Zoho sprints is so easy to understand and use. The user experience is exceptional and all the tools and functionality are there to support your development
Nothing at this point. I have carried out a quick review of Zoho v Jira and Zoho is my favourite.
Transparency of backlog and efficient management of deadlines
The Reporting Hierarchy feature lays out a clear organizational blueprint by incorporating your organization ladder into your recruitment process. How? Zoho Recruit enables you to assign reporting managers to the users in your organization for efficient record accessibility and data sharing.
This structure ensures controlled access to information for users within the organization and also ascertains that a user has only one reporting manager. We’ve enhanced the functionality of this feature by incorporating a streamlined approval process automation tool.
As a recruiter, you may encounter several instances in your organization’s hiring process where certain actions need the approval of one or more senior decision-makers. For instance, recruiters may need the hiring manager’s approval for creating job openings that fall under certain criteria. Handling this outside your recruitment software can be tiring as you’d have to handle certain tasks within the system and the others offline. In your recruitment database when there are loads of decisions to be approved, it becomes a tiresome task to sort through records and send them for someone’s approval.
Zoho Sprints is by far the most efficient project management system we have ever used. We always know who's working on what and who has available time for new projects. No more status meetings!
The price is a bit steep. We are a small organization and it's a lot of money for us to fork out.
We use Zoho Sprints to manage our projects and to better plan our workflow so that we maximize productivity.
The Sprint board. The addition of sub items for every item which help complete associated tasks too with full efficiency. Back log management too is very helpful
There has to be a chart board to manage tasks with timelines, to infer at first glimpse. Meetings and cross-functional communication can be done better. That's all
Sprint boards, backlog management, items management, user stories and epics creation. That's about it, what more could i possible type here for me to get an extension
The interface is very user friendly and simple (Not clumsy at all!) It has all the required artifacts of Scrum methodology & you can use it.
Log hour tracking was little difficult to understand.
We are using Zoho sprints for Managing the product development. It provides us all the inherent benefits of using Scrum.
We use to track all the events involved to launch a new product
the visual. I believe this could be better improved and look more like monday. I mean more modern look like
In today basis our company need to have all the events very well tracked to launch new products and follow up activities about these matters
Sprint by Zoho is really a great tool for us. It's the right thing for managing products, managing team and records under one roof. We use sprint for managing our products, teams and reports
I don't like the way Dashboard is presented to end user. It must be customized and reports must be included in the dashboard for much easier flow of work.
Product management, team creation, reports
Almost all are quite thoughtfully created
None really. I have nothing to dislike. Im good.
To ship great products in a very dynamic enviornment
If you pay for it, you get nice features to track everything. Dates, goals, types of projects. easir to split the work.
You get all the nice features when you pay for it. Especially the one where you cant add to your sprint? Like you make it run, and then you cant add other tasks. Also, you can only run one sprint at a time. Thankfully when you pay, you get those features.
I'm trying to keep track of projects and daily tasks. It bit weird to do the daily tasks. It would be nice to automate the creation of those.
This is as close as I have come to a. product that handles projects the way I do. There is a simplicity with the 'option' to go deeper. This is great as all projects vary in complexity. In most cases, products are complex for all or simple for all. The fact that Zoho Sprints allows both really makes life easy on project managers.
One of the areas that threw myself and my team off a bit was when we created sprints, the assumption was that we should put start and end dates within the tasks. I think that overall, there could be an improvement in some documentation, or more readily (in app) documenation as you are going through projects for the first time.
The problems associated with anything a PM does is essentially dealt with in Zoho Sprints. More specifically, the 'Agile' components within do not seem to be 'tacked on'. I have seen many mainstream PM tools jump on board with their 'agile or scrum' offerings, which looks bolted on instead of seamless. Zoho took things quite differently as I believe they started at those points and then moved forward with traditional PM tools.
