1CRM is one of the best CRM platform that I've used so far. 1CRM is easy to use and very easy to begin with. I started very firstly at 1CRM hence it is very close to me.
1 CRM us easy to use and very easy to being at but the thing that doesn't sit well with me is the fact that 1CRM's Ecommerce Integration system I personally found it a bit hard to wrap my head around it as it was really new to me and the tearms used in it were very new to me.
1CRM helps with connection agents to Customers direly and easily it is really helpful as it provides custom's major issue all in one tab and easy to use. 1CRM has made the business grow as well with customers satisfaction.

there is update problems, the mailing feature is limited, and also it is dependent on third party.

What I like most about 1 CRM is its neat packaged solutions for marketing and sales requirements. Its decent in features and has user level access as well as team level access.
There's very little not to like about 1CRM as a CRM solution fo marketing and sales. However, I am not sure if its useful in non English transaactions. Also I always wonder why its not as popular as Hubspot or Salesforce.
1CRM though I used it for little time offered at low pricing a whole variety of solutions that catered to both my sales and marketing needs. It also seems good on customer support.
