We love the timekeeping piece and reporting. We love that the projects can be assigned and then integrated with our consultants calendars.

The reporting and the totality of its features. We are doing so much within BigTime for our business and having one place for many required business functions is great.
BigTime is not the most user interface friendly. While it is a normal interface (file folder layout), the embeddedness of the information can require lots of clicks. As well, it took me a long time to realize the best use case is to use multiple tabs for information, but that then requires lots of browser tabs.
We are constantly in need of putting our team/resources on internal and client facing work, and BigTime's reports allow us to do so. As well, we can look at individual project tracking, company profitability tracking, and staff utilization (and forecasting). Having the ability to make the reports that I need for my business on my timeline is invaluable.
BigTime is a tool that offers you a fully integrated time and billing system aimed at professionals to simplify and keep track of all pending operations as well as generating the relevant invoices to customers for the service provided either consulting, accounting, IT service, etc.. BigTime is totally complete at the moment since it manages the work in progress (WIP), the flow of tasks and is responsible for collecting all the necessary data to generate the details of customer invoices
Although BigTime is a solution that is integrated with very useful functions for any company, in our experience with this tool we have experienced certain disadvantages that could be improved and simplify the work much more, among them, is the control of entry and exit times of each record executed, otherwise we have had an acceptable experience with this tool because thanks to its easy integration with other platforms we get better results
During the time we have been implementing BigTime in our company we have certainly noticed a positive range with respect to customer billing, since the billing system has been a headache for the time it took us to keep track of the details and execution of each client to generate invoices, but with BigTime we have managed to minimize this problem because it is responsible for continuous monitoring in real time for this way to have all the details necessary for the preparation of relevant invoices

We havent even begun using BigTime and I'm happy about how it works. The setup has been surprisingly simple, and the platform easy to use. The training has been excellent and Ben has answered every question we've had. Excited for getting in an actually using.

It is easy to use and very self-explanatory when filling in or editing any fields. It also ties in well with Quickbooks. The training on it is very clear as well.
The tasks statuses are duplicating in the drop down under the task editor. Each task type needs to have the same statuses but now it is showing duplicates. There needs to be a way to have only one set of task status that shows for each type of task instead of showing all the statuses for every task type in the drop down.
Our company is solving workflow and project management problems that we've experienced using other types of software. Also, we are benefitting from the Quickbooks integration since we have used that for years for our accounting software. Other software was just not able to integrate the way we needed it to with Quickbooks the same way Bigtime is.
The time management of the work is one of the most complete that there is in the market, it has creation of reports, management of control of hours, management of payroll, etc. It has a modern design and the options available are very well organized and that helps to observe clearly the results obtained. It is very easy to capture time and be able to invoice it, which helps to maximize the profitability of your business. It has a great price, one of the lowest in a PSA software as complete as this
The mobile application lacks important options that the web version does have, for example the ability to access time sheets. The software configuration time can be exhausting, the process is a bit long. The budgets present a couple of inefficiencies, it is complicated to be able to create the total of accumulated invoice
We get estimates, follow ups, bill for time. BigTime's webinar helped me learn more about the role of professional service tools. I have been able to get very accurate quotes. We constantly monitor our projects to keep track of the workflow. I can do integrations with Quickbooks in a very stable and fast way

BigTime is fully customizable to the needs of each company. The monthly cost is cheap and accessible even for small businesses. It has professional customer service and is always available. The quality of the invoices made are among the best we have obtained in any PSA software in the market
The time management does not have a follow-up of the absence of employees or the respective vacations for each one. Budget tracking is a bit complicated to understand. Training is needed to properly use the software. Sometimes there are synchronization errors with Quickbook.
Our productivity has increased with the software tools since it has a variety of work management. The web application has the same functions as the web version and helps us in those last minute moments when we need to edit tasks. We like to use the reimbursement management, activity tracking and time tracking by client, these help us to be able to control time and expenses so that the whole project stays within the budget
As the internal tech person with our company, I really appreciate the support options provided by BigTime IQ. Also, the on-boarding process was seamless, especially seeing that we were coming from a legacy version of BigTime. We review many other Time and Expense platform and this one was the most compatible to our needs.
The app for the smart phones is rudimentary, and could be better and more intuitive, and support more features. Also the there wasn't an easy way to upload credit card expenses to the platform, so our company had to develop that option ourselves. Lastly, there isn't a back and forth connection to Google calendar, which would be very helpful for us and we suppose many others.

Our organization wanted more granularity into what employees were working on and how they are spending their "un-billable" time. We wanted more visibility into what employees would be working on in the future.
Bigtime is a solution that specializes in online billing and time management providing companies that implement this tool with time tracking of expenses, WIP management, workflow planning and management, billing and other basic functions within companies. Bigtime allows you to fully track any type of computer, mobile device, and laptop, to all projects that are running and also gives you the facility to automatically and fully online generation of expense invoices obtained by each management
One of the main factors that play against Bigtime is that it does not have backups for all the invoices produced by this tool. This causes a manual work and delays considerably the other functions, among other disadvantages that this solution presents we also find that its system of integration with other applications becomes a little complicated for people who are not trained for these functions.
It is very important to highlight that Bigtime came to our company to eliminate almost entirely the manual generation of invoices through the web platform of our company, as this has both a generation of custom invoices as an automation of the same leaving the manual work in the background and moving completely to web. It also gives us a report of time and expenses made by the different employees of all locations eliminating much of the paperwork.
Invoicing is quick and the entire process can be completed within the application.

We're an architecture firm in need of a comprehensive project management, time tracking, and invoicing platform. Big Time handles all of that for us and integrates easily with our accounting software. We've stopped using three other software packages since purchasing BigTime

I currently dislike the way my invoices are looking during the Implementation process; however I am confident we will work it out during our training calls in the future.
We are hoping timesheet reporting will be performed more punctually within our company by the time/expense reporting. Our goal is to use the report functionality for increasing profitability on contracts by staying within budget allocation.
