Zip Recruiter is rather efficient when engaging in a job search. I have experience with Zip Recruiter as both a job seeker and as a recruiter. It is both intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, customer service is professional and supportive. Zip Recruiter is effective, easy to use, and has lots of great additional features to make a job search less of a hassle. It's also easy to implement when sourcing candidates and evaluating them for a position. I have used it daily for work, seeking candidates, and for job search and it is the best system out there.

Sometimes the number of their automated emails seems unnecessary.

Zip Recruiter makes seeking employment and also sourcing candidates more efficient. I have used it on both ends as a recruiter and a job seeker so I can see it from different angles. It is intuitive and effective and makes for a speedy process altogether.

My virtual assistant, Phillip, is what I like best about ZipRecruiter. He sends me a few emails a day with possible job opportunities, let's me know when my resume has been reviewed and creates a positive environment while job searching. ZipRecruiter is easy to use and the offer for one click applying helps speed of the process! During my job search the past month or so I've utilized ZipRecruiter almost every day if not multiple times a day.

I really don't dislike using ZipRecruiter, they are very knowledgeable of the beginning date and the closing date of a particular job.

Zip narrows my search and puts my resume and cover letter in the forefront which keeps me from having to submit it every time
