Zip recruiter will find jobs for you, and make it super..super easy to apply. It is the quickest way to get your application/resume out to as many places as you see fit. I love that they let you know when your application has been viewed!

Easy to use system that makes searching quick and simple. Site offers many options for filtering results and setting up watches for various positions and/or organizations.

Sometimes the search results are too broad, for example, when searching "real estate", housekeeping jobs were in the search results.

I am using the site to search for professional job opportunities. It is also useful in researching different organizations and other opportunities they are offering currently.

If a job that they found doesnt fit what you want they will reassess and give you new job openings that better fit you. Costumer service is a great this as well, they will help you figure out why you are not getting the jobs that you really want in the long run which helps out a lot. You cant email or text with them over the internet basically anytime of the day, so if you have any questions they will do there best to help you out.

They can keep sending you stuff for the same jobs you said you were uninterested in.

How to make my resume the best it can be. And it helped me find job i never would of thought about applying to. Just about everyday they would send me dozens of new opportunities. I am now employed making real good money and couldnt be happier thanks to the site zip requiter. It is also very nice because it will tell you whether you are a good, great, exellennt match for each job they put in you list. I have also recomended this to all of my friends and family just to see what all is out there as far as jobs go, like i always say if you not going p you are going down.

Some jobs I've come across are 30+ days old, and have since been filled, but not removed from the site

I use this site frequently to check open positions near me to see what's become available.

I would say that the jobs sent to me are very relevant to my experience and I probably apply to 50% of those sent to me. I like the quick response and engagement info when an employer has looked at my resume too.

At times the jobs are not relevant at all or too junior, almost as if Ai took over the assessment and only focused on one keyword.

I like the quick apply process and then being matched automatically to other jobs similar. But at times the matching job recommendations are not relevant or too junior since the match may be for one key word related to me. For example, I'm seeking a senior marketing and communication executive position. Many times I get jobs that have the word "marketing" in the title but have nothing to do with what I'm looking for.

Done right, it goes on Auto-Pilot finding your best fit candidates!

It's very easy to set up your profile and begin searching for potential matches.

I wish the search fields were a bit more detailed.

No problems to speak of today. The benefits are quick access to the companies using ZR.

My favorite feature is the one click apply. It's very fast and efficient, and you are not stuck filling out the same education and employment history again and again for hours.

I currently have no dislikes about the site. The only improvement is more so up to the employers as far as company information, job requirements, and salary information.

The biggest benefit is how quickly I can search and apply for any job interests I may have.

I really like that ZipRecruiter matches me with jobs based on my skill-set.

The algorithm used to find jobs I wouldn't be able to find on any other platform.

I literally can't think of a single thing, actually.

The problem of finding the right fit, and utilizing ZipRecruiter has drastically improved my presence in the job market.

I like the fact that ZipRecruiter gives you all the details posted for what you are looking for in your job search.

The one thing I don't like is that some job postings don't have an hourly or yearly pay scale.

I have gotten more interviews with ZipRecruiter.

The things i like most are the updates, they keep me posted on when employers look at my resume.

Sometimes I don't get a responses when employers look at my resume over 3 times i do not receive feedback at times. The job just states closed.

How fast they post jobs and the 1-click Apply makes my life so much easier. I prefer this method over many of the other sites.
