AWeber Reviews: 4.2/5 — Solid Choice

I like the ability to see the stats on my campaigns and subscribers. They are compatible with most other softwares out there. The phone app is pretty handy, too. Their customer service is the best I've found for an entry level plan for an email autoresponder. Well, not the free version, I don't think. But the bottom level paid plan lets you call them as much as you like and they're always very helpful. I feel confident that I can figure out whatever I need to do as long as I can call them. Most other email providers make you pay a lot more for that feature. This is probably the biggest reason I've stayed with Aweber.

They have improved the place where you compose the emails, but there are still issues with it. I constantly have to go through my emails and do hard returns on each line to get the spacing correct. Also, there are issues with moving throughout the email text and adjusting the font sizes, etc. I'm constantly going back to the drop down menu to make sure the font is the correct size because it doesn't remember what font size I selected for the previous paragraph. Maybe there's a place to adjust this... but I haven't found it.

The problem of making more sales is pretty much on me. Grateful that I can send emails via Aweber. VERY glad that they have added the tagging feature. Excited to start using that in my campaigns.

Aweber is just the ultimate list-building software solution for me, it's important that I keep on providing value to my clients, and having that on automation is something that I have always dreamt of. I am simply in love with Aweber. I also love how I am able to see the percentage of those clients who have opened the email and what emails have he highest rate of getting opened. This helps me to improve my subject and content too

None as yet I am still satisfied, aweber services are on point.

I've started using AWeber in 2012, and it's my #1 email marketing tool. Its ease of use, straightforward user interface, and excellent customer support are what made me stay with AWeber through all these years. I've signed up for competitors but haven't found the feeling that I've found with AWeber. I like the way I can organize my lists and use tags/segments. It's straightforward and allows enough customization.

It's hard to find something that I dislike about AWeber. If I really have to choose something, I'd say that sometimes I can't import all e-mail addresses, especially role-based email addresses (like support@yourdomain.com, info@somedomain.com, and so on). I know the reasoning behind this (AWeber wants you to have and maintain the highest quality email list and deliverability), but I'd still like to be able to import those contacts and email them. Apart from this, I can do everything with AWeber that I need to do for my online business when it comes to email marketing. AWeber even offers landing pages if you need them, although I use external tools for that. However, it's a nice plus for people just starting out.

We've used multiple platforms for email and other marketing for our website but this tool plays an amazing role in email marketing. It helps us to track email open rates and other analytics things that we can major in any kind of marketing platform.

This is one of the best tools for email marketing but we couldn't use chatbot support because of some internal error from our side that I dislike from our companies backend team but whatever support we require from Aweber that was available on time.

I don't like their abandon cart campaign system, it's severely lacking. You have to set it up manually with a paid plugin.

I love AWeber's deliverability. It actually does what it's meant to do.

I wanted to organize a webinar with a landing page. I did not know anything about that, actually my only option was to hire a web designer to do just the landing page. Well, the Aweber team solved all my problems.
