What do you like best about 1CRM?

1CRM is one of the best CRM platform that I've used so far. 1CRM is easy to use and very easy to begin with. I started very firstly at 1CRM hence it is very close to me.

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

1 CRM us easy to use and very easy to being at but the thing that doesn't sit well with me is the fact that 1CRM's Ecommerce Integration system I personally found it a bit hard to wrap my head around it as it was really new to me and the tearms used in it were very new to me.

What problems is 1CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

1CRM helps with connection agents to Customers direly and easily it is really helpful as it provides custom's major issue all in one tab and easy to use. 1CRM has made the business grow as well with customers satisfaction.

it is very user friendly, it helps me save time, and it has excellent features for customer data management

there is update problems, the mailing feature is limited, and also it is dependent on third party.

it is an easy to use and very suitable software for my business. the pricing of the software is really good and is very beneficial for small and medium organizations like ours.

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

the updates for software are probably not very well tested, we get issues after every update.

We can use the 1CRM as a marketing, CRM and Sales tool; it is a smart and innovative

Sometimes we are not getting actual reports. Also, dashboards are not as usual

An intuitive user interface, easy to create follow-up tasks

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

Not comprehensive for a point of view of budgeting, cost estimation etc. but if you are looking for sales ..this should be a go-to system

Possibility to work with private costumeres and mot only B2B. Good german languaged costumer support.

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

Project Management Tool is not as good as the CRM module.

Not really any dislike but you should make it more user friendly & more hints on icons while using them so that it becomes easier

Issues related to customer service problems are solved. E commerce integration for business has helped the business grown online.

What do you like best about 1CRM?

What I like most about 1 CRM is its neat packaged solutions for marketing and sales requirements. Its decent in features and has user level access as well as team level access.

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

There's very little not to like about 1CRM as a CRM solution fo marketing and sales. However, I am not sure if its useful in non English transaactions. Also I always wonder why its not as popular as Hubspot or Salesforce.

What problems is 1CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

1CRM though I used it for little time offered at low pricing a whole variety of solutions that catered to both my sales and marketing needs. It also seems good on customer support.
