builder is very easy to use but hooking up the site to a domain is no where near as easy as the rest of it. Additional instruction would be great in this area.

Wix is absolutely perfect for any small business looking to get online as quickly and as cheaply as possible, while also looking decent. It's a major upgrade from any Facebook page or social media online presence that's trying to replace an actual website. Also, the option to add code has helped when the builder has fallen short, such as needing to add complicated lists or tables.
