Very intuitive and user-friendly, easy to navigate with hyperlinks and drives a data-driven approach. From a client and account management perspective, great functionality around reporting structures and organisational set ups.

Nothing specific, maybe some more sophisticated reporting.

Work flow, candidate & customer management

The interface is friendly, but the integrations with other sites, the workflows and developer capabilities is just what you need to integrate everything in one place.

The navigation through other functionalities could improve. It was hard at first to find workflows, webhooks and developer information options.

Exposing your vacancies in many different sources can be time consuming. With Zoho Recruitment I can manage everything in the same place, which frees resources and simplifies the whole recruitment process considerably.

I have been using Zoho Recruit for about 7 months now, and I love it! It's user-friendly and completely customizable to my business. I can quickly connect with candidates, and if I have any problems, I have a customer service rep who will help answer any questions.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the recruiting software. I use it daily, and if I ever need help, someone is available to assist me with my questions.

With Zoho Recruit, I can quickly post to multiple job boards without worrying about creating different accounts. They help me to optimize my job posts for the most qualified candidates.

I really liked how easy it was to set up and that it didnt take long for our recruiter to get up to speed on how to use it. It's very customizable which is what we needed.

I wish there was a better way to take notes. We also wish the integration was better with our phone service. The ability to send and receive and log sms messages automatically would help.

They are allowing us to streamline and automate processes that are taking a long time to complete now. We need to be able to automate the incoming of proscpects.

UX capabilities are great, we took multiple ATS demos and trail session but found recruit to be one of the most powerful and easy to use not only for us but for base line members as well.

Nothing as such. But I feel the dashboard capabilities should be presented in a stronger manner; I okay think this should be taken care of swiftly with not much issue. Overall great tool.

The ease with which you can post vacancies for recruitment for various roles and be able to track applications all from one platform has made things easier, especially for small firms like ours that would prefer to focus on the quality of the hire rather than get into the details of organizing HR documents and activities.

The widget that can be embedded on your company domain isn't yet fully mobile-friendly and tends to get hidden outside the boundary of the screen and can't be scrolled sideways unless it's in Landscape mode. Hopefully these features are already in the upgrade mode for Zoho. Hopefully some embeds will be more 'mobile-first' widgets in the future.

From job postings, job descriptions, applications handling, offers, mails and much more all being controlled from one place is the beauty of the Zoho Recruit platform. Also being able to store an organized repository database of all the applicants is a major give.

It is almost like integration of bank with Zoho books since all the integration work was half done by Zoho itself as the remaining part can be done by a easy cakewalk.

Nothing much asalmost more than half of the with is done by zoho people as they do most of the work can be done by ourselves so easy thing and nothing much to dislike in here.

Easy selection of candidates for interview and scheduling the interview process typically takes very less time when compared to the others so remaining tables are easy.

I haven't come across anything other than the cost per user can become very expensive once my company grows. However, the resources and tools utilized will help generate more revenue, so therefore I am not complaining. :)

Really simple to use, good features that you dont typically see on some systems such as the option to instant message with colleagues and video call. Better than most recruitment systems I've used

Ive mostly used profile previously which I have found to be clunky with too many modules, this has been simple to pick up and understand straight away

At radframes.com we needed a simple solution for managing, emailing and hiring new candidates, you can easily parse Resumes, and auto-create new candidates. Zoho's has a free trial, It is a good start for a small company like us, the other premium plans are perfect for managing a larger amount of candidates and jobs.

So far nothing terrible but we wish we could parse more than 10 resumes at once. there is a limit of 10 resumes each time you parse.

You can generate agency cv's and send to clients quickly.Plus you can create custom fields and create new modules if you want to take things further. Overal, out of the box Zoho Recruit has more than most UK recruiter will ever need.

It lacks some knowledge base around implementing some of the features but the onboarding and support team are amazing and work hard to resolve issues. Have to endure trial an error can be a little tiring.

Cost v functionality - Even the standard licence at £24pm is far more powerful than other Recruitment ATS's on the market. I've used lots over the years. Plus the don't try to own your data.

Sometimes the web pages are slow to load but that may be an issue on our end - the pages are heavy but that is to be expected with such great functionality.

Zoho recruit is a comprehensive ATS. It has everything in one with an ATS and a job board. You create one job and it's sent to multiple job boards.

Since I need 3rd parties to be a part of the process Zoho Recruit limits the number of uses and charges per user which makes the inexpensive price not so inexpensive any further.

Zoho Recruit already has partnerships set up with other job boards so I only have to place my ad once and the rest is done for me.

I have been utilizing Zoho Recruit since the inception of my business and have found the platform to be dynamic, easy to use and quickly adaptable to my business needs. The support team have been very attentive and the training provided was detailed and left all questions answered. The ability to tie into other Zoho products is a very big positive, as I use those already and did not want the hassle of changing over. Overall I feel Zoho Recruit is the perfect platform to begin your CRM journey and would highly recommend you giving it a try.
