I love the complexity or tools and features Zoho offers. Having everything you need under one roof is priceless.
Calendar Tasks could se improvement. When I signed up you could just mark tasks as done right away. Now you have to open each task, mark it done and then refresh the window for it to show.
I manage my whole team with spreadsheets. That is the biggest benefit. No need to email data back and forth, simply update the cells in real time :)
Quick to setup and easy to use. Learning curve for team members is minimal as interface is very intuitive.
Integration with Planner or Tasks in Office 365 should be realized more fully.
We needed a team project planning solution that allowed for continual collaboration.
User friendly UI. With different type of way to access the particular things like project or time sheet or bulk expenses loading. Easy data saving and easily accessible over any web browser with any type of internet connection.
It takes little bit time to load initial page afterwards it is smooth.

Zoho's multi-functional platforms allow me to easily transition between projects, calendars, and email. Being In the pr industry there is a lot of coordination between my firm and media outlets, Zoho helps me easily stay on top of a rapidly changing industry.
One thing I don't like is the task updates. I wish the notifications we received had more context, most of the notifications I receive look similar so typically I breeze past them. Some of these updates are minor and don't really impede my work, however, others are not. If Zoho could incorporate a better preview on these updates, I would be ecstatic.
Currently, my firm just wrapped up publicity for a haunted house company. we've had this client for year's however this was our first year with them in three seperate markets(Austin, Houston, San Antonio). I've learned the importance of utilizing Zoho's multi-functioning platform as a one-stop-shop can help projects run far more efficiently.
Total Management is better and reports are better. A lot of slowness points are showing in projects, need to improve those areas and we need more options to add the additional columns in task and bugs areas to understand the clients and some status. Need an option to show the all team members all project times in a single mode for a specific period is better and in case of some reports, it's not showing the custom date selection option. if it is available it is better to select. We need to improve the dashboard performance and need some more options in the dashboard based on user requirements. The user interface needs to improve. In Zoho need an option to interface the Zoho reports and Zoho reports need to call from these Zoho projects for specified users that are also more better options. In Zoho, I am already asked for some points but still, it's not implemented. We need some emergency support from the team. Zoho need an option to manage the team members also under a team lead is a better optiopn.
Need better support option and need client wise selection option in the job-creating area. Bug tracking and management are needed more improvisation, it is difficult to identify an issue that is newly created or already exists or part of any job or not.
Improved project management and project tracking
soho project is very easy to set up and the integration with gmail and other third party application made it easy to keep working as i always had
zero customization of the standard licence
project management in general ....we are a small av consultanting company and share all the details of an installation or share job site problematics was possible thanks to zoho
I like the ability to have my team members to view what I am working on and comment with their views of the project.
I wish this had more developer options like other ZOHO products. I would like the ability to automate a few things. also to be able to create a task list and have users auto-assigned would help a lot.
I used to have a book that I kept all my projects in. now I just use zoho projects to keep track of all of my work. I am able to bring in team members when needed and set priority levels. this has kept me on track with a lot of new projects. also I have been keeping my Deluge solutions in the tasks that I create. so if something goes wrong with them on the program I have a backup.
we feel very use to use Zoho. I worked on some more bug tracker tools like Bugzilla, Trac etc. But we had many restrictions there but Zoho is really good over them. It is very fast and it allows upto 25 MB to be uploaded which is really good.I like its different filter such as User based, assigne based, Bug status based etc.We are allowed to add different bug status that we want which is good.i like its left side pane(Feed,dashboard). Using Feed, i am able to find all activities done by every people. Dashboard shows Top issues fixers, Milestone etc which is interesting.
Only thing I dislike is, when we try to upload images, on clicking image upload button,Sometimes it becomes inactive for few seconds. Then we had to click cancel and upload again.
Zoho is really helpful to me, i am tester . It is very useful for me. It allows to send email notification, so if bug is major, i am ccing everyone. Also, i am able to upload Excel file, so that i can upload bulk of issues in single time
The timer aspect is great for time management and to be able to generate a report of each employees time at the end of the month. To visually see tasks and projects allows our team to see how busy each person is and to co-create and set deadlines is a great function
Sometimes depending on what the task is named Zoho doesn't predict what you are searching although it could close to the exact wording.
Again to visually see projects gives me a guide and allows me to manage my time better.
