I have not found any major problems. The only thing I found is that the AI is not yet usable for different languages other than english.

I really like the intuitive frontend that enables marketers to do all the things providing best experiences to their brands. The integration of data sources as well as the options for communication channel intergrations are great.
If i am supposed to describe a disadvantage/dislike, i would call the esp intergation with send in blue because there sometimes arise some issue with the tracking of sent emails.

Nowadays all teams keep getting smaller so having Bloomreach is like having another person on my team: it honestly makes the job easier as it's so easy to use, responsive, and powerful.
- user friendly - I can easily navigate between the customer attributes and events - it is easy to search for something specific (e.g. specific campaign event) that the customer received and I like that I am able to backtrack the problems in case we receive a customer complaint for example - In case I don't have enough luck with finding out what went wrong, I can always contact Bloomreach support to help me out - multiple options either for analyses (reports, funnels, trends, dashboards, segmentations...) or marketing communication (email, sms, push, ad audiences...) - I like that we have the aggregates and expressions, which are often missing in other platforms
I guess when you are used to work with SQL, you might think or find limitations, but I think these limitations are for the very special use case and even when you encounter limitations, you still might be able to have some kind of workaround around that problem.

It can be complicated and requires quite a bit of dev work to connect it the various platforms. Sometimes, reporting can be slow and require lots of manual steps to build.
We handle large amounts of personal data and Bloomreach keeps us compliant by limiting the amount of data handling and making it easy to manage data access. It's also a powerful email automation tool that has endless triggers and scenarios we can set up.

Reports using larger data sets can be slow to load - espically when using large dashbords
Bloomreach allows us to run all CRM acitity from one place, with all channels behaving in the similar way set-up/reporting point of view (in some platforms this can be wildly different between channels)
It's a very flexible platform, well thought-out and continuously evolving with the latest trends.
The learning curve might be a bit steep, but the documentation helps out.

Bloomreach is really easy to use to manage search and content personalisation. The algorithm is great - it really does help with search results rankings without having to intervene. The dashboard is intuitive and it's easy to setup tweaks to further enhance search results if needed - there are many options to choose from, boosting or permanent placement at a certain location or adding synonyms. We also love the recommendations feature - it's really easy to setup widgets to further personalise the customer experience on our website. There is a lot of help content should you need it and we've never had an issue getting support via their ticketing system.
Like everything else, there are crossovers with other personalisation and optimisation tools. We have a few solutions in use at the moment so we might not be using Bloomreach to its full potential. This isn't so much a Bloomreach issue - it's more to consider what you already have and what specifically from Bloomreach you'll to focus on.
Bloomreach has been instrumental at solving many of our search issues - our customers are so much more happier with the search experience since we implemented Bloomreach. And at any given moment we are able to use this platform to deliver tweaks to respond to changing user needs.
Content Management System, It's so easy to structure to perform any static data publish on real-time systems.
It's a little long time to perform a backup of the contents. Probably we could have implemented incremental backups.

The tool can feel overwhelming initially, so make sure you allow yourself enough time to familiarize yourself with it. Try one of the Bloomreach Crash courses - they really helped me get started!
We are using the part of Bloomreach which is called Exponea - we use it for one-to-many communication with our clients - sending newsletters, campaigns, evaluating its results.
Easy to use, excellent documentation and helpful browser extension. I also like the fact that I can go to support with almost every issue and they're always trying to find the best solution.
I don't think there is anything that I don't like
Our client wanted to implement smart searching and bloomreach was possibly the best option. It also lets us implement lots of custom solutions for different challenges that our clients give us.
Bloomreach is intuitive, contemporary and user friendly. It's hugely beneficial to access data and omnichannel content in one place.
Some elements of building reports can be diificult to navigate and having training with 'real world' use cases from your own platform may help to make the process of reporting easier.
Better data management and combined channel streams - puts more control in the hands of marketers.
I'm really impressed with Bloomreach Engagement. The logic is easy to understand and the user-friendly UI/UX makes it really simple to use. What I really like is that it allows you to combine multiple data sources and apply logical operations to them. It opens up limitless possibilities for campaigns and analytics.
Getting onboarded to Exponea can be a bit of a challenge. It takes time to get a grip on tracked events and attributes and how they work within the platform. I think the Academy course should be free of charge.
I'm impressed with how Exponea easily combines different modules to create a powerful synergistic workflow for businesses. It's amazing how quickly campaigns can be created and user behavior evaluated.

Facet and Filtering can be further simplified on Bloom reach search, We should be able to aggregate at inorder most JSON format too.

The ease of the scenarios, and the ability to use data segmentation to manipulate campaigns and also the use of weblayers to reach new audiences on our website.
Custom row element can not be a straightforward process at times. The email set up can also be fiddly - the campaign does not automatically save, so if the page refreshes, all your work is lost. An auto save function would be appreciated.

občas sa stáva, že niektoré funkcionality majú výpadok, vždy však sú výpadky v priebehu dňa odstránené. A velmi mi chýba tmavý režim - pri celodennej práci s Blomreach biela plocha ťahá oči.

Simple data model means no relations between customer profiles --> sometimes a bit tricky to prepare more complex campaings, which includes more audiences - especially when customer base consist of more levels of customers (relations between customer profiles could be 1:N or M:N)
