Suffers from connectivity issues sometimes, but only during the initial connection. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine whether this is the phones service or the 800.com.
I am unaware of any changes or updates being made. As it is now, the product works exactly as intended and is easy managed. Our staff has loved the availability to adjust phone schedules with little effort.

It answeres calls very professionally, so I can focus on my work. Also, I am able to route the calls to the correct staff, all leading to happier customers.
I really like that I can receive TEXT MESSAGES, and I was able to tailor my 800 phone number to my business name EPIC. Whenever I have a question or concerns in CHAT I receive a quick response to my email.
That I don't have to receive my business calls on my personal cell phone and also being able to fax is also a plus.

Exactly what we wanted, other services were not capable of customizing our number to this extent.
Sometimes personalized voice-mail greetings use bot.
We are now 3 people and we needed a central place for one number with individual capabilities as well. We all have access to everything. Business has not increased but that is due to the marketing timeline we have chosen. That will change soon.
