I love that there is a lot of information.

I honestly haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Helps me to look for employment. It helps me to highlight my skills.

The AI technology used for this application is excellent. My AI recruiter is always emailing me about new jobs. So with my new job search it makes the transition much easier.

Some of the jobs that come my way are not exactly my area of expertise. I'm looking to transition into cybersecurity but some of the jobs offered are for an accountant. Another example, would be a stock analyst. Not what I'm looking for.

I'm not a small business owner, so I would not know, but in the area of job hunting and good categories for jobs, Ziprecruiter is excellent.

I think Ziprecruiter is a great resource and tool for seeking a job that matches the criteria you set! I love that you can filter out specifics and the website is well organized and makes it easy to find what you're looking for.

There are so many jobs listed, and sometimes it is hard to narrow it down based on criteria that you've chosen. But, other than that, I think it is a wonderful resource!

Ziprecruiter is filtering out the jobs that best match my resume and profile and tailors it to what I am looking for, which is beyond helpful! I so appreciate this service!

The professional ease of searching for openings as well as finding exceptional applicants. It is a quality search engine that I trust. I've used competitors but found their quality to be lacking in the candidates or the job postings.

The least helpful thing would not be Zip Recruiter per se, but rather some of the employer's follow-up to their postings. I'd like to see more status communication.

ZipRecruiter has helped me to hire some quality talent for seasonal turned permanent employee candidates. The candidates are more productive, punctual and are a great fit.

Menus are tight, coding isn't bogged down with bugs, and you can tell it's been optimized and probably heavily beta tested. Navigate through the menus to see for yourself. Respond to a email from ZipR, the whole process from searching to a quick apply is a click, click and done..(as long as your information is stored)... I started my career in the DOS era, OS2, etc. So I appreciate its coding, and I am not a friend or relative of its creators. I am a regular ZipRecruiter member.

Nothing falls into a dislike area. The employer descriptions are very detailed, especially if it's a large company. Knowing if they hired applicants for other positions might be helpful.

Just providing a detailed selection of possible employers. A significant benefit is one click apply feature. The submitted application logs are also helpful. They help to finetune my progression strategy with new employment opportunities.

Every once in a while I can see my profile/resume preview in printable format. I don't see an obvious way to preview or edit this unless I upload a new resume with additional content. Might be there but a preview/edit button would be cool.

Ziprecruiter was the only high quality job board aggregator for years, the competition has followed in its footsteps but its taken them years to compare.

Filter many places at a time, and then notifies you when apps are being viewed.

I feel like companies should be accounted for people time. once the company views canidate, they should have a 24 hour turn around; ethier saying yes or no to the applicant.

This is a great tool that cuts done the search for tech rolls.

I love the 1-click apply. it makes it so easy to apply to multiple jobs in seconds. Also the alert for when employers view your application is actually accurate.

Phil sends alot of emails. I'm pretty sure theres a setting to take that off but i havent looked yet. A lot of the emails are new job postings but 1 a day should do it instead of multiple.

It's easy to navigate throughout the page, jobs seem more accurate and legit, doesn't look like you could find scammer like Linkedin, it seems easy and they help

It's not bad, but I'm not using a cellphone from US so I can't download the app but overall great experience, first time here and I haven't seen most of it so can't say i dislike much

It seems to have more legit jobs and companies than other job search platforms, they help a lot with your experience in it, im really liking this, again I haven't been a long time here, it's my first time

Positing more Jobs

I have never used a site as helpful as ZipRecruiter. It's very intuitive and easy to use, it's easy to create an account and get started, I always get a variety of interesting openings to choose from, and it doesn't feel spammy like many other job boards do. This is the only job website that I actually want to use every day. The website itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. It's so easy to guide the algorithm toward jobs that fit you best based on your keywords that it's actually fun sometimes to scroll through and check or x out Phil's suggestions.

I dislike nothing about ZipRecruiter. 10/10 website and experience.

I use ZipRecruiter for job hunting. I have gotten multiple interviews from jobs that Phil recommended to me. No other career website has been nearly as consistent.

I love how ZipRecruiter breaks the jobs down into the ones that suit me so I know which ones to answer.

I dont like that they keep all my old applied to jobs, it makes it messy.

They let me know exactly which jobs I am qualified for and I love that!

I enjoy the convenience of the job search and all the endless jobs posted on the website. I always chose to look for jobs on this website versus other job sites.

I haven't had any real reason to not like the experiences I've had in the past. Everything is easy to use and ready to go so I enjoy using this website and look forward to continuing to use it for my next job venture.

ZipRecruiter has an amazing way of making a job search so easy to go through and convenient. Out of all the websites out there to use for a job search ZipRecruiter has to be my favorite.

I love how detailed and informative their job posts are. I also really like how easy it is to report posts for inaccurate information or for missing details. It is also really easy to share posts with friends.

There are very few things that I dislike on ZipRecruiter. The main thing would be that I get notification emails about job posts and when I click the link in the email sometimes the post is already taken down.

ZipRecruiter helps solve some of the struggle of job hunting. They provide many accurate and detailed job posts and send notifications for these posts.

How easy it is to find out and read about new job I can try for! The application process is just one click of the button away from my new future. Much easier than Indeed.

I wish I could upload a picture of my resume, but I also understand why I can not. I do get recommendations that aren't exactly in my area of expertise. Maybe add knowledge check tests?

After transffering to a new state ziprecruiter is helping me find a new job in my new area so I can financially support myself and my family. I can't wait to explore all my options.

Applying for jobs is quick and easy. It's like throwing spaghetti against the wall your general resume works sometimes and fits but other times it is not as efficient.

I wish you could use different resumes depending on the position, but that is what Linkedin is for. ZipRecruiter is quick and efficient.
