It is easily accessible and easy to learn

I dislike that sometimes it has a glitch

It is helping me hire for my job

Workable replaced an old process of posting jobs manually on many job boards, etc. It is the home for our job postings, where our careers page links to, and how we get our openings online. Workable makes it easy to get free and paid job postings up in the best locations for them online, and is simple enough that all hiring managers can use it to quickly post, internally submit for edits/changes/referrals, and eventually publicly post their open roles externally.

I wish we could more easily target specific job boards depending on what the role was (i.e. more specific job boards for devs, etc.). Some of our roles source not great matches from specific sites and it would be great to turn that pipe off in those cases.

Hiring pipeline - takes a LOT of time to post the same job and manage it on many job sites that potential employees will be on. Once you're hiring many roles at once it is too much for one person to manage. At the end of the day it's a scalability problem and Workable let's one person do all that work efficiently.

That the new hire does not automatically get a copy of their signed offer letter for their files.

Managing the recruiting efforts with a small team.

What I like the most, is the ease of doing everything, it is a platform that is super "user friendly".

What I don't like is that you have to pay to be able to have other sources of work.

Have a better control of our candidates, and be able to know exactly in which step they are, in order to give them feedback.

It is easy to use and amazing support, from my initial request for information all the way through my direct account manager who is extremely helpful and quick to respond.

There is nothing about the system and service that I have not liked.

We needed a robust system that would allow our department team leads to see their candidates and where we could track the time to hire data analytics. Having all candidates funnel into one department/site has been extremely helpful in allowing our teams to be more efficient during the interview/hiring process. We love the people search function that we can source potential passive candidates and to start a conversation with them as well.

What don't I like? The scheduling function is quick, easy and functional. I love the templates too!

It would be nice to have a dashboard view of all of those in the interview phase, actual names and role.

Solving staffing needs. Benefit of being very efficient software.

The ease of use and features of the platform -> very user-friendly and intuitive.

It was a bit hard at the begging to get used with all the features -> nut it was mainly because I didn't use this type of platform before

Centralizing all the candidates -> easier to group them with hashtags, for example Mass answers to a group of candidates -> before the platform we were unable to give answers to all of the aplicants.

I like Workable because it's very simple to use.

I don't like it because you have to download the profile of the candidates the moment you enter from mobile to workable.

Auto parsing is the best fitur, it was very easy when we have to upload CV

Screening fitur, in Workable using # but need to improved, We also need to download interview result in excell or csv format from every position

We are solving some problem like add new hiring stages, and add interview form, it was very helpfull

User Friendly, reliable, easy, and efficient.

Nothing to diskile in workable thank you.

Helps in the tracking of candidates and time saving for recruitment.
