it is solving the difficulty of filling out job applications that some company's have. I feel like I am able to search for jobs tailored to me easier.

Narrowing down relevant positions

I like to use the 1 click apply function. The summary for jobs in bullet points is really nice to have without having to skim through the entire job post.

I think the "match" percentage I see doesn't do much for me. How can I "great match" as 10% of applicants for so many jobs?? Is this data actually accurate?

Shows me job posts and the days a job post has been posted. It helps me know what companies are hiring and jobs I can apply to...because I need a job.
