I enjoyed working with the WorkCast team to create a simple and efficient virtual benefit fair. The team was straightforward to work with and professional. It was nice to have experts building the event for us.
I did not dislike anything about working with WorkCast. However, I would have preferred the live portion of the event to include live interactions with participants.

The simplicity of the webinar platform makes it easy to get even the most inexperienced user up to speed quickly. Guest speakers find it very easy to login and view audience questions for the Q&A sessions. The staff overall have been amazingly helpful, professional, and available to answer questions.
The reporting platform could use a makeover. While the system captures an amazing amount of information, it is not always presented in the best manner. Many of our clients have complained about the reports being difficult to follow.
Adding more of our content online in new ways. More live videos in the coming year.
Solid platform and excellent customer service and support (i.e., Bill was exceptional to work with and clearly knows the product; he was able to provide guidance in addition to resolving any technical issues)
As a North American client, having the platform hosted in the UK caused some issues with service delivery, but Workcast was able to resolve the issue after investigation. Reporting data requires conversion to NA timezone.
With many organizations moving to online delivery due to the pandemic, Workcast provided a robust, visually impressive, and functionally capable platform that nearly replicates an in-person event. We needed a solution that was a step ahead of Zoom and other impromptu/ basic online platforms. Some benefits included freeing up internal resources to focus on more strategic priorities and less on the technical production elements of hosting an online webinar, as well as showing a more polished presentation and experience to visitors.
The staff are quick to respond and they walk you through the process step-by-step.
Navigating the time difference is a bit challenging, but that is not an issue soley with WorkCast.

It's so easy to navigate through the process. Not an overly complicated program. I'm able to get all my work done within a matter of minutes.
I dislike the log in progress. I can't save my password word in the system. Otherwise I think it's an great program.
Keeping track of my previous order and able to click to reorder my stock. My coworker can edit some of the order if needed without me being there.
Workcast provides solid and reliable service and frequently updates and upgrades their system. They are very responsive to input and feedback and have often instituted changes we have recommended.
The Q&A interface a bit klunky and could benefit from being a bit more flexible.
Workcast's Producer+ system allows us to easily self-manage our webinars, with full access to all admin tools. This enables rapid updates and changes, allowing us to be hyper-responsive to our client's needs.

How slowly progress was made. Partly our fault, at the same time I would've liked workcast to be more prompt.
Having a 'home base' that every attendee can go to for the virtual event. It's better than having basic meeting invites on their calendar
