This is an incredibly powerful program that can do some incredibly amazing things. The depth of tools and the ability to arrive at the same results in different ways makes this program one of the most useful tools in my toolbox.

I find it incredibly frustrating that some of the tools and keyboard shortcuts don't act the same as other Adobe programs. Adobe addressed this with InDesign but it still seems a little disjointed.

We are able to make the images accompanying our marketing materials pop, and really stand out on the page because of the capabilities of Photoshop.

I love that it's easy to take the background out of images for work.

I dislike that the tools aren't more like Illustrator. In Illustrator, you can undo multiple times and it's easy to go backwards. With Photoshop, you can only undo once and then you have to "step backward".

We do small amounts of photo editing for our newsletters and announcements. The background delete tool is amazing, life saver!!

Photoshop will always be the number one design program. Easy to use controls, great placement of tools and visually appealing. I also like that it's consistent throughout every update, so upgrading to the current version is never a scary process.

I do notice small glitches sometimes. Nothing that hinders the design process, but just enough to make it a nuisance. For example, sometimes when trying to change fonts, I'll highlight the words that I'd want the font changed, and usually just click the font bar and press the down arrow key to scroll through all the fonts. Sometimes it doesn't work and I have to manually click each one.

Photoshop has become a key program in my work. Because it's so flexible, we can save from buying other programs and utilize Photoshop instead. I'm not saying that it's a complete replacement for Illustrator, but if you need a quick non-scalable logo, then Photoshop is great to use.

I've been using Photoshop for over 15 years now. As the industry standard the whole adobe suite works well together and is easy to flow with Indesign, Illustrator, etc. They all have similar and easy to use controls.

I would say learning the program might come off as a large investment of time. I will say, there are tons of online resources that can help you.

No dislikes at this point. The software has everything one would need, maybe it has too many options. and that could be a dislike, but not really.

We use images on our website, we watermark them, plus images received from Vendors sometimes needs editing done. Photoshop helps us in all these scenerios.

I love the versatility of Photoshop. I use it for everything from web design, photo editing, graphic design and just for fun. I love all of the features of Photoshop. I use a ton of layers in my design so I love the way to manage the layers easily. For fun I love to use all the different filters for my photography.

The only think I dislike is the monthly cost. I pay for the Suite and only use a couple of the products in the Suite for I feel like I'm paying for a lot of stuff I don't use.

I use this product daily to create my designs. I wouldn't be able to design without it.

Photoshop has got so many great tools, things that go beyond just image editing. I've now taken a few Adobe courses (in-person and online) and I'm continually surprised by how many new things I can still learn. And I've been using it for nearly a decade.

My least favorite thing is not exclusive to Photoshop but rather Adobe products.... that they've changed to a cloud-based system with monthly subscription pricing is, for me, the biggest drawback. It's corporate greed at it's finest. But it continues to be one of my favorite programs so I pay for it.

Photoshop has taken our marketing collateral to another level. Being in control of your own design, taking care of design projects in-house, instead of having to work with a freelancer is the greatest benefit!

Photoshop feels like magic sometimes. Anything you want to do with images, can be done if you have the patience and energy to learn.

Photoshop is not always the most user-friendly of experiences, however it is understandable considering the scope of the tools it provides. Some in-app tutorials for basic tools may be helpful.

What I like best about Adobe Photoshop is the versatility and the awesome amount of detailed editing you can accomplish. No matter what your role is in the design or creative process of a project, Adobe Photoshop makes the job 100x easier and better.

There's not really anything I dislike about Photoshop. There are so many ways to do one thing on Photoshop that even if one of them doesn't work for you, you are bound to find a tool that is perfect for you.

The business problems I'm solving with Adobe Photoshop is that I can take poorly taken photographs and bring them up to an acceptable level of publication. The benefits of having a clear, high-quality photograph raises the bar for my business.

Photoshop has all the features you need for photo and image editing. Airbrushing photos is a breeze using the software, and even as a relatively inexperienced user I was able to figure it out and do great things with it. There’s a reason it has been #1 for all these years.

I have a 4K monitor and the version of photoshop I use (CS4) has a strange incompatibility issue with my screen where all the menu items are tiny and difficult to see. I have heard that this issue is corrected in the new CC version of photoshop, however.

I have had clients ask me to airbrush their photos to remove wrinkles and other skin imperfections so they could look their best on an album cover, remove water damage markings from one-of-a-kind documents, color correct and resize photos, etc. I’ve also had clients hire me to do green screen removal with Photoshop as well.

The best thing about this software is that it allows me to work with several fields. It allows me to work with photography, graphic design and web design, all in one product, for me this and the power of the software is the most important. Being able to install plugins that facilitate or automate tasks is another of the features that I use Photoshop in my work

The new system of licensing for use that I adopt adobe, is not much to my liking, since you only get a license to use it for the time you use it. Otherwise I have no complaints about Photoshop. Another point is that, due to its complexity, it can be a little frustrating, in the beginning, to learn how to use it or take advantage of its full potential. The learning curve can be a bit pronounced.

Photoshop has been very helpful when making my web designs, it is almost a mandatory tool when designing. As for my hobby (photography) is my default tool for post production, the inclusion of Camera Raw, allows me to reveal my digital negatives, in an easy way.

I like that Adobe products are reliable and true to the brand.

I think photoshop is lacking a lot of features (found in InDesign) for users who aren’t graphic designers.

Color Correction, priniting corrections, PDF manipulation, it can do it all, in a pinch you can do layout if you are advanced enough.

You can do everything without being an expert and there are hundreds of thousands of tutorials on the internet to do just about anything. The interface is very good and makes you feel professional in just a few days, as following step by step tutorials with such good results encourages you to keep practicing and improving every day. The amount of options is overwhelming and there is a community behind it that keeps making free plugins. There are also paid plugins that make your work easier and allow you to do things you've never imagined before.

The price of Adobe products is always expensive, in this case Adobe Photoshop is their most popular tool and also, in my opinion, the best they have, so the price is worth it despite being expensive. There are increasingly free or cheaper and very interesting alternatives, such as GIMP.

Before, we used to hire external companies to do the designs for us, which took away the possibility of seeing the evolution of the work we needed and also the waiting time was always estimated, so we decided to buy Adobe Photoshop and I specialized in learning graphic design. Thanks to this we can now do great things without being dependent on other external companies and we are improving every day.

There are so many features in Photoshop that I just haven't been able to find in another photo editing software. It's part photo editor, part graphic design artistry. I'm not a huge fan of working in raster, but when it needs to be done, Photoshop is the only software I use.

It's not terribly intuitive. I have had a more challenging time learning how to work the features in Photoshop, especially when it comes to layers or editing certain elements of a graphic.
