What do you like best about Chatter?

the ability to chat with users without leaving Salesforce is Great. Have a discussion be associated with the contact or account is a bonus.

What do you dislike about Chatter?

I wish it could be integrated with our email and Archive longer discussions into another location associated with the record

Super easy to use and its a great way to easily customize your salesforce crm

Sometimes formatting can be a little tricky but other than that it is extremely easy to use

Solving the problem of putting in notes in crm. Main benefits are easily sharing notes across multiple teams

"Salesforce Functionality I didn't even know was there."
What do you like best about Chatter?

What I loved best about Chatter was the ability to talk to anyone that I work with in the Salesforce universe from one spot. It is really easy to @ someone with a comment or a question. I also like how if someone @'s you, you get notifications in your email and in salesforce. It is impossible to miss if someone is trying to get your attention.

What do you dislike about Chatter?

There isn't really anything I dislike about Chatter proper. The one thing that is annoying is that when you receive the email from the chatter system, you cannot get the whole picture. Attachments won't come through and you have to login to Salesforce. It is not always convenient to log in when email is so much easier on the go.

What problems is Chatter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaboration comes to mind. Instead of finding time to chat on the phone or on a video conference, I like that chatter allows me to send whatever I want when I want and I know that the other person is going to see it and reply

Not having to find an email address just need the recepiants name

Not simple process to follow a conversation ( think whatsapp or Telegram)

"Reliable chat software with tons of features."
What do you like best about Chatter?

I like that there are a lot of features and I feel like I learn something new on it everyday. At my job we integrated the feature that allows workforce management to sent you a whisper which is a helpful reminder to close dead chats.

What do you dislike about Chatter?

There a so many ways to do the same thing so sometimes that can throw you off however, this also means you may find a more efficient way to navigate that works best for you.

What problems is Chatter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I rely on this software to do my job. It has to work or I can’t work. It’s very rear to have a real issue with this software though.

The thing that I like the best is that it allows me to do my job and it allows my boss to run reports on any activity in this system.

What do you dislike about Chatter?

I dislike the grids setting because it can get a bit complicated.

No problems at the moment but the benefits I have realized in logging super clear communication.
