What I like best about ZipRecruiter is the trustworthiness of the service and accurate up to date information, also the email and text matched up recommendation.

The only one thing i dislike about ZipRecruiter is that not all job applications are mobile apply or one click apply. Meaning I have to redo all the typing info, cover letter and resume all over again on another page.

The number one benefit is that my profile is being outreach extremely out there to be discovered by potentially employers. Also has given me a broad visual of how to write a better resume.

YOu can search by keywords. You can narrow your search by zip code and when people applied, very helpful!

I don't like getting jobs that are not related to my career field. I don't like having to use just my g-mail account to be able to log in.

ZipRecruiter sends daily job updates via email based on the skills matching my profile. Its excellent and makes my job hunting very easy. I love the "1-click apply" option which is the icing on the cake.

ZipRecruiter has very responsive job postings. They allow you to provide as much detail as you want in order to sell yourself to possible job opportunities. The amount of companies that use this platform is pretty incredible and it is a good feeling to know that I am viewing a solid amount of leads.

Sometimes there are formatting issues when attaching documents, such as uploading resumes or other supporting documents. I would like to be able to make sure that when a document is uploaded that the formatting has not been skewed to the viewer.

I am able to browse jobs quickly and efficiently to weed out opportunities that I feel are right for me and what I am looking for in my career path. The benefits I have realized involve seeing the vast amount of employers that use this platform. I appreciate the ability to refine my searches to really narrow down the options I am looking at.

ZipRecruiter is an amazing way to search for this ideal job. Afer completing a profile, ZipRecruiter sends various positions that fit your desires and qualifications. There are position and companies that you may not know of, but with ZipRecruiter, they find the best fit for you. The filter tool allows you to choose your specific shift and all positions related to your search will be emailed daily and weekly with the option to change your notifications.

There is nothing that I dislike about ZipRecruiter. It has a number of capabilities within the software.

I'd like to choose the business filed like pharmaceutical to filter companies I'd like to apply but I couldn't find it .

I'm currently looking for new opportunity and have not enough time to apply because of temp wokring during the day , the most important thing is to apply on a site that is fast , find many job related to my filed, more easier to use and apply what zipRecruiter is .

ZipRecruiter sends me a notification for jobs that match my skills, interests, and/or previous employment as soon as they are posted. So, while I work as a temp/seasonal full-time position, I am able to still apply for my next position. The app is user-friendly, easy to understand and use, and has tons of features. Completely filling out all the information helps make for a smoother process and less hassle when applying for jobs.

I dislike nothing. I think the app is very well designed, and has tons of extremely useful benefits.

I am solving the fact that I cant be on my phone at work all day searching for a position, but i dont have to with ZipRecruiter, they alert me with positions I qualify for. I love the 1-Tap Apply. It makes applying so easy and quick.

There are a lot of jobs, or opportunities that don't apply to me, or my field.

I am solving the issue of managing my job search. With ZipRecruiter I get a running tally of what it is that I have looked at, as well as what I have applied to. With this I am able to reach out to those opportunities that have not reached back out to me to get a status, or an update for those that have reached back to me.

I love the text notifications. I can click on the link immediately to take me to job listings that match my profile.

Sometimes the jobs aren't what matches my profile but that's not often.

I was able to look at real available opportunities out there with confidence. Some of the other jobs sites have multiple listings for the same position or the positions do not exist any longer. I was getting frustrated when I realized the jobs I was applying for were not available. It was very disappointing. When I started using ZipRecruiter I was excited to see so many new posting. It is updated daily. I found this a great searching feature.

I was interviewed for a job and received great feedback for the recruiter but I was unable to email the company because I did not have the direct email to the person I was speaking with. I always like sending an email saying that I appreciated the time they took out of their schedule to talk to me and if they had additional question to ask. But without the information, I was unable to do this.

I am moving and looking for another position closer to my future home and I am able to search locally and where ever I wanted with a click of my mouse.

Since I have mainly used zip recruiter through my staffing company, I like how easy it is to search for specific details in someone’s resume when trying to fill an order and find the perfect candidate.

I dislike that with a lot of the toggle bar options you use when trying to find a resume that is in a specific radius of a city, etc. you can only search in increments. I wish you could type in your own specifics.

Zip recruiter can be great for when you are trying to search for a good position that will fit your needs and wants and on the other side of the spectrum and what I mainly use it for, it can be a helpful tool to an employer (or staffing agency) when trying to find the right kind of candidate for a position.

I really like the one-click application option, especially when followed by a quick survey or set of questions. This made it easy during my job search to plan for applying to several places per day, some one-click and some longer applications. I also really appreciate that employers can find my resume just like I can find their job postings.

I wish that it was easier to filter for remote-only jobs, as that is a must for me. Currently, the only way to do this is to put it in as a word search (which works sometimes) or put Remote, OR as location, which is actually a real place in Oregon but includes many work-from-anywhere postings.

After graduating, I was able to apply to lots of jobs locally and remotely through ZipRecruiter, and it greatly simplified my job search.

So we've used tons of job boards but the quality and quantity of candidates from ZipRecruiter outweigh other job boards by far. We purchased "Featured employer" for indeed and paid extra money and still found that ziprecruiter general subscription provided more quality and quantity in terms of candidates

I wish it required all candidates to have resumes. I think it may be a feature to require resumes on certain job postings but I'm not quite sure.

With ZipRecruiter I feel they have more info on the job selections. I like how they have a rounded out income for each position at the bottom of the job descriptions. ZipRecruiter makes applying for jobs easy!

I like ZipRecruiter for the 1-click apply, this link has made life so easy and application so simple. and by the way this is a very good site for getting hot jobs out there. This tool make it friendly to use. I like the fact that the jobs posted are real and no scam. The jobs posted also are well described that way making it easy for the user to look at those jobs that best fit them.

Some jobs don't have salary offer and when you request it takes time before you get a response. There are nothing much to dislike because most of the things or jobs posted are easy to understand.

Finding a job has been made easier, i got one job here and working.Avoiding Scammers and conmen everywhere .

I enjoy helping people with technical issues and writing instructions or steps to correct any issue with their computers.

I do not enjoy being pressured or stressed by the work I do so I can focus better on the tasks at hand to fix or resolve a problem.

I have helped give feedback with posting that still exists but needs to be removed when they become closed. I have noticed that Zip does locate other openings that are in line with my past interests in my town.

I like that ZipRecruiter sends me a followup status of the position and my application
