Asana monthly fees are higher than competitors, also in asana tasks can't be assigned to more than one user, I think it's better to assign the same task to multiple people is good

Asana simplifies project management by allowing me to create different boards + workflows based on my needs. I use it for long term projects, personal to-do lists, and even track recipes I want to make via Asana.
I wish there was a bit more customization in the colors of the platform - ideally every setting could be modified but I also know that that's not super realistic.

It's easy to keep track of tasks across multiple teams/projects in one easy-to-manage to-do list.I like that I can filter to only see tasks that are coming up soon and not have to worry about tasks that aren't due for weeks or months at a time.
It's most helpful when everyone is invested in using it correctly. When an entire team is onboard, you can easily track task distribution, due dates, and more. But if some don't use it - or don't use it properly - their contributions can be overlooked because they are not trackable.

I find the most helpful the ability to create tasks and check them off when you are done. Also, several team members can be part of different tasks and the notification system.
maybe messages, I find them a bit confusing to use since they don't work exactly as a chat but more like an inbox and it might get a bit confusing at times. I could use some improvements.
Asana is great for collaborations and project management. I can easily see what and when my team members are working at, we can collaborate and the feeling of checking an assignment as complete is amazing.
