I like how I can change every task completion percent.

I have faced a long load time and "projects" logo disappear issue.

When my client has more than 1 project we use Zoho to simplify everything. Like we can do add title, description, sub-description. We can also discuss if there is any issue and solve it.

As for the negative details of the project, I must say that it is not always possible to know in detail the corresponding steps to be executed according to the fulfillment of the necessary actions to carry out the structure of a project, where certain failures may occur due to the fact that the parameters established to achieve such objective are not well known, which increases the possibility of an operative risk occurring, where an action plan has to be managed to contain the failure, delaying the correct and successful development of the system to execute the project that is desired to materialize.

The use I provide to zoho project is complete and reasonable, since this system at a business level, comprises a wide number of corporate strategies well oriented to carry out the corresponding action plans to guarantee the execution of a project in the short, medium or long term, where no problem can exist, without further concern, since this program eliminates every possible failure, according to its programming. It shows time sheet in various ways, weekly, resource wise etc. Exporting of reports data is very quick and easy to analyse in excels.

Difference between premium and enterprise pricing is very huge.

We have immediate response from the support team. We had an issue with timesheet updating recently and it was resolved. Support is very friendly.

It's very practical and it never lets you forget.Zoho Projects ' number of features is impressive. It was possible to do virtually every feature we needed for our project management, at a price that no other platform could match. You can set billable and non-billable hours, you can clock all tasks in a timer, and the setup to create the task is pretty robust.

The gui is bland, and navigation can be very difficult. As great as the features are, the functionality of the software may be quite frustrating. Some features, along with that, have head-scratching quirks that we have never been able to figure out. Usually we can find what we need, but it can be the challenge to find it.

I put in there all the projects I must get done and it's a very good way to also keep track of your work and schedule it so you can finish everything in time.

Colour combination is good and placement of colours is good and that is what I liked the most

The logo is what I did not like and the overall experience of the tool is like old model and not upgraded one
