We us this tool to receive calls from guests and chauffeurs. I appreciate that it has its own app for me to be able use while working. I have not tried other competitor tools except for this.
It is sometimes hard to make a three way call and for example I am calling a guest while the main call is on hold, and the main call disconnects, the call that I am doing is disconnected as well.
Whenever we need to call the guest for verification, we use aircall and it also provides us the time on the location of the guest. It is very useful and hope that it will continue providing good service.
Aircall is extremely easy to use, with user-friendly features allowing people of any age to utilize it with minimal supervision.
Aircall might have a few downtimes, but it gets fixed in minutes when reported or detected by the system itself.
Aircall helps us communicate with our business partners to close deals and talk about other business stuff.
When calling our customers, it's very easy to navigate, and there's no interruption. No static line and breaking up while talking to the guest's or customers. Very rare to experience any disruption.
This is not anything to do with the Aircall itself. The transaction will be smooth if you're properly connected to the VPN and there's a strong signal for an internet connection.
I was able to coordinate with our guests in a timely manner and have a clear conversation with them even though the news we're about to deliver is not that good.

Before there are a lot of calls that are not coming through and I think it was fixed by Aircall through their update.

The problem of bad communication software, other services i've used lag a lot and make it hard to navigate. Aircall is easy to use. The benefits realised are clearer, precise communication, time saving as software is easy to use.

Aircall is by far one of my favorite tools. This is actually one of our main tools, as we use it to communicate with our clients and guests through phone calls.
Aircall is not a perfect tool, as it has its own flaws. Aircall sometimes lags; the tool gets stuck and freezes. There are also times when you cannot dial or conference a call, and you will have to refresh it, leading to the call being disconnected.
Our guest sometimes reach out to us to ask for assistance with a specific problem or concern. Instead of getting in touch with them via chat or email. Aircall makes it easier, faster, and better to communicate with the guest via phone call. In the event that the call gets disconnected, we can always do callbacks and conference calls if necessary.
Aircall is a user-friendly app. The good thing about this is all the calls you made are recorded and you will be able to check you colleagues' call logs as well.
I don't have negative comment about aircall because it's very user-friendly.

I've been using a lot of softphones, but air call is one the best soft I have ever used. Its very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and one of the best interfaces.

Aircall was a reliable app wherein you could easily recall or review previous calls. And the highlight for me is that I can find contacts by typing keywords. Feels like I'm using my mobile phone :)
Sometimes it loads slowly, and I must exit and reopen the app. However, it does not always happen, so I will still give a good rating for this app. Because they usually advise beforehand if there's an ongoing issue.
Adding notes after the call is a great help for each user. It is more convenient to check the call by just checking the notes. And the incredible thing is that you can update your status, which helps your manager understands your current activity/task.
