1 no ability to perform simple maths in textfields (colwidth / 6 ) 2 not being able to add a color on an existing color (lighten(#,%) 3 easy ability to make text all caps (text-transform - Uppercase) 4 masks missing (overflow: hidden) 5 cant copy CSS attributes. 6 center alignment doesnt force half pixels, so lines are offcenter 7 exporting assets doesnt give you much control 8 no addons

The features are endless and endlessly great.

It's quite an expensive software, only makes sense to get it when you use it a lot.

I do all my website designs, advertisement, small design Jobs and project proposals with this software. i love how straightforward the navigation is.

We don’t use it to much in my profession nowadays we did back in the days but more of another software now

XD is the fastest design tool and its deliberately designed that way by omitting unwanted features.

Very slow development cycle. Essential features take a long time to get implemented. Windows users need to be taken seriously (live preview still missing)

Provides a very quick way to transform ideas into clickable prototypes. The design process thereafter is also quick.

I'm a relative newcomer to using XD and have only used it on a couple of projects so far, it's seems to have a very straightforward learning curve and produces some really excellent results, It's my first experience with a designated UI tool and I love it

There's nothing at this stage that I don't like about it

First Adobe xd is a simple software where you can design interfaces and then create an interactive prototype that your clients can view on a generated link

Add more interactive effects and insert touch gesture, for example swip or pinch and zoom

Not being a designer by any means, Adobe XD allows me to visually prototype ideas and projects to transfer to my team, as well as create simple graphical layouts for promotional material. Our product development team relies on XD for product design and prototyping.

The curve function is a bit tough, as well as the masking function. Would love a simple image crop tool.

Adobe XD is really handy and easy to use, unlike its other products. Coming from Illustrator or Photoshop I swiftly was able to navigate through XD as its user interface felt intuitive and fluid. Little things like copying and pasting results in the copied element appearing on the same spot and grids and measurements help create pixel perfect mockups, yet with enough flexibility and speed for low fidelity mockups.

Lack of design specs export locally (Internet and CC is required to do that) advanced prototyping animations are missing (only artboards animate, not individual layers). Compatibility with other software like Sketch is lacking and using the layer panel needs a bit of a different approach from other Adobe products.

Designing interfaces and visual experiences for various devices has never been so fast. While web development has been a thing for Photoshop historically, XD speeds up this process immensely. Sharing and export tools allow to share your designs easily with others, even if they are not familiar with XD

Seamless compatability with the other Adobe Creative Suite products. Vector creation tolls Advanced alignment and replication capabilities. Easy team collaboration

Basic functions found in WYSIWYG tools are not present. Bullets? Why would I need a plugin for that? No control for font ligatures. Sharing with clients can be an unpredictable experience. PDF exports are often massive, no fine controls. Client comments are often difficult to work with.

One of my favorite features is the ability to have my entire team working on the same project at the same time. This is a huge time saver and vastly reduces, or even eliminates, the number of comp versions we provide for a given project.
