The best about Zoho Meeting is that there is virtually no time limit. Also important is that I can take control of my clients' desktops. Others may offer this, but not at this price. I'm sticking with this one for sure.
The only downside I've run into is that I cannot adjust video settings to my liking. Perhaps I can get another camera to help with this issue. Also when sharing the desktop there seems to be an image-in-image feature. When someone is sharing their desktop there are multiple copies on the screen.
The ability to see my clients' desktops and control their desktops too without worrying about a time limit.
Quality at a budget price, make Zoho the perfect platform for holding collaborations, meetings, and even webinars.
It would be extremely helpful, if when sharing a screen or window, the shared content appeared on the host's video feed, as opposed to a picture of myself.
I needed a reasonably priced way to manage small meets and webinars for a handful of people that was affordable. Having previousl used Zoom, it worked well; however, given the frequency, and the small number of clients, it was simply too expensive for my usage. I had previously moved our email hosting over to Zoho, and stumbled across their Zoho meeting offering, which checked all the right boxes. It allowed sharing of content, recording of the meeting, and was affordable to use. I signed up for a trial, which worked really well, and subsequently subscribed to their service. Happy to be subscribed to Zoho meeting.
The ability to record meetings with clients and share the recording in a very easy, and quick way.
Not enough storage space is available, so I have to clear it more than I would like to.
The simple way it allows me to schedule the meeting of our consultation and provide a recording for the client. It has saved many hours that used to be spent trying to email large files.

Less expensive than Zoom, easy to set up, smooth and simple interface, very easy to use.
Nothing, really. In the time I've used it, I've had no problems and not found any features missing that I could find elsewhere.
It allows me to have video calls with clients of all types, which I prefer over phone calls. It allows for taking notes, screensharing and other things that make understanding my clients' needs much easier.

The platform is made up of different platforms or applications that are added to your workflow according to the needs of each project, it is also almost fully customizable, it will adapt to the needs of your business. Also with a colorful interface, tha looks good, but also facilitates the intuition of the functions and the accelerated flow.
I really can't find any corner that I dislike on the platform, but I find the dashboard that is duplicated at the start of CRM and then again at the start of Projects a bit confusing. Perhaps it would be better to unify both or leave the option of a unified whiteboard?
