The ability to assign tasks and breakdown a project to its smallest form
Nothing for now, im still learning the ropes on how to use it. however, i hope it has a way to seamlessly integrate/transfer tickets to the corresponding projects
Multitasking is the best benefit so far and allowing my team to get on top of task
The fact that all the information inserted is safe and easily accessible as well as well displayed and organised. Also, Cliq is amazing for direct communication within the team,
I would like the calendar to be more interactive and to be able to access project on my mobile device
In our sector, web development, it is very important to have an overview of the ongoing tasks. Zoho projects allows this and much more. As a project manager, I can quickly assign tasks and monitor its completion.
Zoho projects integrates with my CRM and the work low and task management is great. Notifications can be triggered and the whole team can get together to get the tasks done.
Have not noticed any thing in particular. However task management can have slightly better UI. Again, the current interface is great, and I an satisfied with this
I would work with my team, collaborate, and I am having everything in one place. I could create a uniform process for the projects, and could guide my team, in getting things done quicker than ever.
fill all days data once so its very easy
required reminder for fill timesheet so we will easy to notify
bugs reporting
I like the portal system most. I can easily add my projects separately.
I love to use Zoho project manager. Please add some attractive features...
We are having the list of task and it's very easy to lock your daily hours... Such an amazing platform.
The most helpful thing is to have possibility to treck results, sales progress. There is much options to large selection of filter on system, it is very useful while searching for information and saving time.
Long wait for messages from support. After updating some information on deals information are not always visible at the same time after pushing ,,save''. It takes some minutes.
Time planning and sales quantity tracking. With zoho projects it is even much more better to plan time while completing tasks.
The Enterprise package has a lot of very useful components for planning, executing and reviewing tasks. The project templates and blueprints, together with the customization of tasks and issues layout, offer great levels of automation and really help tailoring the workflow to our company needs. The possibility of importing Microsoft Project and Excel files into new or existing projects (and exporting back) greatly facilitates the coordination with contractors and vendors that use alternative platforms. Overall a very complete and solid package with a lot of potential for any size project.
The graphic interface should offer more customization options or the possibility to be "company-branded", for a more eye-catching look. Other improvements I would suggest: - Adding fixed initial cost + cost variation to tasks: Very useful for tracking project costs that are not based on men/hours but on fixed costs/budget initially approved by the client. - A document manager/browser capable of working with our existing remote server folders and files (thus avoiding duplicated files in the cloud) - Being able to choose "Project Owner" in the Blueprint transition "users" field (so that other Admins or Managers can be filtered out)
I automate a lot of repetitive management tasks, I allow our employees to take initiative by picking up their tasks and I have immediate and detailed information on the project progress - Generally speaking: I save a lot of time and focus on the project quality.
I love the elements they used around the application. The charts are attractive in both colors and visibility then I love the way the Projects sections are done.
Not much on the product, but in some places I think I lost out of where I am (Some places rarely)
Project and Time management issues are resolved on my end after using this
The level of detail that you can attribute to a project is incredible. A great way to keep yourself together when working on many projects. The integrated timesheet is incredibly valuable as well.
I dislike that the log time feature is different on mobile. I'd like the same interface on the iOS app. I would also suggest improving the notifications.
I'm solving keeping track of where my progress is. I have many clients I work for and I can manage my time better by keeping separate projects.
Collaboration is the key with a product of this nature. Issues and tasks can be assigned to the correct people in the organisation and client and management can see progress.
The project management side t is not as good as Microsoft project, although it can import MPP files.
We are using this to implement new software. This allows us to give the client visibility of their project without asking a project manager. To add any issues with user acceptance testng and allow an internal pm to manage these tasks and issues. The benefits mainly are an organised workflow along with comfort due to visibility to our customers.
