Canva is easy to use and makes your designs look like they were made by a graphic designer.
I wish that I could do more editing in terms of the shape of the canvas. Or that I could edit the canvas size instead of having to start on a brand new one to be re-sized.
Great way to give non-designers a way to create ads and banners together. We use it a lot for our HR marketing as well as social media marketing.
It has been the best system for creating social media postings at my previous company. I use it at my current job also for weekly photo collages. Super easy to use, a lot of options.
I wish it would be easier to create a collage or photo that worked with the dimensions you give it. Right now, you have to pick a size and sometimes the size doesn't work for what is needed at the moment.
Social media postings are a breeze with Canva! They supply background photos without worry of trademark breaking and add on imaging. It really is such a great tool to use.
Canva helps me create professional images without breaking the bank!
It's a little more limited on a smart device instead of a computer, but that is to be expected
I can create beautiful, professional marketing files without having to hire a graphic designer for every small project
Even as someone who isn’t very creative I’m able to make a professional looking image
There are glitches that sometimes change your image when you download it
Anyone in the company is able to make an effective image for advertising purposes
I love how easy it is to use - just drag & drop, format, design, & you have a perfect item for sharing. The variety of options/formats you can choose is amazing & you can seemingly create something for any need - social media, website, handouts, etc. I've even used it to create business cards!
Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike. Canva is so easy to use & fits so many needs.
The business problems I'm solving are mostly related to marketing & client materials. I've created pamphlets, handouts, business cards, website images, you name it!
Canva helps our non-profit create quick flyers and marketing materials at no cost!
While Canva does have a lot of free graphics available for use, many of the samples given include graphics that you must pay for. In order to create folders to organize your graphics, the user must purchase a membership.
Canva allows our non-profit to create promotional materials at no cost. We have been able to quickly produce the materials we need without reinventing the wheel. Canva offers many designs for all kinds of marketing needs.
Canva is versatile and makes it easy for a non-graphic designer to create stunning visuals for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and beyond.
There really aren't any downsides other than that more free stock image options would be great.
Canva allows me to create quick and professional looking designs in a fraction of the time it would take me to use Photoshop or another more complex tool.
Canva offers free tools to promote my small business on social media and in print, in a professional way. I can save our brand identity and share it with my team (for a fee) to ensure that our marketing is uniform. It's really easy to use and gives us a professional look.
It's a little quirky trying to save and share files across a team, and making sure everyone can see the most up-to-date version of shared files. Other than that, I haven't found any downside to Canva!
Canva is a free solution to expensive online tools . We use it for print flyers, Facebook and Instagram posts, and email headings. I use it in conjunction with Pixlr to edit and publish photos. It's been really useful in creating a start-up brand without hiring a graphic designer.
My strength was never that of poster creation, however in view of the boom that has had to involve me for the promotion of events. Working with Canva has been a saving tool because it is super simple to manage, learning is fast and we get good results.
It is an ideal graphic elaboration tool, especially for those that cost us, there is nothing of disadvantage at least for me there is not.
Preparation of the graphic material that I use when making the respective invitations to the community according to the specific events.
I have been simplified life in the workplace surprisingly, but it depends on the client, that is to say as arranged to what is to pay I use other more complex tools. However with this it has gone super well allows me to offer for my services comfortable prices. On the other hand I share a lot of content from my services through networks and canva is my favorite to post constantly because it is easy to use.
In a complete editing and design assistant, what could you say about negative? The answer is simple: absolutely nothing.
Give quick and effective responses to my clients according to the target, in terms of graphic material.
I like how easy it is to use the platform. I taught myself everything I know how to do on Canva and the results always look fantastic!
I dislike how you have to pay for additional features however even the basic package is great!
I use Canva primarily for creating social graphics for professional/business use
So many customization options and free templates/elements. You can make a really great looking presentation very easily.
Sifting through all the options can be time consuming.
I use Canva for my weekly presentations to my managers. It's a great way to present my insights in a clean, professional yet creative format
Free! this software is free with the option to upgrade if you want premium designs( templates). It is great to have another option instead of paying a lot for a subscription of Adobe Photoshop
Nothing! I love this product, and it also includes some tutorials to help you create brand new designs from scratch
Flyers, posts, any design template that you need at the very last minute
I like how canva has premade customizable designs available.
Options to customize finer details don't always exist.
Creating social media content in a fast and effective way.
Canva is so easy to play around with and makes creating graphic assets less intimidating. I find the features pretty substantial and the training videos to be extremely helpful. I can do almost everything I would like to on the free version.
I wish there were more training videos, classes, etc to help build your skills. I think it would be really valuable for me and would probably even convince me to become a paid user. But in reality, there's not much I dislike about Canva!
Canva helps me create quick assets without having to wait to get an outside designer's help. Being a scrappy startup, Canva saves me loads of time and money. I've used Canva to make ad creative, flyers, presentations,... you name it!
I love using this to make great graphics. There are so many templates, images, and tools that are already uploaded and ready for use.
I use the mobile app mostly and there are still glitches that need to be worked out.
I am able to create beautiful and unique graphics to boost business and spread the word for events or specials going on within the company.
As a blogger, graphics are a big part of creating content that my readers want. The ease of the templates, wealth of resources for free and the greater benefit of a paid membership are all worth it. I love how quick and easy it is to create exactly what I need every time. The templates available are beautifully designed and I can always find one that suits the purpose and size that I need for each purpose. Being able to click and drop features where I want them makes it very user friendly! The best part is that all of my designs are stored right there for me to reference at any time. I can copy them to use as a template if I need to make a new graphic or simply open it again to make changes. Also, the fact that I can design my "brand's template" makes it very easy to keep the same color, font and style scheme throughout all of the graphics that I make for my personal blog. No more remembering specific color codes or trying to match a certain shade of blue, it's all right there for me.
I can't say that there is really anything that I do not like about using Canva. There are some really great features!
There are enormous benefits to using Canva. I can offer better content to clients and also post better content for my readers. By providing better services, I am also increasing my value which in turn, increases my profits.
Easy to use, a lot of different options and designs
it's hard to resize/change the orientation
I create social media graphics for a non-profit organization and Canva is so easy to create them
I love the templates that already exist and the different color pallets that already exist. Canva does a wonderful job of presenting color pallets and different designs that fit the size dimensions that I have selected. Canva gives a lot of options for premade templates but also offers the opportunity to customize the outcome.
I wish there were more free features to use in order to be able to use the trial period and really get the full experience of using Canva. I also would like there to be a confirmation when buying certain vectors because often times I have been charged for something without really wanting to purchase it.
I use Canva to create eye catching material to advertise my office's capabilities and reach our target market. I realize that these creative marketing materials catch our user's eyes and bring them in.
The premade templates are fun and diverse, taking care of most of the design work for you. Canva is pretty easy to use and very helpful that it offers free options.
Would like an undo option to avoid having to manually correct mistakes. The stock images could feature more options, as there are currently not many displaying dance or the performing arts.
Saves significant amounts of time with premade templates for almost every design project. Graphics and text style already available.
