I like the fact that it doesn't require everyone to have an account. You can just click the link and join a webinar.

At the moment i don't have anything that I dislike about the software.

By using Zoom video webinar we solve the issue of having to book and pay for a room and get people together. Usually you are limited to reaching people in your local area unless attendees travel. However with zoom, people from all over the world can join in on a webinar and get great information.

Conferencing. Zoom is great in conferencing. It is a meeting software that helps us connect and conference with clients and other workers working remotely. It has quality audio and video quality feature which makes it pretty good in conferencing. Screen sharing. This tool is particularly useful in helping you share your screen with others. With it, you are able to share your screen in a call and as well as in powerpoint presentation. Recording. I love the feeling that you can be able to record live meeting using this software. This helps in making sure that you do not miss anything in meetings and also that the absent parties in a meeting are able to catch up later by listening to the recordings. This tool has a unique recording feature that one is able to change the background such as it doesn't look as if it is an office or at home. User-friendliness. Zoom has a straight forward and intuitive interface. You will be surprised that even a new user will navigate through it effortlessly. Communication. This software has improved communication in a great way through audio and video conferences. It has also chat features that allow employees to quickly send messages.

It is sometimes difficult to know how to mute without removing videos.

Zoom is currently helping us in communication through carrying out online virtual meetings, live chat meeting and sharing of screens.

Zoom Video Webinar is really effective and very good for casual webinar anywhere thanks to the large number of components where you can use both in desktop and mobile applications. The user interface is very easy to use and each of the functions it has are of great help to improve the quality of the webinarthat will take place.

We have noticed that in the meetings held using the mobile application, the audio quality presents faults which degrade the quality of the video call.

Zoom Video Webinar has helped us to improve the quality of the webinar that we carry out from any place without the need of having a desktop computer to perform them.

I like that it is a straightforward app to use. Education meetings can be conducted with multiple participants no matter where they are located.

One thing I dislike is not being prompted to sign in with a new name on the same device at different times. This was easily fixed when I did a little searching around the app. However I was signed in as a different user for a while before noticing.

Using Zoom Video Webinar, our staff can participate in group projects across different daycare centers and can earn training hours to go toward our yearly portfolios.

* Some UI tweaks are needed; eg, some options are hard to find during the webinar (eg switching to phone audio) - you just have to know in advance. * Allowing attendees to send messages to everyone means these messages get embedded in the recordings (why would I want that without any option to edit??), and if you start the webinar a few minutes early (of course you do, so attendees who join don't wait for the host) these messages are shown at time offset and are useless. * Post-webinar editing of the recordings doesn't really edit the recordings. * Pre/Post event emails templates are somewhat limited and there's no documentation on the available options. * Would be nice to integrate (better) with mailchimp.

Compared to other video conferencing and webinar solutions, zoom is user friendly, more customization, with several useful features important to our organization.

As is the case with most products in this category, you need to have a local client installed to use it.

We frequently have users who are remote and/or on the opposite ends of campus, and Zoom allows us to work together more efficiently than if we needed to wait to schedule in-person meetings.

Zoom makes it so easy for me to connect with my clients. From easy scheduling, to excellent video and sound quality, I am able to have meetings with complete ease.

Scheduling a new meeting isn't as intuitive as the rest of the application.

I am able to interface with my clients more. By scheduling meetings quickly, and having video and sharing capabilities, it makes meetings so much easier.

Zoom is really easy to use and is really stable. It's fast and easy to use.

When sharing your screen on a tv/projector, I can't have it automatically setup as a 2nd monitor and drag over the items I want to share.

I manage a team of remote workers, so use zoom daily for meetings and it feels like we're in the same room.
