All the choices and job opportunities. I also enjoy how they are in constant contact with you. Really seems like they have your best interests in mind.
Sometimes the job searches send me multiple emails on the same job, and also I'll still get job offers that I've already applied to.
The quick apply aspect of ZipRecruiter is a really nice feature. I like that I dont have to go through 4 different sites to apply for 1 job.
I like the ease of looking up specific jobs and salary ranges I am looking for.
Sometimes the email/texts of recommendations can be over whelming but you have to remember you are looking for a career and that is serious.
I don’t currently have any problems with zip recruiter. The benefits are the contacts you can find and get you in to you next career. .

Sometimes header says one thing and positions seem to be something else. Example. Header say HR or Executive Roles as as I scroll down I see positions like CDL driver

Because of some of the complexities of our implementation, there have been a few ongoing issues with invoicing.

Frank explained the invite to apply calibration process, that is a little frustrating as the people listed to invite to match jobs posted.
staffing - I placed an ad two Fridays ago and received 4 seemingly great candidates. I say seemingly because I have not met all 4 of them yet. Just one today and she is moving on to the next step in our process.

I've had a great experience with ZipRecruiter, so far. Going into using it I knew very little about it and heard great things. Now that I've been on it for a few months I can say that it has grown on on me. My favorite thing about it is that it is very user-friendly and I am able to find my way around easily. Also, I love the ability to rate each individual candidate. Also, customer support has been very good, so far.
I haven't been able to find one single thing that I would change about ZipRecruiter, so far.
The war over trying to find qualified candidates. I have found more qualified candidates using ZipRecruiter than any other platform that I've used previously.

Filling the position of a CFO can be overwhelming. Having this through ADP, our payroll service, makes it seem easier.
With Zip you can pay for your job posts and adjust any time you want. It is economical and effective. The personal support is the best out of any of the other companies out there.
I wish you could increase and decrease job board by 10 posts at a time and have pricing based on that.

We started using ziprecruiter this year. Super easy interface. Lots of pre-screening options and recruiting services. Super happy with the experience and the great team, in two days I received more than 35 applications, it make easy for me to hire employees faster, ziprecruiter has integrated helpful features to help employers really find good talent and I love the email template capabilities.

I like that it's easy to use and that it really does most of the work for you. In comparison to free tools we were not having to do much.
Their sales staff call constantly trying to upsell and promote. It got to the point where I called a sales manager and requested the calls to stop. I get it, they are running a business but it really is obnoxious.

I like how well this product works for you while you are not actively sourcing. We have an extremely small recruiting team here and we are starting to grow very rapidly. Given that, ZipRecruiter is an incredibly useful & easy tool to have in your toolbox!
Not much, really. The only thing I had trouble with was customizing each req. However, after speaking with our rep Daniel, it was easy to fix.

ZipRecruiter is easy to use. It looks at jobs you have applied to and shows you more like it but is more intuitive than other online job searches. It also has help for resumes and to make sure you put your best foot forward. They send you emails with new jobs to keep you updated on what is out there and keep you coming back to use it. There is a feature called "Phil" which is basically an automated staffer to help you find jobs you may not find on your own.
I have not found a downside to using ZipRecruiter.
It makes sure that I don't give up on my search by sending me emails with new postings but not too frequently.
