I use it universally across clients sites, managing everything from reservations to general enquiries. I love that I get form insights to let my clients know how their forms are performing.

The best is that it is easy, even for someone like me not a pro programmer. Drag and drop options make it very innovative. With any questions I get fast and complete answers and follow up till success!

Intuitive and easy way to create form, track answers and manage email responses to customers. Reliable and easy to upgrade. There are many options to include extensions and/or third party software. Works with mostly every email provider. A very good feature is the automated email sending after a user completes and sends a form. So it is easy to send the "next steps" to the customer, or even additional payment informations - whatever you can think about.

Having a template and field examples of what you might need within a form is a must for Us. Also the fact that you can make the form itself to validate some information or format is a good thing to consider, i. e. Phone Numbers, e-mail address, etc

WP Forms Lite does what I need for a simple contact form including Captcha without having to pay annually like many others. Drag & drop layout is easy to use.

Conditional questions are sometimes confusing to build.

It has made collecting proposals for our conference so easy to collect. We used to have a lot of problems with people exceeding word limits for applications. Now we can set a word limit or character limit easily and it is much easier to assess and compare applications.

Our subscription to WPforms was worth every cent. As new users of Wordpress, we were directed to WPforms for our online form needs for our monastery. It was the right choice! WPForms has been a breeze to learn and has helped us out in so many ways on our monastery site. Now we can easily receive prayer requests, and donations and have interactive offers throughout the year. We love all the pre-made templates too! They are such a great help! Thank you, WPForms!

It would be nice to have some more design options for the forms such as color / layout etc. There are not many downsides to WPforms though!

The forms have increased our ability to communicate with friends of the monastery. It has been wonderful to securely accept donations and prayer requests. WPForms has helped us be more self sufficient with our own site rather than having to hire a professional to do things like this!

I don't like that you cannot copy a form

I am trying to create a form that allows clients to provide information that then is copied to a document to file. WPForms makes that possible but it takes a long time.

I loved how easy it was to set up and use, a super quick and beginner-friendly way to add forms to any WordPress site. The support has always been fantastic & additional form functions allow for more complex forms to be built.

Too many messages reminding you to use more features and upgrade to the next level of subscription, but these are easy to ignore and just use the tool.

I was looking for a form I could embed on my WP site but is a very long one with lots of conditional logic. No other form was easier to create than the one WPForms offers.

In Japanese names, Last name and First name are written in reverse order. Also, the order of the addresses should be reversed. The current WPForms does not support this, but when I contacted support, they gave me the CSS to fix it. They responded with great suggestions for what I wanted to do. I trust the support of this company.

You have to write code to deal with the Japanese. It would be nice to be able to support Japanese people without writing code.
