We can configure the types of business for which we want to automate the questions and answer. It provides really helpful support for social media marketing and various messenger tools like WhatsApp messenger, the telegraph. It has an AI-based chat support system which learns and predict the most likely answer to the question and help to identify the right market for the business.

The cost should be minimum. Currently, for the pro flow, the pricing is nearly about $15/month. But yes we can easily get a good offer as per our needs and traffic.

What I like best about Chatfuel is how simple it is to create a new Messenger Bot. It has a simple flow chart which you can show your clients which lays out every possible answer, flows and how it will all work.

One thing I dislike would have to be how cluttered the UI can get at times, sometimes their are too many options and can be slimmed down but it's no big deal.

One massive problem we're solving is, time allocated to create a bot. If we were to code a bot for our clients it would take hours, with Chatfuel, we are able to generate flows easily and implement them even easier. It makes the task super simple and everything is in front of you without having to go back and forth with coders.

I like how you can build sequences very quickly.

Some of the pre-built sequences like phone number has strict validation. So any variance from the form its looking for causes an error. You then need to do a user input without validation. The downside to that is no quick responses are allowed on that type of field.

This is awesome. Lets me provide high level service to customers without the time commitment. I love being accessible for basic needs without being on the computer and involved.
