How easy it is to find out and read about new job I can try for! The application process is just one click of the button away from my new future. Much easier than Indeed.
I wish I could upload a picture of my resume, but I also understand why I can not. I do get recommendations that aren't exactly in my area of expertise. Maybe add knowledge check tests?
After transffering to a new state ziprecruiter is helping me find a new job in my new area so I can financially support myself and my family. I can't wait to explore all my options.
Applying for jobs is quick and easy. It's like throwing spaghetti against the wall your general resume works sometimes and fits but other times it is not as efficient.
I wish you could use different resumes depending on the position, but that is what Linkedin is for. ZipRecruiter is quick and efficient.

The most helpful part of ZipRecruiter is that you can connect your LinkedIn account which helps populate most all job applications saving you precious time better spent looking to land that perfect job!
The only downside of ZipRecruiter is when they labels certain jobs "not a match" which could discourage some from applying, but it also saves you time on a quick search for the best suited jobs.
ZipRecruiter is saving me precious time better spent looking for the perfect job by linking directly to my LinkedIn account. Filling out multiple job applications in a single day is too time consuming otherwise.
I used ZipRecruiter, when I worked retail, to recruit holiday hires. I also used Zip for job searches. They are great at finding the job I am looking for and keeping track of where I applied. I also like the job posts that I can quickly apply to.
I believe I put in a yearly pay range, in my profile, but I do receive posts that pay $16-$18 hourly.

Quick and Easy process with some feed back in the process. I enjoy the simplicity of the search and the quick application for most jobs. The email alerts and ease of use on the app is fantastic for staying on top of new opportunities.
I have not experienced very many downsides. Im not sure if this exists but it would be nice to upload a couple of different resumes for someone ready to move on from their current position but contemplating a potential switch into a different industry.
It makes it very easy to stay up to date on new opportunities in the marketplace and apply when you see something that fits your criteria. I also love that it reccomends similar positions to ones that maybe fit your resume or that you've already applied for.
I like ZipRecruiter best because ZipRecruiter has features that are more up-to-date than other career search sites. For example, ZipRecruiter generates matches in the suggested column, and most of the suggestions have responded quickly to set up an interview.
I am not in favor of some of the required questionnaires on applications. I wish there was a way to know how many questions need to be answered before submitting the application.
ZipRecruiter is doing better with uploading new positions. Some days have repeat postings or postings that are not a match. Most postings are a match and have detailed descriptions.
It automatically fills the redundant information whenever you apply for jobs. It also notifies you of updates whenever your application has been viewed ones, twice or more times.
A way to followup and reach out to the hiring manager is not present.
Updating of your skills indicated in the resume is as easy as uploading a new PDF file.
It's aggregates so many different companies in my region, more than other job sites.

ZipRecruiter assigns you an AI Personal Recruiter who keeps you up-to-date on your application status. The updates are so helpful and do a great job of keeping me informed.
I haven't found a downside to ZipRecruiter yet and consider it a much better job hunting site than some of it's competitors that I am also signed up with.
It's taking away the guess work of where my application stands with companies. I know when my application has been viewed, when it has been given a thumbs up and when the job closes.
When I am using it to recruit, ZipRecruiter sends me resumes that meet my set requirements. It saves me the time of having to go through resumes of people that do not qualify for the position

The AI still needs some programming. I get jobs that I am extremely over qualified for. It would be great if you are able to group more than one city in the job search.

I am treated like I am one of there is no way I am leaving without a job which means a lot if you are out looking for something new. I do not know if any other site treats you like that.

It makes applying for multiple jobs super easy and also allows you more opportunity to find jobs you wouldn't usually think of and you end up with new experience.
There aren't many things I would have to say that are negative about zip recruiter other than sometimes they give you jobs that are repeated or not in your category of experience. Also the scammers are starting to get really bad.
It has helped connect me to potential jobs and people I wouldn't under normal circumstances look into or even entertain the idea of applying to. And that alone gives you more experience even if its just going to the interview itself.
I always use ZipRecruiter and it is very helpful in recruitment to get the best talent, very easy to use and we post our jobs on this portal and also we source candidates on ZipRecruiter so all I can say is that its a very good tool to get the best talent
I think there should be a feature in this to get in touch with the hiring manager this feature should be added and that's is I don't think there is any dislike in this tool

That you can quickly apply to any job on the platform and it also tells you which ones would fit you well or not.

I think that ZipRecruiter is solving issues relating to customer service and maybe taking surveys on customer's feedback to see how they can do things better for in the future.
I just love how easy it is to navigate ZipRecruiter as a first-time user. The job opportunities are plentiful, and I am having no trouble finding a good match for my qualifications.
When you replace your resume in your profile, ZipRecruiter will delete all your data and re-fill in the information from the new resume. This is so inconvenient, and I wish I could keep my original data.
I don't always know how to reach the companies I'm interested in. With ZipRecruiter, I am able to branch out a bit more and discover new companies I never heard of.

It is helpful to network with other work peers, along with being able to job search. This site is a tool that also can provide up to date information about industry trends.
Sometimes I find the profile tools somewhat cumbersome to use. Additionally, some individuals use this site for nefarious reasons. Lastly, some posts reoccur that I feel should not be seen more than a few times.
My employment status might be in jeopardy, so I am using this site to send my resume to employers who may be in need. So far today was my first day and I am learning how to utilize the platform.
They give you recommendations for other jobs you would fit well with based on your profile and previous applications you have submitted. It makes looking for jobs you would be interested in applying for super easy.
The only thing that would be a downside to using ZipRecruiter would be that there are so many jobs you fit well with and want to apply to, you dont have the time to do it.
