It is extremely easy to apply for good employment situations! All you need to do to submit a resume is to hit the home button on your smart device!

I have found many excellent job opportunities. I am currently working as an independent contractor in a position I applied for on ZipRecruiter. It is a very lucrative and ideal position.

Applications are sometimes so daunting and this app makes it so easy to apply. This initial process of adding your profile takes a little amount of time but for the most part when is says "1 tap Apply" that's it!! I use both the website and the app and they are both easy to use.

I see a lot of marketing jobs, which I am not in the market for but that's the only thing I can say I dislike.

The IOS App version of ZipRecruiter doesn't allow me to filter my job search by location.

Narrowing down my job search with properly recommended job postings; the job descriptions provided on individual job postings has allowed me to better word my resume to match keywords used by employers.

I like the clean, uncluttered interface and easy to find help tools. Suggestions for potential matches are always relevant.

The resume upload function could be a little snappier. I had to retry the upload multiple times even though the file was not large.

I'm finding higher quality job postings than competing services. The quick navigation helps me sift through the massive number of postings available.

Zip Recruiter is one of 3 job boards I use. There are other job boards available, but they are not reliable and you wind up with a lot of spam emails and calls.

I love how easy it is to apply for jobs that align exactly with what I do! Also, I don't have to keep inputting the same information over and over. I can apply to 100 jobs in a day so easily.

That fact that i get too many interviews and cant keep up ;) In all seriousness. there isn't one thing I don't like about ziprecruiter. I would recommend some sort of import option for linkedin because a lot of professionals keep linkedin update very frequently

The problem that it solves is that for numerous applications you have to fill out the same information over and over again which impedes on the number of application i can submit in a day. Ziprecruiter solves that by taking questions i have already answered and info i have put in and uses that for future applications and pre-filling out the info. This allows me to submit tons of applications in a day.

There are so many candidates on ZipRecruiter for you to source from. Posting a job and you can do pre-qualifying questions.

Resume's are not always required, or folks upload a document that is blank.

The recommendation under the categories you select will provide you with great analytics to ensure your job seeking is fast and reliable. The web GUI is very clean and easy to navigate. And email updates or sms improves the chance of a candidate to seeking for a job or career opportunity. The site is also very fast and reliable.

If this site could tap in via API to other job searching sites to increase your job searching. Also if you have a smart watch, such as apple iWatch it would be helpful to be able to apply via that device or others like android base smart watches.

I had posted my Resume on several competitor job sites. Zip Recruiter connected me with more employers than the all the other job sites combined! I believe this is due to the fact that there are simply more companies and employers utilizing Zip Recruiter to look for future candidates like me!

The app was operating a little slow sometimes when using my cellular data. Also, it could load more positions as i scroll through the postings.

I upgraded my unlimited phone plan and realized that my phone service was the issue with speed of app. I see that when i downloaded the new version of the App that positive changes have been made and upgraded.

I dont like the propensity for spam listings, the recommendations for entry level positions as a senior level professional, or the volume of recommendations outside of my commuting area.
