Attended a video web conference once while driving down the road w phone connected on bluetooth and phone in holder, worked like a charm and had audio only option too if data speed becomes a problem.

I enjoy how high quality the connection always is, as well as the ease for others to connect. I also enjoy the fact that you have so many options for how to connect with others between phone and video.

I haven't run into anything I have disliked so far other than very rarely I will have to dial in a few times to get my conference number to work.

This allows us to meet across campuses and also lets us connect with team members remotely. This makes it easy for our team members to work from home when needed but still feel connected to the larger team.

I love the quality of video, the software is quick and easy to install. The extensión on MacBook Pro is amazing because it lets me open it up as quick as possible

I am hosting business meetings with people in the health and wellness industry to help them acquire more clients on their facility, sales training, consulting meetings, team meetings, interviews, etc.

We use this for meetings with other colleagues or with customers

Sometimes the sound isn’t great and the person on the other end has trouble hearing me or I have trouble hearing them.

Customers who live out of state but still want to feel connected

I liked that it was easy. I downloaded it and we were ready to go. No lengthy tutorials or how-tos. Just followed the easy directions and we were off! I did a screen share where someone needed to see what I was seeing and it really did work perfectly.

I can't say I didnt like much. We ended up keeping the volume off because we didnt need that part, but what we used was great!

I was able to get a straight answer from the heads up that I didnt do anything wrong on my end. They could see it for themselves! Made my life easier.

You dial the number , the people who needs to be on the call are there. It’s simple and gets the job done.

Having an access code. Sometimes , people don’t remember the code and they can’t join.

Conference calls with external vendors. Not everybody can use Skype for business.

We use this all the time- it makes it super easy to communicate with a team of people traveling all over creation. Almost my entire team is in on meetings now

Bluejeans doesn't always work properly with outlook, like I can't add it to someone else's meeting even though I have editing permissions.

Communication problems. Benefits are better, more direct communication due to teleconferencing.

I was invited to a meeting with BlueJeans and as a person who has not used it before, does not have the software or the app or the tool installed on my laptop, it was surprisingly easy to launch it and join the meeting. Usually, when I see a video conference meeting invite for any other tool than the one used in my company, I get a little apprehensive just because the launch time for the tool takes much longer. With BlueJeans, however, it was super quick.

From what I have seen and used so far, I have not had any issues with the product.

Using this for video conferences with customers when they send us the meeting invite. It is a great tool that launches quickly even if you do not have it installed on your system. I think tha is the biggest benefit you can have cos it makes it easier for someone to join your meeting

BlueJeans is the best program for communication It has everything the user needs, the ability to call 1 to 1, create conferences, turn on and turn off the microphone / camera, the ability to turn on the screen and turn off, one of the best services

I like gathering my colleagues and team together to discuss goals and learn together.

I wish I could choose certain people to show on my screen, and customize my viewing in that way.

BlueJeans solves the problem of working with colleagues and teammates at a distance! It brings us all together, as if we were sitting down to coffee in the same city.

I like the simple user interface. No frills, simple buttons and quick connection to the conferencing.

Not much to dislike. Once it was downloaded and installed it took a while to connect, but that may have been due to the other user not logged on yet.

BlueJeans was offered by software developer who needed to participate in a video conference with me. There were two other options, and I went ahead with the bluejeans app as it offered a free license and simple interface.

I love how easy it is to use, our team uses BlueJeans every day for our team calls or client calls or vendor calls and we've never had any issues with it. One of the best conference calls options out there!

There's nothing to dislike about it. It's user friendly, capable and efficient, nothing to dislike about it.

It allows us to connect with our teams in India or with vendors within the US.

Bluejeans just works. It is an easy setup, easy to start meetings and audio/video/presentation works well. Using internationally is also very easy, with minimal delay in audio and only a slight lag in changing slides for screen sharing of slides.

The switch to phone feature works well, but it doesn't work properly when host is in Asia and users are in North America. You must manually dial in. I am sure this is a cost issue not being to have the software call me in North America, when the meeting originates in Asia.

Conferencing between Asia, North America and Europe, simultaneously, on PC, Mac or smartphone. Time to get into meetings is reduces, echo and lag of audio is less and sharing slides is much easier.

I like the convenience of being able to quickly put together a meeting that I can share information onscreen, record, etc.

With the latest upgrade, I don't really care for the look of the screen and some of the features seem less intuitive.

Having my own Blue Jeans session that is unique to me and allows me to pull a meeting together from anywhere to include anyone has been a great benefit.

I use BlueJeans each day to connect me to partners throughout my organization. The seamless ability to connect for discussions as well as review presentations. The app enables this to happen when on the go.

Ease of use. Quick launch and uptime. No issues with call. Liked screensharing feature. Wasn't able to test much else aside from that. The icons to share, connect, chat etc were clearly visible. No need to hunt around to find where they were located.

No additional features tested. Would have like to test out video conferencing, chat, meeting setup, event assistant, meeting assistant, integrated workflows, and conference recording. It would also be nice to try a whiteboard feature where you can share a document that everyone on the call has access to and can mark-up with changes. This is especially good for document review and management. Much faster than making changes in an in-person meeting. There was some artifacting and delay in the screen redraw. Not sure if attributed to connection speed or if it was platform related. The only other challenge was to find the phone number to call into the meeting. I was joining via phone so it took me minute to find that. Would be best to have that pop up on the screen once joined.

Much faster than other conferencing platforms. It would be nice to see how this compare to some of the other conferencing platforms used in the past. Also would like to see how this would work on mobile. I also imagine that this is cheaper than GoToMeeting, Webex or Uberconference.

I don't like that the video call quality changes during the video calls. I think that they should maintain the quality during the whole call

We are doing cross team, cross geo communication.

The voice and video quality has been good for me on wired and wifi connections. I have also done calls over LTE, but I usually turn off video and use it only when needed over LTE.

Not a dislike, but I'm waiting for remote control (not just screen share, but control as well). Also waiting for the Outlook integration to upgrade to the cloud instead of polling the local Outlook desktop app.

Bluejeans was regularly used by my company and never failed us during meetings. We always appreciated the multi-faceted platforms that Bluejeans utilized.

The only issue we had was that sometimes video lagged/quality was compromised.
