I like that they are adding new features to stay current with the changing marketplace. Their delivery of newsletters and standard email sequences has been very reliable

I think that they are a little more expensive than they should be.

I like the dashboard in Aweber it is very user friendly, maneuverable, fluid and concise.

The analytics can be complicating and difficult to sort through. It would help if they were laid out better!

Aweber is an awesome company, they provide high quality email services and follow up and their customers. They sends training on email marketing and most importantly their inbox rate is very nice.

It's costly and either you use it or you don't you have to pay every month for the service.

The ability to communicate with team members and create additional channels that only some people can see.

Can sometimes have trouble connecting with the desktop app.

Collaboration with contractors that are out of the office has been great!

Sometimes formatting (Spacing more specifically) will be off no matter how you try to format your e-mails during the build step.

It can be confusing, but for the most part it's great

I am able to send emails to my entire list, or segmented list depending on what my CTA is. It's usually pretty easy to figure out.. even for people technology challenged like me.

I love how easy AWeber is to use. The ready made templates are fantastic and make my emails look stunning and professional. It is incredibly easy to manage multiple lists, sign up forms, run campaigns, schedule broadcasts and track conversions.

There truly isn't anything that comes to mind about disliking AWeber. I enjoy the video tutorials, the chat feature and the blog with tips. There is no shortage of help and useful information to assist me with making the most of this platform.

Being able to capture potential clients via email signups is huge for my consulting business. The analytics that allow me to see what the open rate, click through rate and sales made from emails I send to my list are super helpful. In the past year, I have been able to fine tune what my list is most responsive to because of the detailed analytics. This is useful for anyone wanting to grow and maintain their email list.

AWeber makes everything easier: creating email templates, auto-send blog posts, scheduled autoresponders, adding new subscribers, integrating with outside applications, tagging subscribers and sending different parts of a list different messages based on their preferences. Reporting is also comprehensive and easy to use.

Can't think of anything I dislike about the program.

Easily manage my list on autopilot with auto-sending of blog posts and a variety of autoresponders that each cater to a different segment of my list.

I love the blog broadcast feature. It ensures that each time I publish a new post to my business website that the information is also shared with my email subscribers. I don't want my readers to miss a thing, and AWeber helps me keep them informed!

I wish some of the email templates were more visual. It'd be nice to pull in photos from blog posts and be able to adjust how much text is imported into the email messages.

I'm trying to grow and inform my reader base and AWeber is helping me do that!

I like Aweber because it is easy to use and reliable. In addition, it integrates with my key automation tools and platforms. I use WordPress to host my sites, OptimizePress for landing pages, Webinar JEO for webinars, and ThriveCart for my shopping cart. Without these integrations my business would be inefficient to run and take too much time. As a solo-entrepreneur my time is at a premium and I need to spend my time serving clients and marketing my business not maintaining it. I have tried other Autoresponders including: GetResponse, ConstantContact, Emma, 1ShoppingCart and Infusionsoft. While each of these platforms have their strengths, I like Aweber best because I'm familiar with it and it does one thing the best... deliver my emails!

It doesn't allow me to add users and set permissions so my admins, contractors and clients can use my account without causing problems or security issues.

I love everything about Aweber. Customer Service and ease of use is perhaps the best part about the platform. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so! . I highly recommend Aweber in order to collect leads and build a broader audience.

There really isn't anything I dislike about Aweber. The setup is a bit complicated but that is to be expected with any new software.

I have been able to build healthy relationships with my readers and customers with ease. I have been able to collect leads, and e-mail all of them with a simple click.

The user interface and the availability of help.

I did not the fact that some off the templates were not easily customizable.

Ease of use, EXCELLENT customer support, great customer management platform, love that users can easily unsubscribe.

Deliverability could be better, but nothing is perfect. Could have better segmenting options so I don't have to use aWeber Pro to have my needs met.

I like that it incorporates with lots of apps so you can plug into things like social media, PayPal, WordPress and lots of other stuff. It doesn't just do email.

It can be glitchy at times, not working correctly or taking a while to update.

It's great to connect to my website and I am collecting more leads.

Since I am sending an email blast each morning to financial trading clients, ease of use is imperative as I am under time constraints. I find the client customer service the most responsive of any service I have used...as if they are down the hall ready to help. This is HUGE. Since I am a "non-techie," I appreciate the ease of setting up contact lists, sending automatic follow-ups, and the tracking tools. I also send out advertising blasts announcing free webinars using the many templates included with AWeber. For creative types you can find several different categories with photos you can amend or delete catching readers' attention.

Hard to dislike AWeber, but I would like the ability to have my financial chart link show up larger when the client clicks.

Through AWeber, I am providing easy to read daily morning financial brief commenting on fundamentals and technical analysis for traders. I have received benefits from AWeber being a sound and secure hassle-free communication platform. Each morning clients receive "Rooster Call" direct to their email accounts before market open.
